You can tell it was freshly baked. We also got a habanero bacon cheddar bagel with spicy cheddar bacon ranch spread. I also got a French toast muffin, which tasted exactly like French toast! I did get the lucky charm March special, however, they ran out of cold brew coffee and it was being brewed overnight. I was able to substitute a regular coffee with an espresso shot. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. They never rush you-my friends and I spent over an hour here after we finished our coffees, and we were never rushed or asked to leave. In fact, we practically shut the coffeehouse down - right after we walked out, they started locking up and cleaning. I was thrilled to see that the Newington location was finally opened. Rather than processing it, she repeatedly insisted on making the drink, even after I clearly said I preferred a refund. She told me she would process my refund. Two days later the charge went through. The interaction felt confusing and poorly handled. I completed their survey, submitted a comment via their website, and sent them a Yelp message. None which were responded to.
