I then left a message for him to please not call after 7 PM, so guess what he calls the next day after 7 PM, I said so you didn't get my message and he says yes, I did, but it's only 7:20 PM. His appraisal is more than 175K off the market value and that is because he knew I was not happy with him and his comments, he enjoyed seeing me upset.
