Came in for Açaí bowls (their acai cups are the only option in the area) and was super disappointed that there was only a tiiiiiiiny bit of acai in the base... basically what we got were banana cups... I'm from CA and I'm used to lots of Açaí as well as more options in terms of base and toppings and Pitaya! The girl I asked about that didn't even know what pitaya was. That all being said, my banana bowl was super fresh and totally delicious, just not at all what I expected from the name. I love that this place has cold pressed juice, what looked like great smoothie options and healthy food. Both myself and my friend could not bring ourselves to finish our food and we will both eat nearly anything. It is also very very overpriced for what it is. I appreciated how clean the business was. I was the only customer (1st timer) and the only employee there was a young man, not helpful at all. I paid 9.47 for a 16oz. Immune added beets. 1/4 of my cup was filled with the fresh pressed veggies, and the rest was filled with Orange juice for a bottle (not fresh). As I left with my tasty drink, no thank you or good bye. I just walked out of the store sipping my juice. Sweet ginger sauce on the side. Perfect meal for my child. Completely healthy! Nice smoothies. They have happy hour 2-4 pm. Good price on the smoothies and you can add goodies to your smoothie at no extra charge during happy hour. The meals are $10 for adults, but it's not garbage or loads of bread/fillers and carbs. Completely worth it. You don't end up with extra leftovers, just a good quality meal that's filling and then you're on your way. I like this place. Do not get the Mac and cheese, unless you actually do like it. I get the healthy ingredients, but it was not cheesy because they put a red sauce over it. Then the spicy taste was totally not a Mac and cheese experience. They should just call it a baked zingy pasta something. Wellness juice was very earthy tasting but I expected that. Lots of flavors of fresh food to try so I'll be back. Ft hood area needs more healthy options like this so I support this place. Mini sampler platters and small juice samples should be an option since this is a new place and the flavors are not what they sound like, at least for me. My second review, the first was to let the owner know her associates knew nothing about the detox programs when inquired, that night I met Caleb who was amazing and made me want to try the juice detox again! Ordered a three day detox this morning before nine a.m., received a phone call at 1530 by a nice associate who said they just received my order and it wouldn't be ready by five. Of course I was like but I ordered it this morning and Caleb said they only needed six hours, obviously the website doesn't transfer or deliver orders in a timely manner. I picked my juice up at almost nine p.m., I have to say the associates were very friendly but this place needs to get their act together! Most folks would not have come back for a second time but I do understand this place is still trying to get things right but shouldn't I at least get an apology or an explanation of what happened? read more

I can't say they stood out over some of my other clean eating favorites, BUT, considering this is one of the only places in Killeen to eat well, I won't lower my star rating.
