I mean there is no Greater day than a day at Graeters! This place is a cincinnati staple for a reason! From the unbelievably friendly staff, to the incredible ice cream, and the amazing shop that offers souvenirs, other desserts, and more. They have A TON of seating indoors and several tables outdoors to be able to enjoy Cincinnati's best ice cream! I could not recommend this place more, this location especially as we visited multiple times during our stay and every single trip was as good as the next. read more

Graeter's Ice Cream - Key lime pie - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Mason, Ohio

I had the Berry Chip ice cream while visiting Lebanon, Ohio, and now I understand why it's so popular! The berry flavor was fresh and delicious, and the chocolate chips added just the right amount of crunch and sweetness. Creamy, flavorful, and a great combination of fruit and chocolate. Definitely a flavor I'd order again. If you're stopping in, the Berry Chip is worth trying! Sorry forgot to take photo before I made it disappear!! read more

From several friends all telling us that we needed to try out Graeter's, it did not disappoint! We will definitely have to go back, because I'm not sure just going once will do this review justice. Between the ice creams and the bakery items, there were so many delightful options to choose from! We got the peanut butter chip and raspberry chocolate chip - both of which were creamy and delicious! Very happy with our ice cream we got at one of the many Graeter's Ice Cream locations. read more

This is one of my favorite while in Mason. Crew works quick, ice cream is great and it's plenty sitting if you want to eat ice cream there.

One scoop of Graeter's black raspberry chocolate chip made my work trip worth it! This location was the closest to where I was visiting. Went on a weekday evening and there was no line at all. Parking is outdoors and spacious. The black raspberry chocolate chip is their signature flavor, so I knew I had to try. I also got a scoop of their peanut butter chocolate chip. The ice cream is so extremely rich in creaminess. I guess the French Pot method truly makes a difference! I'm not a chocolate chip/chunk fan in my ice cream as the chunks are often too hard to bite into -- but these chocolate chips were soft and almost melted in my mouth. The chocolate paired perfectly with the bold and tart raspberry. The peanut butter was also incredibly indulgent and you really can't go wrong with a peanut butter + chocolate combo! The waffle cone was buttery and sweet :) The black raspberry chocolate chip is probably in my top 5 favorite ice creams of all time. Highly recommend! read more

This place was delicious. I had heard of it before but we don't have it in Michigan. We have a few hours before a wedding today so we stopped by. I had a cup of the Midnight Snack ice cream, which had maybe fudge and PB cup and some sort of crunchy cereal in it and it was really good. My friends split the S'mores and a chocolate flavor, both of which were also good. I was a little worried they didn't have a bathroom here (I have Crohn's) but they do, to the left when you walk in. They also have candy and other chocolate for sale - they had some Buckeyes for $8.95 which looked really good, too. read more

Store didn't open on time. Ice cream frozen solid...server couldn't figure out what to do. Three ice creams took like 15 minutes to order and get, and all came out at different times. And after all that it was just mid. read more

This is my favorite Graeter's. Even on a hot summer day, the long lines move quickly. Really kind employees. There's also ample parking because of its tucked away location. It's clean and there's a bathroom for customers (unlike some of the smaller locations downtown). I am a bit fan of the cheese crowns in the morning (or any time). Of course the ice cream is top notch at every location. I'm more of a soft serve person but I cannot fault the ice cream here. It's dense and creamy. My favorite is when there is Strawberry Chocolate Chip in the spring. read more

Love Graeter's Ice Cream! It's a must when we visit Ohio. I have a peanut allergy and they were great about that. The one worker had a peanut allergy so she knew exactly what to do. She rewashed her hands, got a brand new tub of ice cream, a new scoop, and the bowl and spoon was from a new box. I got a double scoop--one scoop of salted caramel chip and one scoop of cookie dough chip. It was very good. It left me wanting more. I highly recommend Graeter's. read more

To be honest I'm not sure if this is the greatest that supplied the food truck during the summer movie night but nonetheless the icecream was great. I know that Graeter's is famous for their ice cream, but can you say that I fell in love with their coffee cake. After eating a quick lunch on our way home we couldn't give up trying this famous ice cream chain that makes small batches of their ice cream the old fashion way I was a little surprised that they were open so early and I didn't realize they also had a bakery shop. We picked up a coffee cake for the following day, call me in experience but all the coffee cakes I've ever had before could not compared to the one I had here. It was disappointing to find out that only certain locations sell bakery items. The ice cream was pretty good for a midday snack however, I would be back in a heartbeat to get another coffee cake read more

Full disclosure: my cousin works here, so we stopped to see her. But we've been to many Graeter's before, of course, and love it. Creamy old-school ice cream, in many flavors. I got the special, Midnight Snack, malt ice cream with chocolate chunks. Very good. This location also has a bakery, and the stuff looked good but we passed for now. read more

This place was a decent size with seating (we were impressed). The lady at the counter was beyond KIND. She was so sweet to our two children and treated them like adults (ordering). The kids loved her and she spoiled them with some pretty decent-sized scoops of ice cream. I also purchased a small cooler that was in the shape of a ice cream pint. The kids loved their ice cream and I love our new mini cooler that we used to keep some of our food cold. Overall, this location was phenomenal. The customer service is what every place should be like: sheer kindness and kid-friendly! read more

Graeter's Ice Cream - Mint Ice Cream on a Sugar Cone with Chocolate Sprinkles - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Mason, Ohio

My boyfriend and I came in on Saturday night and had a wonderful experience with the employees working at the front. They had a really long line, but got through customers quickly. When we ordered, I asked about seasonal ice cream, and the boy who helped me at the counter was very friendly and polite & gave some good recs. I ended up getting a peppermint milkshake-- which may have been one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. Thank you to the team for being so awesome. :-) read more

Lots of really great flavor combinations to choose from. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn't feel rushed trying samples even though there was a line. Decent sized scoops. Was easy to splurge on two scoops since the second scoop only added a dollar! Glad to try a local favorite! read more

I would like to give a special shout out to Assistant Manager (Andrew- I think) here at this location. We came in for ice cream and my son had gotten sick while we were ordering. In a frantic, my husband rushed him to the bathroom. And I tried to have my other children sit patiently while I helped clean up. All while Andrew filled up a mop bucket, got me a trash can and helped me with the mess we had made. I was so apologetic about it and felt terrible. But he reminded me multiple times that it was okay and children got sick. There was ever a very rude customer that made comments out loud about the situation and he apologized that she was being that way. He was very patient and kind and while I was overwhelmed, frustrated and frantic it's exactly what I needed. I'm so grateful for your kindness to our family and I hope you know that it made me feel so much better. Thank you. read more

I love this location of Graeters! A friend and I hopped in around closing time, unsure if we'd get icecream, but the guys were very accommodating and served us our icecream! This location is pretty big, with plenty seating options, and a good sized parking lot. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. read more

Ahh! Graeter's Ice Cream at home in Cincinnati! This may be the best summer treat! We love Graeter's but we especially love it at home, in the place where we first had it and the location nearest our house. So many fun memories. One summer they had a piano outside and random people would play lovely music and fill the night air with fun sounds. They have about 8 round picnic style tables outside on the patio plus tables inside. This location is situated in a cluster of hotels near a big sports complex (travel sports tournaments), Kong's Island and Western and Southern tennis.....so sometime the summer lines can get really longer but it's so worth it. Their chocolate chips are just indescribable. Don't think about a regular, hard, frozen chocolate. The chocolate is more like a not quite frozen ganache! It's not hard at all! It has a deeper chocolate flavor than normal ice cream chocolate chips and some of the pieces are as big as your spoon. So occasionally you just get a giant, beautiful chocolate glob in your ice cream. Soft, and richly flavored,oh so delicious! French pot ice cream has a higher fat content and so is a far richer ice cream, raspberry chip is their most popular flavor but in our household mocha chip is the King! We also love double chocolate chip. The milkshakes are also pretty awesome because of the depth of chocolate flavor! I highly recommend any Cincinnati Graeter's location but this one is our sentimental favorite. The ice cream is consistent good at all locations. I also shipped a box to out of town people, this is an easy online process with very fun results. People are always happy to get it from far away! And we know people who have catered it to parties and it's always a big hit! Looking forward to summer and some opportunities to enjoy Graeter's in the sunset hours of a summer evening in Cincinnati. read more

Graeters is a must have when I pass through Cincinnati. I don't know of anywhere else ice cream is made like this. I wish I could find it everywhere. I think I have tried them al over the year but favorites are coconut chocolate chunk and black raspberry chip. The chocolate chunks stay soft in the ice cream and keep their flavor so almost all of the flavors have chips or chunks of chocolate in them. The creams all compliment the chocolate and flavorful. This location is a full ice cream parlor and candy store. Have your ice cream made anyway you want: scoop, sundae, or drinks. read more
