Sweetwaters is... fine. The whole place has the feel of a struggling business, which isn't shocking…read moregiven how tough the Manchester/Buckland mall area has become. Service was a little odd when I stopped in. One employee was up front, another person awkwardly lingering in the back, and my smoothie was made entirely out of sight. My best guess is they don't get enough traffic to justify setting up and tearing down everything up front each day, but it still felt strange for such a simple order. The smoothie itself was OK but didn't taste particularly fresh, and it was a bit pricey for what it was. Nothing awful--just not something I'd return to, especially with the prep happening out of view.

We found this spot thanks to a random social media post (you know, the kind you usually don't trust)... and somehow it exceeded every expectation we walked in with. Like, dramatically. First off -- the vibe. The inside is sleek, modern, and way more upscale than you'd expect for an all-you-can-eat spot. You walk in thinking "quick sushi dinner" and suddenly feel like you should've dressed better. Not required... but you'll think about it. Now let's talk strategy -- because this isn't just sushi. Oh no. This is choose-your-own-adventure dining: * Fresh, well-prepared sushi rolls * Legit pho (yes... pho at a sushi place... and it works) * Hibachi-style dishes that could stand on their own anywhere else And here's the kicker: they actually mean all-you-can-eat. Not the "we'll judge you after two rolls" kind. It's around $32 per person, which in today's economy feels like you're getting away with something. Service? On point. Attentive without hovering, fast without rushing you -- the kind of staff that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. We went in curious... we left full, impressed, and already planning the return trip. PS: Some dishes come out on paper plates. At first you'll do a double take like "wait... what?" -- but honestly, from a business standpoint it makes total sense. Less overhead, faster turnover, more food for us. By the time your third round hits the table, you won't care... you'll just be wondering what to order next.

The menu was very large, which is a red flag for me. We went on a Saturday and they automatically sit you down for AYCE. The restaurant was clean and not very busy. The menu was printed in 3 8x10 sheets. I order my normal go to at all you can eat sushi. The seaweed was good. The clear soup was very bland. Taste like fried onion and water and not hot. If a simple soup taste like this.... I can only imagine what the pho will taste like, which is a more complex soup broth. The Goyza and fried calamari was the best part of the meal. The pepper tuna was cut too thick for my liking and over sauce. For sushi we ordered the rainbow roll and dragon roll which was decent. The Godzilla roll was too warm and mushy for me. We also had hibachi salmon and fried rice. The hibachi salmon was dry and drenched in teriyaki sauce and the fried rice was soggy like they cooked it with hot white rice. I couldn't even finish eat fried rice. I was visit family after and ask them if they wanted something to go. They wanted the angry tuna roll and the chashu pork banh mi. They also want a Thai tea and mango lemon green tea. I ordered the to go order mid meal and the waitress took the order. But was surprise like she didn't know the chashu banh mi was on the menu. She runs to the back and stated it's not available, so I order the lemongrass chicken. A few moments later she came by and said they had no mango for the mango lemon green tea. So I ordered the peach. If you're not gonna have something, it should not be an option online to order. We got the order bagged and I notice the bag was kinda small. Asked her where the sandwich and she was asked did she charged it. I show her the receipt and she ran to the back to ask them to make it. We sat waiting for another 10-15 minutes. My family didn't like the drink at all. Said it tasted funny and water down. The banh mi was not on a classic banh mi (bread). They also agree the pepper tuna in the roll was too thick. Note to mention: during the meal the owner and another customer was arguing back and forth which made it experience awkward. Overall I would say it's a 2.5 for me. Can't go to all you can eat when getting a good dish is 50/50 especially not at $34.99 price point. There are better AYCE sushi elsewhere. They are new and hope they get better. I will not be coming back.

I have a lot of people with celiac (and many other allergies) in my family so they created a menu that was almost completely gluten free, were very flexible with dishes and ensuring they were made in a way that everyone could safely eat, and did a great job labeling and separating dishes so there would be no contamination and all of our guests would feel safe. They also set everything up and cleaned everything up and were extremely generous in terms of pricing for this service. Everyone who was present LOVED the food. It is obviously very authentic and absolutely delicious. The smoked rice was simple but amazing, the hummus was perfect, and people loved all of the dishes. They also provided a rice pudding dessert which was packaged BEAUTIFULLY. I cannot recommend enough! After seeing the menu, I decided to try their chicken katsu instead while my fiancé tried the beef ramen. We also got two medium bubble teas. Both drinks came out first. For mediums, they were pretty small (especially with a $7 price tag). I will say though, my creme brûlée oreo tea was incredible. I absolutely loved the flavor and the oreo in it. Still pricey but at least it was good. My fiancé ramen came out shortly after and we weren't too impressed. The beef broth was a muted color which looked more like miso. He said the noodles were sticky and pretty soft. I waited about 15 minutes until my chicken katsu came out (we were the only ones in there so it wasn't busy) and it looked promising... Good crunch but seems like chicken thighs were used as there was a good amount of fat in it. It quickly became kinda inedible because of how much sauce was covering the whole dish. I'm a sauce girly and love my condiments, but this was just so excessive. I asked for a box to go and maybe my fiancé will finish it later lol. The girl was so sweet and even offered MORE sauce to go, but i quickly declined. Overall, may be back for the teas if it's payday. Would not try the food again.
