This store is huge! But clerk told me it is one f their smallest stores. Every day have savings on different color tags day I was there blue were 50% off white 25% off. There are racks and racks of clothes all separated by size and big labels at the ends telling you what that row holds. The dressing rooms are open an very clean, a clerk unlocks them for you. After getting home I saw one of my items still had a security tag on it so I had to go back to the store(why missing a star) but there was no issue with getting them to remove it. The prices aren't as cheap as I was expecting but cheaper than buying new

09/08/21 Great staff!!! Drop area is located at the back side. At least 2 personnel are there to help you out. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I really wish that you guys would open your dressing rooms they have amazing things, and I still love this store. I only have ten bucks to get an interview outfit, but I will include some cool pics of stuff I didn't get!! Today is 50% off everything except salmon tags.

Terrible service. No effort made to help customers. Would rather lose sales than make an effort.

Too expensive! This is THRIFT, not a department store. They have a big selection but everything is out of order and way too expensive.

Was only there to drop off some items after doing some major spring cleaning in the garage. I appreciate what they do. I'm sure there is a great selection for the value they have. NEW/UPDATED REVIEW (JUNE 2026):…read more (This review is intended for shoppers' use. We can't comment on the experience at Grace Bridge of Frisco as an item donor.) At one time, we would have told you GBF was the best thrift store in Collin County, but they have really gone downhill. Here's what's going on: 1--The merchandise never changes. You can visit in March and come back in June and everything looks practically the same. 2--No employees. When we visited on June 18, 2026, there was literally no one at the cash register. Shoppers were walking in and out unimpeded. We are certain a few customers probably took advantage of the situation to help themselves to 100% discounts. 3--The restrooms used to be nice, but on our last few visits they've been closed for no apparent reason. Just chairs set up with tape blocking the whole section off. 4--Some nice furniture, like, for example, a nice gaming chair (computer chair) marked with a red "sale price" tag of $178: if that's the SALE price, then HEAVENS TO BETSY what's the regular price? 5--There's always a loud voice recording (pre-recorded) that comes on over the loudspeakers every 5 minutes, talking about the latest sale of the day... the voice talks fast and it's hard to understand what it's saying. Instead of the constant loud interruptions, maybe put some SIGNS or signage up around the store... to let shoppers know what the sale actually is? 6--This time around, the store just felt more run-down and sketchy than usual. It seems like maybe they're close to going out of business. There's just a moribund feel. Our strongest recommendation, at this point, is to bring your thrifting adventures a few miles away to All Community Outreach in Allen. While generally more expensive, the experience of shopping at ACO is so much better. My original review (several years old): On an average day they have better and nicer things than Goodwill, and yes their prices are high, but they often run 50% discounts. This location also has nice restrooms. Grace Bridge has more furniture than Goodwill and more oddball knickknacks like a collectible Star Wars BB-8 robot I picked up for less than $10. The selection of Bibles and other religious books is nice, and they have a nice collection of secular movies and books as well. The one area I'd give Goodwill points for is, maybe in 2 out of 100 trips to Goodwill, I've found something really special... like a vintage IBM typewriter or a 1980s Commodore 64 computer system. Grace Bridge doesn't have a lot of stuff like that, but they have more everyday-ish items that are nicer (and less picked-over) than Goodwill. Minus one star for the grease pencil stuff they mark the prices on their products with. It's nearly impossible to remove, and trying to do so will mess up a lot of book covers, CD cases, etc.

I've been shopping here for months, but after today, I won't be coming back…read more On my way into the store, I found a really cute table near the front and placed it in my cart. About 10 minutes later, while I was still shopping, three employees approached me, surrounded my cart, and one of them removed the table without any explanation. Confused, I asked what was going on, and that's when they told me the item had already been sold. The issue is, there was no "sold" sign on the table, and it was sitting in the front area mixed in with other furniture that appeared available. As a customer, there was no way to know it wasn't for sale. I honestly got the vibe an employee wanted it. I asked to speak with a manager and explained how uncomfortable the situation felt. Not only was an item taken directly from my cart, but the way it was handled--being approached by multiple employees and not given an explanation upfront--was frustrating and unprofessional. I also questioned how something could be considered "sold" while it was still out on the floor with no indication. I was told it had already been purchased by someone else, and they took it away. What made the situation worse was that there was no apology--just a repeated explanation of what happened on their end (understaffing) which only added to my frustration. They had no employees to help the customer however, 3 employees were able to surround me in the aisle? I've never had an experience like this at a thrift store--or any store. Typically, items are either clearly marked as sold with a tag or removed from the sales floor. This situation felt disorganized and poorly handled. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores in the area, but based on this experience, I won't be returning.

This place is incredibly organized for sure and pretty clean. The major issue was the pricing and…read moreit felt a bit inconsistent.
