Come on, it's Graeter's! This Graeter's is the closest to us. It was particularly convenient when I was having physical therapy at the end of the road! LOL Staff is always helpful, especially when one of the special flavors is only available as hand dipped. The place is always clean. Visited today for the grand reopening of the newly updated location. Good news. The "sticky" ice cream is no more. Flavor and texture were the quality one expects from Graeters. My banana split made with salted caramel ice cream, coffee ice cream, butterscotch, hot fudge, and pecans was delicious. I would go so far as to say the best split or Sundae I have ever had. My son asked for two cherries on top, and they gave him three. Those are the little things that make Graeters (and this location,) so much better than the competition. Employees were all smiles. Sophie was particularly memorable. She was helpful in making choice, didn't rush us, and made beautifully full sundaes. No skimping on the kid's sundaes just because they are children. She was attentive to us, and helped other employees. read more

This is a nice-sized location. They have ~5 four-top tables for dining in. They also have plenty of floor space for seasonal displays and such. I also like that this location is right next to a mini-golf place and a bowling alley. Makes it an easy spot for a little dessert after a game or two. They have all the great Graeter's stuff, and its not just ice cream! Their baked goods are delicious, too. Since everyone is mentioning their fav flavors, I'll throw mine out, too. We were headed back home to Chicago from Tennessee and had to make a stop in Cincinnati to visit one of the Graeters locations and we picked this one. Service was fantastic and the ice cream was to die for. The many different flavors was awesome. After having an ice cream cone each , we ended up taking a few pints of ice cream home and the employees was kind enough to package our ice cream with some dry ice for the 5 hour drive home. I came here for the Graeter's Cone for the Cure day when donations are made to help find a cure for pediatric brain cancer. This is such a great cause and I suggest you come to a Graeter's location of your choosing to support it every September. I Prefer not having my scoop of ice cream in a cone and always get it in a cup where there is plenty of room for a second scoop. This day was no exception. I had the Cone for a cure flavor of Elena's Blueberry Pie with pieces of pie crust in it. The flavor is rich and the texture is creamy. It is very good for not having any chocolate in it. My second scoop was the s'more ice cream. This is one of my favorites although I think it is only a promotional flavor. For a $5 donation you could get a coupon book. I was happy to do this! There was a problem with how much I was charged though. My extra scoop was priced as a regular kid's cup at $3.50 not as an additional scoop at $1.25. When I asked the manager she confirmed that charging me for kid's cup was correct. However at other locations in past years this was not the case. I will not be returning to this Graeter's location in future if the choice is mine. Instead I will be going to other locations to get my Graeter's fix. I love Graeters but probably will not return to this location. We went in for an ice cream cone for National Ice Cream day. This is the conversation verbatim: My friend orders an ice cream cone. Server: which one would you like? Me: The $1.47 one Server: they're all on sale--sugar, waffle, chocolate coated waffle, sprinkle coated waffle. My friend orders a sugar cone and I order a waffle cone. At the till, we are charged two different prices. I mentioned that the server said they were all the same price. The server comes over and says, "No, I said they are all on sale." While technically true, I pointed out that I asked which ones were $1.47. She continued to to insist that she just told me they were on sale seemingly like I was trying to dupe them. They did give me the sugar cone price but she walked away saying one more time that all she said was they were on sale. I love Graeters and have appreciated the gift of a free sundae on my birthday. However, they have changed the "rules" in redeeming birthday sundaes and only give you less than a week to redeem! They may tell you otherwise, but the manager at this Graeters is not kind! I was not in town the week of my birthday and she would not allow me to redeem it when I came back, though the other staff had already approved it and made my sundae.(It was only a few days after the limited 5 days.)She made me pay for it. It was quite embarrassing, as I had an out of town guest with me and had been bragging about the family atmosphere at Graeters. We visited this Greater's on a busy Saturday night (5/5/18). When we asked the young girl working the counter if the ice cream we chose for our 4year old with a severe peanut allergy contained any peanuts, she immediately went to the back to get her manager. The manager came to the front and insisted on making our child's ice cream from a fresh tub to insure no cross contamination. In addition to this kind gesture, the location was clean and the staff was very friendly. I didn't catch the managers name, but she, her staff and her store will get as many stars as Yelp will allow me give them! We will be back to this location again! read more

Yes. 5 star. Awesome. The ice cream was amazing. I had the Blackberry with chunks, and I strongly emphasize, CHUNKS, of chocolate swirled throughout. A single scoop was larger than my fist and completely filling. The staff was very friendly. I was asked if I had a frequent buyer number, to which I replied no, and suggested that the clerk use her own if she had one. She said she couldn't and I told her that I respected and appreciated her integrity. And then I added a couple bucks to the tip jar. The ice cream was so good.
