The selection is nice, and they had a lot in stock that could be shipped immediately. The return policy sucks - I knew about the restocking fee when I ordered the wrong color, and I decided to suck it up and return the item anyway. Then they told me that there was an additional $10 cleaning fee because I had opened the bag. ALL OF MY ITEMS WERE IN THE BAG so the only way to avoid their additional "cleaning fee" would be to return everything, at a 20% restocking fee for everything, even though the bag was open long enough for me to get the other items out, make sure that yes I ordered the wrong thing, fold it back up, and put it back. Very disappointed in this company. Our school has ordered from them in the past and had no issues - this year we decided to add a "stole" to our Kinder graduation and the stoles they offer are "child" size or "adult" size. The "child" size would fit an infant....not a toddler. They do not offer anything in the middle, so if you are looking for a Kindergarten stole, this is NOT the company you want to order from. We tried to return them after our graduation and they would not take them back even though they have never been used and only 1 was removed from the packaging to try on a child. Very disappointed and also disappointed in the customer service Rep that we were dealing with - very rude and not helpful at all. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Horrible customer service. Spoke with Rachel, the "owner," regarding a purchase that arrived and was too large. I ordered cap and gowns for my wife who is 5'5" and son who is 4'5". Both gowns were too long plus one of the buttons on the cap for the tassel was broken. I was told I needed to pay for replacing the damaged items and that I was a lair that the gowns were too large. I had put a review here. But it's not there. I ordered a cap and gown for my nephew, had it shipped to his house in another state. I had to change the shipping address several times. It kept reverting back to my address. Then when it finally took his address it changed the state. Then the company changed the state and zip code. Needless to say my nephew never got his cap and gown. This company wouldn't make it right. I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. My bank was wonderful in hearing my complaint and how I didn't get the product. I ordered my nephew a cap and gown from a different company through Amazon. He loves it. Next time use Amazon. They will help make it right. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend it. They have a lot to work in with their computer system and with their customer service. I contacted the company because the robe that I ordered did not fit my daughter. It was to try it across the chest. The individual that I got was very hateful and treated me as if I had no idea on how to measure a body for a piece of garment. Explain to him that it was too tight he told me that I measured incorrectly and I needed to go back and do it again only correctly.
