Michael recently appraised 995 Heron Ct Calimesa, CA. Prior to asking Michael for his service, we did good research to find an experienced appraisal agent who could help appraise our properties. Michael's name came up with good reviews. So we approached him. I don't think we could find a better person who could do the works better than Michael, not only just his great experiences and reports but also his responsiveness, attentiveness to details, ease to work with, reasonable pricing, trusting and punctual reporting. We needed an appraisal on our home to help us figure out what price we should be listing it for. Mr. Carrillo was very prompt in his response (same day) and even scheduled the inspection for the next day. He arrived on time and I didn't even have to ask him to wear a mask. Also, he saw my wood floors and put on shoe covers without me asking, which was very much appreciated. His visit to my home was very pleasant. I will definitely be contacting Quantify again should I need another appraisal and I recommend you do the same. read more

I own a rental home in Big Bear Lake and couldn't find a licensed appraiser who looked good (only realtors who do market comparisons). I searched Yelp and was lucky to find Quantify. Based on their ratings, I called them first and Michael helped me. His price was good and he communicated well, so I booked him immediately. Because I live in OC, I wasn't there for the appraisal. I gave Michael the door code and he did the appraisal while I was down the hill. If I recall, I had the appraisal within two days. Compared to the appraiser I recently worked with for another property, Michael's service was far superior. He was much faster and more professional. He communicated every step of the way. I would definitely work with him again and would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs appraisal services. Don't hesitate to call Quantify. Incredible service guaranteed! read more

Being in real estate for 24 years, I've worked with a lot of appraisers. I really appreciated Michael's level of professionalism. When we had a small issue with the appraisal, he took the time to read my concerns and responded promptly, and made an adjustment. Believe me, all appraisers will not do that. I would absolutely call Michael again when a client needs a private appraisal. read more
