Bad experience. Half the machines don't work and the drip trays haven't been cleaned. The inside was so dark, my daughter thought they were closed. The store is also LITTERED with cheap little gas station toys and candy that are of course marked up at a premium so good luck with any kids under the age of 6. I remember when this place was so much better. Who ever owns it now should just close it up. read more

The frozen yogurt was alright. It was nothing special. Their combos were pretty odd and they didn't have much flavors. They had limited toppings. The vibe was chill. The staff never really talked to us. read more

We were looking for a tasty & fast bite but not fast food. While not our beloved, long gone Overton Square frozen yogurt shop, it was a delicious surprise. The lady staffing the register offered us each a couple of tiny cups in which we quickly indulged, and we found tasty options. I can only speak to my pick, (my friend chose the praline ice cream) I loved my Swirl froyo. They offered, along with many flavors of froyo, toppings that were epic! I went with fresh fruit and lightly sugared pecans. So fresh and tasty! A great discovery, I hope they manage to thrive. Will be back! read more

service is terrible. this is a self-serving place and yet the workers are way too lazy to pick up their thumb and do something for their customers. I asked for a snow cone 40 minutes before closing and they refused service because they were "about to close." this isn't the first time this has happened. if yall want to close early then change the store hours. Also I've shown up before plenty of time before closing and they wont even let me get my own ice cream. Not to mention it's filthy in there and should seriously be raided by the health department. read more

The Frozen Yogurt is really good. Unfortunately, there is an extremely off putting odor of sour milk and/or nasty trash cans when you open the door. Friendly advice for the owners: Air Fresheners Clean the Garbage Cans (empty and bleach them) Wash the overflow trays on the Yogurt machines regularly Mop with bleach at the end of each day. Prop the doors open to get fresh air in the business and to let the stench out! read more

Never have any complaints about visiting this yogurt places. I always liked coming here because it was nice and calming environment. Giving place a negative star for now, and I always came here but I will not be going anymore. However, for reference the date that I went June 12, 2024 around 5:18 pm. I was there getting my yogurt and was at the topping center. I started hearing a strange noise behind the counter like a nail clipper. I heard a nail clipper and thought I was mistaking the noise to something related to the ice cream machines. But I was stunned to realize that the employee behind the counter she was older lady was clipping her nails, not just her nails. Her toe nails, she had her foot on her leg and was clipping her nails. I still proceed to buy my ice cream but wanted to just ask for a refund. I was shock that she was clipping her TOE NAILS behind the topping counters, and then she came out with a broom and sweeping it up. Very unsanitary, please owners talk to employee about sanitation and how it is important to not do things. Customers consider another place read more

This place is filthy. The health dept should be called. I tried to dispense some yogurt and black mold came out. I was horrified and left. Kids eat this stuff and that could make them very sick. Clean up this place! You should be closed down. Don't let your kids eat here, EVER!! read more

I'm a 11 years old and I come here all the time and I'm here to say all the reviews are false the place is clean smells nice The workers are friendly. cheap good flavors my favorite is triple chocolate in my opinion, the best frozen yogurt place in Memphis if I could give it 10 stars, I would read more

I use to always come here as a kid with my father, it's a great place that I've made some good memories in. The frozen yogurt is wonderful and the staff is usually great. The reviews I saw said that it had a "musty oder" and "disgusting" environment did not make sense to me because the smell of delicious yogurt has not really changed since I was a kid. It's just an overall great place to take your kids or yourself for some good frozen yogurt. Only downside is it's expensive, but most frozen yogurt shops are because you pay by weight. Overall it's a good place to go if you want some yogurt read more

Ever wanted to go somewhere that hasn't been touched or cleaned since at least 2016? Look no further than Gracie Bleu. Smells awful when you walk in and there is visible dirt everywhere, but the ambience is unmatched. I really miss self serve froyo places, and this place transports you all the way to 2016. Are the flavors good? No! But this place offers an experience that can't be replicated. read more

This place is AWFUL. Dirty. Rude workers. Icecream machines always broken or half out of the wall. Showed up and HOUR before closing, and workers had already left the shop and closed up. I take my friends/family to this place and have loved it since i was a kid. NEVER returning to this god awful facility. read more

Overpriced serve yourself frozen yoghurt with lots of toppings. Not all spigots working. Sorry but no atmosphere

Stopped here a few weeks ago. Smells bad inside and dimly lit. The toppings looked old and like they had not been changed out in some time. Highly recommend NOT coming here unless you enjoy foul smells while eating ice cream. read more

I remember when this place used to be really great and a fun place to bring kids... not so much anymore. I stopped by today and almost couldn't breathe in there from how bad it smelled! Something has to be rancid in the back or something. It was also dimly lit, hot, and everything looked dirty. Surprised it is still open. read more

Loved the toppings and kind of seems like the only fro-yo add your own toppings area around, but smelled awful and had an uncleanliness about it. I wouldn't want to sit in there and eat because of how bad it smelled and how sticky everything looked read more

I happened upon Gracie Bleu one night when out in the Germantown area and suddenly having one of those uncontrollable Dear-God-I-Need-Something-Sweet moments. This magical place was within walking distance. Gracie Bleu is another trendy build-your-own-yogurt concept spots, where you grab a bowl, fill your own yogurt, and choose your own toppings. You then get charged by weight. The atmosphere in the place was fun and relaxing. They had fun writing on the walls and beanbag chairs, where you could sit and enjoy your concoctions. Obviously, this is where Scott and I made a beeline to. The yogurt, we both agreed, was better than most of the frozen yogurt you find in the city. Many times you get a treat that tastes too icy with not enough sweetness and creaminess. Gracie Bleu was not that. I chose to get a mixture of peanut butter and espresso yogurt. The peanut butter tasted like a spoonful of Jif with a bit of extra sugar and the espresso was rich and flavorful. I topped mine with whipped cream, strawberries, and chocolate chips. It was yummy! I put way to much into my cup, then proceeded to eat ALL of it. I couldn't stop. Then came the tummy-aches. Yet, it was totally worth it. My experience at Gracie Bleu was great, except for the charming young ladies working the counter that evening. Yes, okay, we were those people who came in 20 minutes before closing. I did ask if it was still okay to come in, and the lady said yes. Then there was a group of people coming in behind me. They already had the whole place cleaned up, and yes we may have messed it up a teensy bit. I felt bad, but how can you keep a place like that immaculate when you are pouring yogurt and toppings? Despite all of our faux pas, that did not give these girls an excuse to complain to our faces about how messy and disrespectful people can be. When everyone in the place had left, except for us (we still had 10 minutes), they started complaining about the rude people that just came in. Out loud. They obviously wanted us to hear that they were talking about us. Gracie Bleu had great yogurt, but I will not be back because of the rudeness of the staff. No bad day is a good enough excuse for that kind of behavior. We were very polite and apologetic. You can find me at YoLo, where the yogurt is good and the staff is super awesome. read more

It's a yogurt joint. It could use cleaning and updating, their cups were ordered in the wrong (way too big) size, which makes the yogurt super expensive, because it's easy to fill a half of any size cup. The staff is always nice enough here, it could just be a little more appetizing. Try the California Tart and Birthday Cake flavors together. Num nummy. read more

Gracie Blue is one of those soft serve parlors where you serve yourself in a dish, add any chosen toppings and pay by weight. It has a friendly relaxed atmosphere and is quite reasonably priced. I love their tart California - old fashioned frozen yogurt that you can tell is yogurt. The only thing I would change is to offer a smaller cup size. I feel kind of ridiculous using such an outsized cup when I want just a little bit. read more

Not a large place... not upity... but a nice frozen yogurt shop! Self service and plenty of toppings to choose from. Since it's self serve you won't get bad service unless you critique yourself! Lol!! I've only stopped by in the evening and it's been clean and tidy... we're regulars! Nice job! read more

We didn't even eat there! Bathrooms were disgusting! We weren't even acknowledged when we walked in! Terrible place

As an ice cream addict, this is by far my favorite place. It's self serve, they always have fresh fruit, and always seasonal flavors. My favorite, watermelon sorbet and white chocolate mousse with Oreos, strawberries, and Nutella! Their staff isn't super friendly, but it's worth the suffering for their yogurt! They also sell soft serve yogurt pies. Talk about good. I ordered one for my dad's birthday (we share the same addiction) and everyone loved it more than ice cream cakes! They also offer a frequent buyer program (yes, I absolutely am a member), which offeres promotions and rewards! read more

Asian man handling containers and register without mask or wearing gloves. He handled ice cream toppings without wearing mask or gloves.

I have a serious concern but your phone goes to voicemail and is full. No way to reach management.

Friendly staff, greeted us as we entered and left. Good selection of yogurt and toppings. Everything looked clean and there is seating inside and out. Steady flow of customers on a midweek summer night. I had the sea salt caramel with hot fudge topping and a few dry toppings. Very good. read more

Clean! Friendly! Delicious! What else could you ask for other than this product is priced just right! The little sitting area near the window was great for the kids. And while I was there they were installing a hard ice cream area. I cant wait to go back. Thanks for being so good. read more

No issues with the product but I lost my debit card there 3 days ago and have attempted to call the number listed no less than 10 times and it goes to a full voicemail box. My debit card was subsequently used and fraudulent charges made. The concerning thing is that there is no way to contact Gracie bleu. I even tried to send a message to their Facebook page but got no response. I WILL NOT be going here again since customer care does not seem to be a concern for this business. read more

I absolutely love mom & pop joints & feel bad writing a negative review, but I have to. The service here was AWFUL. The young lady clearly was very into her Instagram & not the customers. The yogurt was extremely runny & the assortment of toppings was lacking. Then came the moment when I accidentally knocked over the sprinkle shaker. Somehow that was the only thing that pulled her away from her Instagram & she. Was. Pissed. Probably won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Strawberry cake swirl was excellent--very smooth and creamy. Libby (our dog) liked her mango flavored yogurt too.

Bare bones Yogurt Mountain knockoff. Fewer choices in yogurt than you're used to, but the topping selection is fine. Plain and simple, literally. read more

It's our family's favorite ice cream shop. We go at least once a week. We even go in winter! My favorite things to get are the cherry snow cone and watermelon sorbet. Gracie bleu is great! read more

I love this place. First of all it seems clean and that's important. Last time I walked into the Collierville Yolo it smelled like rancid yogurt and then I tried a sample cup and i literally threw up in my mouth. Not with this yogurt shop, it smells clean, it is clean and it's nicely decorated with tile that kind of looks like candy sprinkles or confetti at a party. I have only had one employee help me. She is a young Indian girl who is there a lot and always respectful, helpful and pleasant. She is low key but if you talk to her she will always engage with you. Now to the yogurt....ahh it's the best I have ever had! Even the flavors I don't traditionally like taste wonderful here. Had some little kids talk to me one day and the were saying they had been other places but this was the best ever they squealed! Their fav was the triple choc. I tried it and have to say I totally agree lol. Tasted like a fudge pop. Wow so good!! Gracie Bleu, Please open other locations. You hands down beat out yolo!!! California tart is traditionally my favorite and I have never had better. Also if yogurt is not your thing they have snow cones and dipped dots. All in all the best all around yogurt shop I have ever been in! read more

Delicious yogurt and toppings- great location- terribly rude and somewhat incompetent staff. The register froze in the middle of my transaction which the cashier stated would take "a few minutes to unfreeze" and rather than using the other register, offering to allow me to pay with cash, offering to allow me to leave my anticipated purchase behind and rejoin my group to enjoy my time with them, offering my @$5 purchase complimentary since my group had already spent @$65, etc. an employee (Teagan?) took a break from blowing her nose in the napkins and told me I could not leave the anticipated purchase and that "it's not like it's going to be an hour" and that I would have to wait. I think I will opt for one of the hundreds of other yogurt places in the greater Memphis area! read more

There are only two words, totally bad...no flavor choices of yogurt, blueberries were rancid, price was over $10 for two half cups...ridiculous, just don't bother. Almost disgusting, IMHO! read more

TERRIBLE service!! Young female worker was extremely rude to us on Thursday night. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her because we were there wanting yogurt. This was our first time at this establishment and will also be our last thanks to our interaction with this employee. read more

have visited this location in prior years. First visit this year. Very disappointing. Prices are to high but the most disappointing fact was how dirty it seemed. Went there on Friday night with my 4yr old daughter. She has an egg allergy. I immediately asked what was egg-free and safe for her. The young lady responded that everything had eggs. Since my daughter couldn't have anything, we all left. Disappointed since we've been to several different frozen yogurt chains and they have always carried at least one egg-free option. As allergies has risen 300% in the last decade, you should really think about providing options or you'll continue to lose business. BTW, the Sea Salt Caramel frozen yogurt at YoLos is egg-free and awesome! read more
