Fast and friendly service. 9 of us in the party and were served within 10 minutes! The eating area is clean and neat. Huge variety to choose from! Cute place and delicious! read more

Great service and my favorite ice cream. Normally I buy it at the grocery store so it was really nice to visit in person.

Did a "party pack" of 12 pints. Eric, the manager was very helpful. He was the only one there getting the store open and was working quickly yet took the time with me I needed. Drove by an hour later and he was powerwashing benches & sidewalk in front of the store!! Clearly cares!!! read more

Great ice cream --- the absolute worst customer service. Just got back from there. She seemed angry, didn't greet us, acted like she didn't want us there. I can't remember such a bad customer experience anywhere, any time. Another review posted just before mine says basically the same thing. That girl needs to find other work. read more

Graeter's was a good stop while exploring downtown Loveland. The ice cream was rich and creamy, with the big chocolate pieces Graeter's is known for. This location is especially convenient because it is right near the shops, restaurants, Little Miami River, and the Loveland Bike Trail. We grabbed ice cream, walked around downtown, and spent some time on the trail. The ice cream was very good, but the location is what made the stop memorable. read more

After taking a walk on the bike trail in Loveland, we stopped in at Graeter's! We devoured the new flavor- Backstretch Bourbon Cherry! Oh my! It was off-the-charts! What a great flavor! Graeters is the perfect ice cream anytime anywhere! The shop was immaculate! The ladies behind the counter were courteous and kind giving us free samples of the new flavor! read more

This is a great stop along the bike trail. Really delicious flavors and top quality ice cream.

milked down milkshake, Team lead Katlyn not very friendly. She seemed annoyed customers were there, I work in the food industry so I understand having a bad day but not okay to let customers see it. read more

Service was prompt and the ice cream lived up to the hype! Dark chocolate raspberry was IT. A must try in OH for sure.

Can you ever go wrong with ice cream, especially Graeters? We came in the day after Thanksgiving for two scoops of flavors that you cannot buy in grocery stores in California. No one was in the shop, nobody was in line. We weren't pressured to do anything, but we are also offered samples as needed and wanted. Plus, no judgment for the lunchpail I bought. read more

You can never go wrong with Graeters! This was the first time we had been to the Loveland location and it was very nice! The Oregon Strawberry Ice Cream was especially good. read more

Love Graeter's! This location in Loveland is very nice. It's big with plenty of seating. It was bustling at 8 pm on Saturday night -- lots of young people, groups and families. In spite of the crowd, we were served quickly, our orders rung up accurately and we found seating at the bar tables by the windows. We are Graeter's regulars and haven't had a bad flavor yet. Tonight our group of three was going with a sorbet theme: we had lemon, raspberry and mango. All were good but we agreed the mango was really a lot of mango flavor--better love mango for that one! But sorbet is not how Graeter's made their name, and I'm already planning my order for my next visit: Strawberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream with their amazing dark chocolate chunks. Mmmmmm..... There is parking nearby behind the building and also nearby lots. You may have to walk a few more steps than you are used to to get in the door but it is totally worth it. read more

Always a great spot however this place always seems to short scoop me, i mean a double scoop in a cup should go above the rim right?!

Perfect Graeters location right next to Loveland bike trail. Great for picking up some to go pints or for a treat after (or before) a long bike ride. Have been to this location a few times and always love to get a scoop after biking in the summer. Staff are always friendly and there's never any wait even in peak summer hours. I am partial to the chocolate chip flavors but really like the regular flavors too. In the colder months I picked up a few pints for out of town friends to try. The black raspberry and strawberry flavors were a big hit! read more

I love this location! Of course you know the ice cream is going to be amazing, but I particularly love the cleanliness and overall feel of this place. There are plenty of places to sit inside or outside. Special shoutout to Molly, who is one of the friendliest and most pleasant employees I have dealt with. read more

I can't go into this place, just to good, love all their ice cream especially anything with coconut and chocolate chips.

I had the best birthday cake ice cream I've ever had in my entire life at this place! 12-10 recommend that flavor!

I've loved Graeter's since I was a kid, but I tend to go out of my way to go to another location because of the staff here. Until recently, everyone seemed to not want to be there. But this location has gotten suddenly better. The store looks better than it ever has, and service was amazing. We were helped by the Assistant Manager (per his name tag, can't remember his name though). He was great - friendly and helpful. Glad to have this store now for quick runs (I just wish the parking was better). read more

This Graeter's location is the place to be on a Saturday night..if you're a teenager apparently. This place was packed with teens and preteens and even little kids. Seems to be the go to place on a Saturday night in this part of Loveland. But it was cool..gave a nice energy to the place. The store is really cute. Not huge but not tiny. Plenty of tables..and enough room to feature a whole bunch of different candies and treats that they sell. This location is newerish..and they do a good job of keeping it clean and organized. My go to order here is a scoop of Choclate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream on a sugar cone. They do have some interesting flavors of the month from time to time that I'll check out, but for the most part I'll go straight to the Cookie Dough. It's so good. The ice cream is thick and so sweet and tasty..the chunks of cookie dough blend so well. Soft chewy chunks that blend with the ice cream perfectly. The staff here were super friendly and seemed to be able to handle the crowds of people bombarding them all at once with ease. Good for them. Would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area and are in need of a Graeter's fix. read more

Top notch management! Even on Easter when no one is there. They were so friendly and uplifting! I left my water and the manager chased me down way past the store to give it to me. 10/10 service! read more

Poor care for environment but Ice cream was above average. Clean environment. Friendly staff. I ordered "for here" instead of to go and was served in thick plastic bowls. I figured they would take a bowl when I was finished but I was told to throw it in the trash. Disappointed to see the amount of waste a local company is creating. Would have been nice to at least see a recycling bin or reusable dishes. read more

I had a two hour panic attack this morning. Today hasn't gone well. Instead of eating a pint of ice cream at home, I went to Graeters and Kailey helped me. She was FANTASTIC and made my day a MILLION times better. Thank you Kailey for being so kind! And thank you Graeters for having gluten free flavors. read more

This was my first visit to Loveland. It was a hot and very busy with weekend activity. The cafe's near were bustling, the nearby bike path was very active. I was hot, thirsty and sweaty. So, when I saw Graeter's standing tall on the corner of this busy downtown area, I was so happy. The thought of a cold scoop of creamy ice cream and a cold glass of water was welcoming. This location was sparkly clean and very spacious. I've never seen a location this large and that offers such a wide array of chocolates and sweets. Indoor and outdoor seating is available and the atmosphere is quiet and cozy. When I visited, the debut of Chunky Chunky Hippo was occurring. How could I not enjoy a scoop of that? It was delicious - but what else could you expect from Greater's ice cream. Graeter's was started in Cincinnati and is a family owned company. It continues its strong ties to the Cincinnati area. Even though they have established a nationwide appearance, the company cherishes the fans that made them who they are today. Family owned companies are hard to come by so when they are strong, they are cherished even more. Graeter's offers not only ice cream but frozen yogurt and other desserts. It may not be the most nutritious but it is delicious. This location is perfect for large parties, larger groups or even just a romantic date. It's a great addition to this little town and puts Loveland on the map for ice cream lovers. read more

Cutest town & the best ice cream shop! Try the summer Honeycomb! It's amazing. I personally love the chocolate chip and the black raspberry chocolate chip all year long. If you're at this location, grab your ice cream and walk around town or find a seat by the bike path and people watch. So fun! read more

Nice addition to the Loveland ice cream scene, although the Dairy Whip, Loveland Sweets, and UDF might not be so happy. In the new Loveland Station development, it's a typical Graeter's, meaning world-class ice cream and get-in-my-belly pastries. And right down the road from us means trouble. For the moment, parking is easy because the apartments are still mostly unoccupied. People are beating a path to their door though; it's never without customers. Best ice cream in the USA; just ask Oprah and the legions of fans nationwide. Better yet, if you're a Graeter's virgin, go grab a coconut chocolate chip or raspberry chocolate, and get down with your bad self. read more

How in the world can you ever go wrong at Grater's! Thursday night last week we took our niece, her husband, and 4 kids to Graeter's and Everyone loved it! Very clean facility, friendly and helpful staff and that Wonderful Ice Cream!!! Very few on par with this place. Loved it! read more

Great location. Tons of seating. Lots of goodies to take home or Graeters gear. Staff was great on our visit.

Service was great but when manager was spraying down the patio he sprayed me and my friends with the hose and didn't apologize

Great ice-cream, good location, plenty of parking in back. Convenient and easy to find corner location. Large enough for this neighborhood and delivering the best quality ice cream and baked goods. Parking in the rear of the building is normally adequate for the area. Service is always good. read more

A classic in the Nati! This newer location in Old Loveland carries on the ice cream soda fountain tradition. It's just East of the bike trail sitting on the busy corner of 48 and Loveland Ave. coffee and danishes are just as good as the homemade ice cream. Only problem is the parking is around back and no drive thru. read more

The ice cream was Graeter's quality. However, the customer service did not live up to their name. We asked for a little more ice cream on one of the cones that was clearly smaller than the 4 other single scoop cones that we ordered. The worker charged us for two scoops when it obviously was not two scoops. When questioned, she did not "please the customer". We will obviously not let her wait on us next time. read more

Since the closest Graeter's to Loveland is in Deerfield, I was excited to learn that a Graeter's was coming to Loveland. The service was great as well as the ice cream, but it felt a bit crowded to me. There didn't seem to be as much seating as other Graeter's locations. Parking was a bit of a hassle too, as there is still a lot of construction going on in downtown Loveland. Other than these minor hiccups, I had a nice experience and I always love the taste of Graeter's ice cream. read more

Having never had Graeters donuts I stopped at this new location. The donuts were excellent! I would have given 5 stars but didn't because of the parking. You have to park in the back of the building then walk around to the front to enter the store. Seems like they would've made it so you could go thru the building to get to the entrance. I have a feeling once it gets warmer out & it gets busier parking will be a BIG problem. read more

Great atmosphere. Friendly customer service! Love the piano for guests to play! Beautiful merchandising

I live in another state, but visit Family in Loveland on a regular basis. Most trips include a visit to the Loveland Graeters Ice Cream shop. The ice cream is delicious, but our family is most impressed by the store manager, Richard B.. This guy is awesome!! It seems he is workings no matter what time we stop in and his service is unparalleled. I have worked in retail for over thirty years and if you work in retail or someday hope to, I recommend you pay the store a visit. The job Richard does should be used by the Harvard Business school as the ultimate retail experience! Prepare to be impressed!!! Kevin K.. read more

Well, I give this a 99. I've been here a bunch in my visits and it's really quite exquisite. Flavors are spot on, texture is perfect, temperature, flavor selection and ambiance are also on point.
