The Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is very calm and quiet, which is nice. I was taken well care of, I walked in for a pedicure with callous removal and received that. I asked for a french tip pedicure but they didn't hear me I assume because they asked me what color nail and I said clear (again wasn't sure what they were asking for) and didn't notice later that my toenails were painted a very soft pink instead. Which was fine with me, I was mostly there for the pedicure treatment so the color didn't matter. I also decided last minute to add a manicure to match my toes. The nails were pretty average at best. The color didn't really cover my nails smoothly, I probably would've gone for a darker color if I came in with the intention of painting my nails. Overall the experience was relaxing even though my manicure was just okay. I'll come back in the future for another pedicure, I quite enjoyed that part.

Prices are very affordable for the work and quality. I got a gel pedicure, gel polish removal and they repaired this horrific cracks i had on two of my nails and I'm so impressed ! The salon itself was clean, spacious, and I appreciated the complimentary water and snack. Unfortunately, my appointment experience was disappointing. I arrived on time and was told the wait would be about 15 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes with no updates, I decided to leave. Only then was I told my technician was "ready," but I could see that wasn't the case. I understand that salons run behind sometimes--that happens. What was frustrating was the lack of communication, especially as a first-time customer with a scheduled appointment. I never actually received my pedicure, so I can't comment on the quality of the services. They did call me afterward and even offered a complimentary pedicure, which I appreciated, but by then I'd already lost confidence in the experience as I booked something different than my normal place to try, waited, and then returned with no pedicure.

I was left right before my vacation with no one to finish my nails because she refused to let any other nail tech do them for me even though I suggested I'd do something more simple. I called around and Iconic Nail Studio happily agreed to check my half done nails to see what they can do. I was welcomed with top tier customer service once I walked in. I believe her name was Vanessa who helped and Michelle did my flower design. She did such a great job. Vanessa had to basically redo my builder gel because it was already breaking and my nails weren't filed nicely. I was so relieved at the end of my appointment. It took me a bit due to the price being higher than Apple Salon but I've now been a client for a few months. The techs I've tried have been great at one thing and not so great at another. For example I was going to Melanie but she wasn't so great at making the gel flat enough and even but I liked how she shaped and painted my nails. I tried Margarita and she did better at shaping and flattening them out after I told her but she took a long time and went over my natural nails which I didn't want. Maria did a good job when I went to her so I may stick to her! I def don't mind paying more for the excellent customer service and it's a nice and clean environment with cute decor.
