Excellent salad - Pecans, avocados, cranberries, bleu cheese & skirt steak. A meal in itself and oh so healthy

03/30/25 - Stopped @ Grade A Cafe this morning for breakfast. They have an enormous menu selection that is overwhelming. They serve breakfast & lunch from 7am-3pm. This time I ordered the corned beef hash skillet. It was ok but nowhere near as good as Edgebrook Coffee corned beef hash. I should have stayed w/the pecan, avocado, apple, walnut & skirt salad which was remarkable.

    Cracked Egg Burger a winner!

Greetings! If you are looking for a SOLID choice for breakfast or lunch, point your car to Randhurst Mall and get ready to be impressed by the food, service, and ambiance you'll find at Grade A Cafe. Today I was there for lunch and decided that the Cracked Egg Burger was the way to go. Fresh patty, excellent house sauce (with quite a zip!), crisp pickles, and a quality bun. Solid effort! They also make a killer chilllaquilles with a great salsa verde...my go-to for breakfast...yum! Other menu items served at other tables always looks on point. They pour a great cup of coffee...better than most! Bathrooms are clean and fresh visit after visit. Service is attentive and focused. I hope you will see for yourself why Grade A Cafe is one of my regular haunts! Until next time...tk

This is your average american breakfast place. There are a lot of different food and drink options so there's something for everyone. I came on a Saturday and was seated right away. Our waitress was attentive and overall nice. The food order ended up being 2 smoothies (one banana, one pomegranate), french toast, and the farm stand frittata. The smoothies were good since they use frozen yogurt. The french toast had plenty of berries however they forgot the mascarpone so I had to mention that. Flavor was fine. The quiche frittata had way too much cheese and I had requested to go easy on it but they did the complete opposite. It was still good but I would probably try something different next time. The pancakes were standard. All in all, the food was pretty regular. The ambiance is clean and minimalist so it's a pretty casual atmosphere. This is a good place for a cheap american breakfast.

Solid option for breakfast if you're shopping at Randhurst. The prices are on average a little lower than other similar options in the area, but they don't compromise on portion size or quality. The menu is quite varied with everything from pancakes to waffles to omelets to skillets to sandwiches. The food is cooked pretty well here, fresh and hot. The flavors are solid, pretty similar to what you get at other similar restaurants -- maybe a bit less seasoned and less salty. Textures could be improved up on a little bit as there wasn't as much contrast on the crispy and fluffy items as I would've liked. With that said , for the price -- I don't have any complaints as it met all my brunch needs well. The dining room is also quite large and spacious with fast and friendly service. Overall, worth a visit if you're shopping in the area for a hot and delicious breakfast.

A good quality breakfast after a good pickleball session! Can go wrong with any of the food here. The service was kind of slow. The ambiance is great very open and welcoming for sure.

Came here on a Mother's Day so I expected it to be super busy and it sure was. Waited about 20 min to be seated which wasn't bad but the wait for the food was worse, about 40 minutes. I have to say the the breakfast skillets, I had the corned beef skillet was delicious! Service was a little spotty and they def needed more help and preparation for busy holiday. I'd probably come back for breakfast but it's really not a destination place to go. This place used to be the Eggsperience and it's pretty much the same stuff.

Grease A Cafe is a new and familiar restaurant at the same time. I have been to this restaurant before when it was under a different name. After having a delightful conversation with the manager, I learned that the chef changed the name of the restaurant in order to cook more to his personal style. I could taste the difference. I had the French toast waffle, which intrigued me when I saw it on the menu. This is their Belgian waffle dipped in their French toast batter. This was light and fluffy with a great taste. I highly recommend Grade A Cafe and can't wait to come back to try more!

I used to visit this particular location when it was Eggsperience. We used to really enjoy visiting that establishment. Looks like they basically repainted and sprayed everything for a fresh makeover. We arrived and sat down immediately. Service was good and our waitress checked on us several times. Food was passable but coffee was just a tad on the bland side of things. Eggs were OK. Hashbrowns were decent. But bacon seemed like it may have been sitting out for several hours. All in all I've had much worse, but I've also had much better. I think we're gonna take a break from this place. There are far too many breakfast joints in the region that are more impressive.

I LOVED IT HERE!! Me and my family got seated pretty quick and we were a party of 6! I met the owners of the restaurant and they both have such an uplifting personality so sweet and kind! I ended up getting the strawberry waffles with a Carmel frappe 10/10 combination. Overall 1000/10 would come again.

Grade A Cafe replaced Eggsperience in Randhurst Village. The place largely looks the same, and has a similar, if not the same, menu. You can't go wrong with the chicken pesto panini, and their sides of fries are enormous. We snagged an outdoor table and enjoyed dining in the sun, with an umbrella to block the direct light. We were warned there were bees near the tables, but we only saw a couple and they didn't bother us at all. This place is a nice option for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Just note that it closes at 3:00.

The menu is pretty straightforward and service was pretty utilitarian as well. However, food did come out quickly. Unfortunately, the French toast came out at room temperature at best, and the syrup that was brought to the table before hand had already had a solidified top part. So it wasn't warm at all it in fact was cold. They're also very quick to clean tables and remove things from the table. In fact, my friend was still picking at her salad and they literally came by four times to try to take it away. I think this place is family owned small business type set up so it was great to see it busy and filled. I said service was utilitarian because I think we saw our waitress maybe twice all other things were done by the bus boys for refilling waters and coffees, etc.

I also wish they had veg, no meat, Panini with fresh mozzarella, some lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, avocado, peppers, and their Italian herbs maybe a suggestion for them to attract individuals like my wife who can eat everything else other than the meat she's OK with cheese all the milk products but no meat. The restaurant is decorated very nicely, they put a lot of thought in colors and decor. Our waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable, I appreciated her input. I ordered coffee and my cup was never left empty. They have a really sweet man who comes around and tops off your coffee cups. They have specials and a kids menu too. The bathroom latches are way too high for a child to lock the door, but they do have a fold down changing table in the woman's restroom. (Not in the stall) They do have high chairs for toddlers. I actually need a chair to rest my leg on because I cannot bend my right knee. Our waitress was very nice about it... however a man came up to me and told me it was a fire hazard to have a chair in the aisle... so what about the kids high chairs? The chair was completely pushed under the table... so I had no choice but to put my foot up on the other side of the booth (which I was avoiding). Also the booth cushion is not attached so when you lean on it it comes up... making it very hard for a handicapped person like me to get in and out of a booth. other than that our experience was enjoyable. My husband ordered the corned beef hash breakfast. It came with Corned beef Hash, 2 eggs (he ordered his scrambled) diced potatoes or hashed browns (he picked diced potatoes) and toast or pancakes. That is a lot of food for him, so I am going to eat his pancakes. I also ordered two eggs over easy off the sides menu. The portion sizes are large.
