With a 20 day escrow they got a late call from the lender for a RUSH appraisal on my listing. I was out of town, and I like to meet appraisers at my properties, however, we made the appointment and I, with a great amount of trepidation, sent them comps by email. She did the appraisal and the report in the same day!! I've been a realtor for 16 years and I've never had 24 hr appraisal order - much a less than 24hr turnaround!! The buyers had an unfortunate experience prior to this so the the appraisal anxiety was very high. Kudos to all of them for helping get this transaction to the finish line and making the buyers and sellers very happy. I strongly recommend AIS APPRAISAL SERVICES.
