Enroute, I had a flat, and as my little BMW doesn't carry a spare (who designs a car with no spare? ), so u contacted the owner to let him know I would be late. They happily accommodated the adjustment to our schedule and when I arrived he and his team promptly went to work in separating and classifying the various pieces I brought for evaluation.
