After 2 years, I thought I would give this place a try again. Worst fucking mistake. I asked the lady Abi something to just clean my eyebrows and she even said she would clean them and ask me after if I wanted to shape them. Instead she left me looking like a surprised clown ready for the circus once again with two fine point sharpie shaped eyebrows on my face. Honestly what the hell is wrong with this place? Are they all trained in 4S to make sure the customers continue to look the Joker? I'm so angry right now, eyebrows make a huge difference on a persons face and I look ridiculous asf. How the hell is anyone supposed to take me serious at work when I'm in shock for the next month! This is some bullshit and NO ONE should go to this place. Stick to Anywhere else! read more

I've been going to Grace Threading for quite some time to have my eyebrows threaded by Sara. She has always treated me with wonderful customer service and taken great care with my eyebrows. I have thin eyebrows and she's always careful to make sure they stay as "thick" as possible. I love her work and how gentle she is with my face. Recently, I decided to have microblading done. I've been contemplating for awhile to have it done, but was afraid of the pain and the overall look. I wanted to have natural brows that complemented my face. Sara made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I'm so excited to see how they will heal and turn out. Sara is wonderful and great at what she does!! read more

Grace threading is amazing! Ask for Sara, she is the best. Pays such close attention to detail and knows what's best. Love her!

My company just moved to the area and I drove by and seen a threading place so close!!! I stop by today to give them a try! I had such an amazing experience! I was greeted with such a warm hello and smile by Roxy! She took me right away! we had small talk but I felt I have been coming to her for years and it was my FIRST TIME! She did an amazing job on my brows, I didn't need any correction! I will definitely be back very soon!!! The facility was very clean, it smelt lovely! I highly recommend this salon!!! Thank you again Roxy!!! On top of her amazing skills with being a new customer and Valentine's Day she gave me a single rose I thought that was such a sweet gesture!!! Downside has nothing to do with Graces Threading it's the parking lot! It's soooo busy I had to park pretty far ( i don't mind walking) but just a heads up it's in a very popular shopping center! read more

Very neat place , Super quick and efficient. Highly recommend over sky threading in RB.

Terrible. New girl cut my lip and it wouldn't stop bleeding. I've done threading for decades and have never had this happen. She apologized profusely but clearly did not have enough training to be doing this unsupervised. Staff needs to be trained more before being allowed to work on clients and they should be hand holding the new people. Ridiculous. Will never go back. read more

Had the pleasure of having my eyebrows done by Sara this afternoon, she was wonderful. Not only did she remember me from my previous visit and the conversations we shared, but she took the time to ask how I enjoyed my experience. She even threaded some exposed nose hairs I had, didn't know that was a thing! Great results, would highly recommend. Thanks again Sara! 5 stars :) read more

Leila was hands down so wonderful! She is always so personable and makes my eyebrows look fantastic. She always takes her time, and I will be going back for more services! Thank you! read more

1Day update - Bruises above eyebrow and on forehead are more pronounced and look more like breakouts. Might take about a week to heal. I have had my eyebrows done at many places, this place is the worst!!! This place needs a pair of gentler hands, and women who know how to do eyebrows for other women. *** And employees need to wear masks. Temperature check was not done. COVID does not stop just for Grace 4S Threading *** I went to get my eyebrows threaded and came back with bruises above my eyebrows and most of my forehead. It's been a few hours and the bumps haven't reduced and pains when touched. The bruises didn't appear immediately, so I tipped them because they seemed polite. I went back again to get some unevenness sorted. One of them did my eyebrows evenly as I asked, and the other lady asked me to wait for 5 minutes as she needed to "tell" me something. She told me she felt bad because I had come back, and said she would remove some of the baby hair. I was wondering if she had missed doing that also when I was there the first time. She also took the liberty of taking some more off only one of my eyebrows, leaving the whole look uneven another time. The ladies working there only know how to do their own eyebrows. Seems overpriced for their quality of service (plus tips!). Told me their names were Helen and Sarah. read more

I come here often to get my eyebrows threaded. I didn't know until looking at their website that they actually offer a variety of specialty facials as well depending on your needs. I later chose to do a clarifying facial to treat myself before a photo shoot and Heidi exceeded my expectations. Not only did my facial include a short shoulder/head massage but she walked me through every step she was doing and made sure to give me tips on how to maintain my skin. She was also very honest about what I needed and didn't because I also wanted to get my eyebrows done that same day but she said not to for the sake of my skin, I appreciated this honesty. read more

The lady with blonde hair does not care, she is too rough and kept on pulling my skin. The only reason I go to this place is because of Sara. This lady with blonde hair she does not like her job. read more

I have always had great experiences here other than this, so it's more of a heads up to anyone purchasing packages. I had purchased an aqua facial package in June 2020 for $300(I think this was the first covid reopening) but had never used them. I called this past week just to make sure everything would be good since I purchased them a while ago and the girl I spoke to on the phone said they didn't have any packages in my account. I never received an email confirmation of the purchase, but did have the transaction in my bank account and had that info. She said she would take a deeper look into the transactions and get back to me, but never did. I guess just make sure to get physical proof of any packages, and make sure they log it into your account. As I said, I had nothing but good experiences other than this. read more

I moved to San Diego about six months ago and I've been going to Grace Threading 4S Ranch location every couple of weeks for eyebrow and upper lip threading. I've been going to this location for my quarantine eyebrows for the past couple of months now and every visit has been great! I've had the pleasure of having my eyebrows done by both Sara and Helen, and have never had a bad experience with either of them. Both of them are very sweet, personable, and very good at what they do. The location is also very clean, and both make sure to sanitize their station before taking a client. Always looking forward to coming back and having my brows tamed by these two! read more

Been coming here for years to do the clarity treatment. Helen is my girl! She's awesome

What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to take walk ins first? I think you should be more mindful of honoring the appointment system if you're going to have one. Maybe just do away with it all together and do a "first come, first serve" model. read more
