The lox spread was costly but quality, loaded with large hunks throughout. All bagels came toasted without us requesting, so specify if you prefer otherwise. Rather than processing it, she repeatedly insisted on making the drink, even after I clearly said I preferred a refund. She told me she would process my refund. Two days later the charge went through. The interaction felt confusing and poorly handled. I completed their survey, submitted a comment via their website, and sent them a Yelp message. Price was 2 bucks a donut, so towards the higher side. Donut was fresh, dense with a heavy sugar shell and a strong artificial strawberry flavor. Not bad, but I prefer the lighter yeasty style donuts than the denser, sugar laden ones. As a local donut shop, it's good. The quality is there, but the donuts are not my style.
