Pretty fantastic donuts!! Glazed blueberry was a standout. A lot of flavor and not too sweet!!! Coffee was good, blueberry milkshake was DIVINE. I did ask for no whipped cream and was given whipped cream, but other than that it was a great time. Ambience is funky... place smelled nauseatingly sweet and had no savory menu options... I happened to be craving just an egg and cheese but that donut snapped me right out of it! Will be back

Really fun place in a great location! The donuts are cakey, soft and yummy... the toppings are flavorful. Be ready for sweetness overload - which is what you're there for! I picked a water and she offered to get me a cold one instead... nice service! Fun stop on a very cute street

Good selection and fun variety in this small, tucked away, storefront. Lots of street signage was helpful since it is not directly on the street. Counter service was very friendly. Had to get a whoopie donut since we were on a whoopie 'quest'. When in Maine....

Great variety of flavors to choose from which was impressive. They move the line fast and the space is well designed for the customers. The layout is very helpful for ordering quickly

Birthday cake donut. (Forgot to take the picture before we tasted it)

Don't miss this hidden gem. Love, love, love the atmosphere of bright colors and great music playing. This place screams fun!! We tried the birthday cake, blueberry glaze and maple bacon donuts. They were amazing. We didn't love the cinnamon dolce lattes but we probably should've picked a different flavor. Service was excellent. The girls working were friendly and fast!

Hidden gem in Bar Harbor. Literally! Walking along Main Street we saw a sign for donuts. Followed the sign that took us to a back alley and we found this shop. It's so cute with the graffiti theme. There was one employee there and she was so sweet. Very welcoming and friendly. It was hard to choose an option as there were many. We asked the employee what her favorite was and fortunately it was the one I wanted. We settled on the Samoa donut. A chocolate donut with coconut, chocolate and caramel on top. I don't know if this was a donut or cake. It had a moist cake texture and crumbled like cake. It was so good. Not too sweet and the topping wasn't overpowering. Perfect little snack!!

Blueberry donut and vanilla with sprinkles. We previously bought the Oreo and blueberry coffee cake.

Well, we bought donuts here back to back on our trip to Bar Harbor and Acadia. We love these donuts, because they are crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The glaze and frosting are wonderful as well. We also can't forget our friendly worker who gave us a complimentary donut during the 1/2 hour before closing time. We also loved the boom box stereo blaring and the branding of the store is fun. These are such a great treat at the end of a long day hiking. Thank you!

Amazing flavors and cooked to perfection. We had the maple bacon, fruity pebbles and blueberry coffee cake. And a cinnamon dolce and peanut butter cup lattes. The donuts were slightly crispy on the outside which is chef's kiss on experience. Visit here for a wonderful experience with friendly staff. Added points for the old school hip hop and R&B crankin.

Fancy milkshakes. Service was decent. People were nice. It was super busy inside. We ordered from the table outside to have it delivered to the table number. The ambiance was nice sitting outside.

not feeling very graffited, maybe tag the door from the inside?

so it's not really convenient to get here way back in the back of wherever this is and I'm mainly here because getting a grab-n-go breakfast sandwich before lunch in this town was noped and re-noped and then I saw a sign promising donuts which I figured to be quick and tasty and maybe interesting enough to occupy the time between now and a real meal... alas, ten minutes is two many for too common donuts with mildly annoying overhead and a vibrant but dated paint scheme. the sprinkled chocolate and vanilla were amusing and pretty okay but y'all seriously need to put out something a bit more dangerous sounding than carrot cake or fruity pebbles if you're gonna channel the contemporary urban street artiste. donuts are satisfactory but still not likely to be back because, well, you know... it's ME and this completes the New England states for my lovely bride.

Cute little shop off cottage and main tucked in the back. Got a Samoa donut -- chocolate donut with toasted coconut topping with chocolate and caramel drizzle. Donut was soft with a nice crisp around the outside, which is different than a "typical" donut but in a good way. A bit pricier than my usual donut shop but good overall. Some bench seating in the area but purely to-go setup inside. Friendly service.

Decadent and delicious donuts. A half dozen was nearly $20 but they were good. The blueberry coffee cake was the best one.

FANTASTIC! FANTASTIC! FAAAANTASTIC! little bakery in Bar Harbor!…read more While I was on holiday in Maine I stopped in wherever to get my usual...I plain bagel, with butter..and a bottle of orange juice. Some places were good, some...not so much. I mean, how can a plain bagel with butter...be bad? Well, very easily lol. Went to a place in New Hampshire and it was the worst bagel I had ever had. So when I was in Bar Harbor, I had gone to a few places every morning and none of them were as great as this place. It's super close to downtown and all the tourist shops. So I just figured....expensive. Not at all. The bagel was fantastic! they toasted it just right and didn't drown it in butter like so many other places had on that trip. AND! the bagel was just so damn tasty. I like me some bagels lol The staff was so friendly. Just a happy place. The restaurant/bakery itself is so homey. It's very small...so if you wanna get there in the morning like so many do...go as early as you can if you wanna sit down. It's very comfortable in there. It's like a cute little cottage and you just kind of expect to see your adorable little grandma come out with the most amazing breakfast ever with her acting all sweet and grandma-like lol. I only wish I had discovered this place the first day we had gotten there. I would have been a regular for sure. What a pleasant little spot. Seriously, I just loved it and highly recommend anyone and everyone go here for their breakfast. They also have lots of like cookies and shit. I was so proud of myself...I held back and didn't get any even though I could have easily bought one of everything lol. So if you are in the Bar Harbor area and want a nice little spot to go for breakfast...and you see this review...go here! You will love it! If you hate it...you know where to find me....on Yelp lol. I guarantee you will love it tho. If you don't...Ill buy you a cookie to make you happy because obviously you're miserable if you find something wrong with this adorable little bakery :) Thanks so much for reading, Yelpers! Cheers!

Mount Desserts Pie Company had thousands of positive reviews, so we decided that's where we had to go. When you arrive, there is a handmade sign on the side of the highway for the shop and the driveway to pull in is a little tricky and takes a minute to figure it out. We pulled up right in front of the doors. Tip: turning right after you enter the driveway says "exit" only, so you have to pull straight ahead, even if it seems like you're not supposed to park there. We headed inside and were greeted by a friendly woman named Brit who had a ton of pie boxes ready to go! We got our blueberry pie and ate half of it in the car after we drove away. The pie was exactly what we wanted: fresh, local, great texture, and buttery crust. It was perfection! Another tip: it's cash or Venmo only and you can call ahead. $35 per pie. It's whole pies only, they don't sell by the slice.

The pies were still warm and she said they come out fresh throughout the day. We texted a few days ahead to place the order, which is definitely recommended. Lompoc is one of the most vegetarian friendly dinner spots in Bar Harbor…read more They don't take reservations and offer three seating arrangements: the patio, the bar, and a small inside area with four or so tables. I would have liked to sit outside on their cute patio, but it was full and the hostess said it would be a long wait, so we decided to eat inside. At first she directed us to a table in the bar but realized it was very loud (music and patrons) so offered to seat us in the other inside section. We had a view of a bocce match and the patio--definitely better than the bar, but not as nice as the patio. They were playing classic rock and the people at the table next to us asked to turn it down, and they were accommodated, which made for a nicer experience for us as well. The falafel wrap and Banh Mi (v) were very good and the chips can be substituted for a house salad or fries, which we did. The dressing was light and I enjoyed it. The highlight of the experience at Lompoc was dessert. Although there was nothing vegan on the dessert menu, our server suggested an "off the menu" rhubarb raspberry sorbet, which was excellent! And doesn't it enhance the experience when you feel like they're letting you in on something special?! I'd definitely return and try to get there early (4:30) to be able to sit outside.
