Got a gel manicure and a pedicure done. I'm not too happy about the service though the staffs were kind. The gel nail polish came off in one of the fingers in less than 48 hours and therefore I had to book another appointment to get it fixed. Pedicure was okay except that the callus were not properly removed and scrubbing didn't last longer than 15 seconds. Overall not very satisfied with the service. Also their website mentions 10% off when paid in cash but they were surprised and even not ready to give away the discount. Finally they did since it was busy hours. read more

Have been coming here for some time and love it. I always ask for Maria and will wait for her even if I have to come back another day. She takes her time and is very meticulous and absolutely fantastic! My mother has callouses on her feet and is very sensitive and Maria takes her time and is cautious about her needs. Love that! She is also super nice:) Don't give it 5 stars because it can get a little crowded and the sink in the back could be a little more clean (towels on floor an such). But otherwise- love it! read more

It's awful. The nails are painted uneven. The shape of some nails is weird. Gel nails for 20$? I better buy regular nail polish and paint at home. Awful place. Owner should pay more attention to the qualifications of employees at the place. Overall, if u want to get average quality manicure, which u can easily do at home with no effort, go there. Went a couple of months ago for a mani and was surprised at how well the lady did. Checked out the prices and figured I'd try the pedi next time. My sis got to them first and told me it was great. Decided to stop on today and give the pedi a try. So glad I did. Maria did my feet and they look and feel marvelous! And for only $15!!! Mon-wed they have mani, pedi, and brows for $25. I am always open to trying different places but never for my nails and hair. It was unfortunate that I needed a last minute mani pedi on May 4, 2015. I searched for the closest nail son and Grace Nails came up so that's where I went. The place was a bit smaller than other places I usually go to. It was a little cluttered and crowded. However, the lady that did my mani pedi was very nice, caring, and accommodating. She saw that I was carrying my charger so mo matter where we went in the salon, she would carry my stuff and made sure to charge my phone. Unfortunately, the lady was too harsh and aggressive when cleaning my nails, especially on my toes. As of now, my right big toes is red, swollen, and currently beating. She took so much ingrown nail from my toes that it has caused me pain and extreme discomfort. I will wait couple of days and see if it will get better. I really do hope that this is how worse it gets otherwise I'm going to have to bring it to the higher up. This review shall serve as my record of incident. read more

This was the WORST mani/pedi experience of my life. I went here on Saturday with my boyfriend. Upon walking in and saying I want a mani/pedi, the girl walked up to me, (staring at her phone the entire time - not looking up at me at all) and told me to pick a color. I chose my color and headed to the pedicure chair. Apparently not, they do the manicures BEFORE the pedicures. To me, that doesn't make sense. So, there I am in the manicure chair first - the girl starts to file my nails. When she was finished with my first hand, she unlocked her iphone and started text messaging back and forth for about 3 minutes. At her convenience, once she was done, she continued on to my second hand. The rest of the manicure was fine, other than not asking me to pay before they polished (which I'm used to do and seems easier to me). Then on to the pedicure - I'm not sure what I would have done if I were there by myself. Manicure being first, how was I supposed to take my socks/shoes off and roll up my pants with wet nails?? I explained this to the girl who didn't understand me at all. Then there was no hot water in the foot bath. They had to use a big green watering can to bring hot water from the bathroom to the pedicure station!! That girl obviously did not want to be there and shouldn't be in any sort of customer service. After I was done and before going to dry my hands and toes, I went to check on my boyfriend for a minute. The woman doing his pedicure was so rough!! A few of his toes were bleeding and her attempt at massaging was pretty much torture. Three days later and his feet are still cut up and really sore. Originally being from Queens, I will make the trip out there for the much better overall experience as well as it being much cheaper. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here. read more

I recently started going to Grace Nails due to the reviews I read on Yelp and the fact it was close to my home. I had my own nails but they were always prone to breaking so I started getting gel put on them to make them stronger. The young lady named Yanurelis would do my nails every two weeks without fail. She would cut my finger(s) while working on them at times. The last time I went I left there completely dissatisfied with the work on my nails - noticing gaps between the gel and my nails which is unacceptable considering the price they charge each time I would go. I finally decided to just remove the gel from my nails when they started to grow in. Thank God I did. On my left pinky I noticed discoloration. I thought it was from moisture getting between my nail and the gel. Was I ever wrong. As the days went by it became red, swollen and painful and when I squeezed it pus came out. I went to the doctor and they told me I had a staph infection - more than likely from the cuts that she had done and from dirty implements. I was and still am horrified. I am now on antibiotics but because I am a diabetic it can take a lot longer for for my finger to heal. After this experience I would be hard pressed to go to any other nail salons again and if I did I would definitely bring my own implements. Think twice before going there. read more
