I first emailed Don the owner and got no reply. I eventually called and was chastised for emailing (which he apparently does not check). Don and I discussed today as a day that would work for remediation. I had the distinct impression he was going to come. He had me text photos of the problem, which he agreed was not right. Yesterday Don called and left VM asking what it was they were supposed to do for me, as he could not recall, and to verify the time. I texted him this morning indicating the texted photos I'd sent previously, which were on the message thread, signed my name and wrote unhappy customer under my name. Don immediately called back and demanded to know if I'd texted him and why would I have done that? Why would I have written something like that? I responded that it was because he had left VM asking what it was they were supposed to do. Don stated that what I had said (unhappy customer) was "over the top". This call was rude and unpleasant from his end. Unhappy customer is about ME. I get to describe myself any way I choose, regardless of him thinking it's over the top or milk toast. The technician came and re-cleaned the room I had complained about. Hopefully this ends any contact I have with this company.

I hired this company to clean my parents' home in preparation for showings as the house was for…read moresale. The house was pretty much empty and just freshly painted so not a lot in the way. I specifically asked for floors, windows and bathrooms to be deep cleaned and then the rest of the light cleaning in order to finish the house. (4-bedroom 2 bath one story) 4 young women showed up to clean and I thought wow, 4 people this house is going to look amazing. 4 hours later they were finished. I had been working outdoors since I was getting things ready in the yard and garage. I was notified they were finished, and their boss would be by to do a final inspection. Before I knew it they were leaving including the "boss". I wanted to do a walk through however the floors were wet. My mistake, I had too much trust. I had to leave, so I locked up and didn't check the house. My parents came home the next morning and found 3 broken valves on their gas range. It seems as though they tried to clean the grooves and pushed something in there and broke the valves. There was dirt and grime on the floors, bathrooms that were not deep cleaned as well as windows that had spots and wipe marks. We took pictures and sent them to Santos cleaning immediately. The owner stated she could not come over nor had anyone available to come and correct the issues. The house was on the market and that day and we had potential buyers in place to come and look at the house. My mom and I had to do spot cleaning and make the house presentable. You may ask why we waited for the day before, we did not, we schedule with enough time however Santos called to reschedule one day later. When I called to report and further discuss I was met with defiance and then ignored. When I reported the broken valves, Santos came along with 2 other cleaning staff and stated the damage is due to wear and cleaned around the burners and seemed to be looking for an excuse. My parents take good care of their home and now she is suggesting they were already broken, 3 burner valves. I think not Ms. Santos. Santos then quickly stated she would send a technician her company works with. A gentleman came over and verbally confirmed the broken valves and stated he would notify Santos and send us a report. We never heard back from this technician nor Santos. We hired a technician to come and give us an estimate and fix, almost 500.00 for parts and 250. for labor at this point. We are still waiting or parts. So far, we are in 1200 plus which includes 420.00 for the "cleaning". I get it everyone has a bad day, and this is how I tried to approach these issues, with patience and a level of understanding however, to be ignored is unbelievably unprofessional. We still believe in you Ms. Santos and hope you will make things right for my parents, otherwise I will see you in small claims court. Furthermore, their 2 person team is now in and out in leas than an hour, which at $90 (+tip) per cleaning makes me feel like we're not getting our monies worth. My husband and I are pretty clean, and I know there's not much of a mess, but there's definitely more deep cleaning that could be done.
