$90 wale print. What am I missing. Google lens didn't turn anything remarkable.

It pains me to write this review but the prices at this store have gone out of control. They receive all these goods at zero cost, and their prices reflect the level of a well curated, mid-tier antique shop that buys inventory in well organized Estate Sales and EBay. About 30% of the store is filled with very, VERY dated decor and housewares, and also items that exceed the current prices of those items at stores like Target, Walmart and the Dollar Tree. They do have 50% off some days, and even on those items are still overpriced. They also have designer days; I browsed their selections on Feb 7/2024 and there was a scratched fake LV tote bag (stitching was unraveling, terrible and material was so obviously cheap) for $350! I hope they let people know they're buying a replica and not the real thing, because at $350 someone might think they're gettin an amazing deal! That bag should have been $50 and even that was a stretch. This used to be the greatest thrift store in Frisco, but with the popularity of thrifting the greed has taken over. Pity.

    Very well organized kitchen items

Pros- GREAT CUSTOMER service, organized, big store, lots of inventory! Furniture was decently priced. The young man moving furniture around was a great help as well as the cashiers. Very friendly. Cons- outrageously over priced on certain items- like home decor. Their prices are like a Ross store or Marshalls for home decor and frames. It's better off if you find another thrift store that's cheaper for these items or buy it new. I walked in on a day that EVERYTHING was 1/2 off. I bought a Sony dvd player for only $4 and a few DVDs. It was a great buy for me. I was extremely happy:)

As an avid Thrifter in the DFW area, it's always exciting to find new thrift stores! My friend actually found this store and told me about it on our way to Goodwill in Frisco. It's situated literally across the street from goodwill behind the 99 Cent Ranch grocery store off Preston so if you're having a thrift day, this is perfect. It's very inviting walking in. The initial display is very well put together and the signs give you a good look at the day's specials. The store is very well organized and clean (which I really appreciated). It had everything organized and categorized from CDs/DVDs to books to bags to household items. It was really nice to see!!! The store was very easy to maneuver around and there was even a separate room for furniture. The employee came over the loud speaker several times to advise us of the special for the day (clothes and shoes $2 and everything else in the store 50%). It appears as if they have everyday specials. What really stood out to me is that you can even shop online. I did a pretty quick scan of the store since it was a little late in the evening and I just wanted to see what they had. I didn't find anything as I was looking for specific items but will definitely add this to my thrift list for the Frisco area. As I was typing this location in there appears to be on in the Plano area as well. I'd give it a 5 star for cleanliness, easiness to maneuver and selection. Very nicely done.

    Yikes!

Just insane pricing. It's priced more like a high end consignment store, but the stuff is worse quality. Will not be back.

Over priced and lack of customer service. The signs outside rarely match the sale going on inside.

Like other thrift stores seems like a lot of the good inventory is snagged before it even makes it out for the customers.

Prices are higher than what you would pay brand new from a store. Much higher than any store I've seen.

It's a good place to find a random designer find but if you were looking to sell items, you might…read moremake $1.50 per item. It's not necessarily worth your time unless they take absolutely everything you bring in. The employees were very, very nice and helpful! The process of selling items was super easy. The store is very clean and tidy, but the clothes are not organized by size making it a little difficult to go right to your size and browse. It looks like it was more arranged by color and style more than anything.

I'm not one to go out of my way to review this but I believe this needs to be said. I've come here…read moremultiple times over the past 10-12 months. I use to sell vintage clothing and offload alot of my stuff here. In the beginning they've felt fair , I don't expect 80-90% but at-least reasonable pricing. It was good margins for my higher end vintage. It felt fair, 175-200$ jackets they buy for 35$-45$. The last two times it's been nothing like this. All tshirts (some worth 300$) lotted up for 5$ , 7$ , 8$ price points. The "unique " items don't exceed 20$. Some I understand but others aren't getting throughly priced. In the past it felt like i was dealing with the managers or more seasoned employees. Now i don't believe so. In the itemized receipt i have about five 100-300$ shirts asking 5-8$ when before I've brought cheaper shirts worth 50$-70$ that I received 10$ for. 200$ (average sales and sold comps) Ungrateful dead shorts got priced for 6$. That's 3% ! That's insane. When seeing the clerk I told him we are too far off. He was frustrated which I get and let me know they don't move vintage as well as other things. Understandable just not at the price points. He did ask me what I wanted for everything , I told him I'll take this else where just cause we were too far off. I do understand his frustration but it took him 20 minutes to price out my 37 items. Which means to me time wasn't taken to actually look at the value of the higher valued items. I had some lower value items mark and detailed as "unique" items , while some expensive shirts were grouped up in "men's shirts" I hope this changes. The beginning experiences I had with these guys made me want to come back again and again. A few times the guys even showed me where they got price points from and explained their process , which I really appreciated. I hope this reaches the right people and this gets fixed. I know there can't be an exact training for these kind of things. But when I use to get offered 25%-30% and now it's 1%-10% it's insulting. I don't think they are trying to pull one over on me, but it just feels like it's unseasoned individuals estimating my order and not taking time to price out what's in front of them. No hate or negativity to the individuals. Business is business and I'd love to come back for future estimates.
