He charged us 570.00 for our house. No special circumstances existed. Overcharge of 205.00 per his website posted prices. Info in report was was incorrect as far as sales dates and amounts. One comparison didn't include it had been sold 2 months prior to the sales he reported. He even reported our house was built in 1977, it was built 1956. Don't waste your time or money.
