Fantastic BBQ and a very friendly staff. Loved the brisket and pulled pork. Great selection of local beers and handcrafted ice cream.

First of, they have some of the best tasting bbq I've ever had. And I've lived in 8 different states including Texas and Oklahoma. I am writing this review because their service matches their food. I had a very minor problem with one of the items I ordered and called them. Josh was and very gracious immediately offered to send me a gift certificate. Then Josh followed up after sending it with a phone call to make sure that I had received it. In fact their service has always been great, everybody is always friendly and kind and helpful. What a great culture they have! read more

We have NEVER had a bad experience at GQue! Good, fast service, GREAT food, WONDERFUL people! The only bad thing MIGHT be that, every time we go, we tend to overdo it, but is that REALLY a bad thing? read more

Amazing good! Sells our fast so get there early! Try taking some home and the coleslaw is to die for read more

In the search for quality bbq in Denver GQue missed the mark. Of any bbq restaurant I've been to recently they put out the driest thickest most unappealing brisket I've had. This was a total miss. The wings were fine with a mild smoke flavor and the sides were good. But this is a bbq restaurant and the crown jewel was not good. read more

Put in a simple order 3 on the same sandwiches. Could not get it right. Food mid. Buckey is better. Pork is soooo dry.

Pretty much no smoke flavor and all the meats were on the drier end. The only redeeming factor is that for the price it's pretty decent BBQ, but it's just hard to compare with Rudy's or any place in Texas. read more

Soooo good! Usually I don't like brisket but my husband gave me a bite and OMG! So tender and not fatty. The meat in the ribs fell off the bone. I've lived so close for so long but always forget. I'm definitely a regular now! Sign up for the app and get a free sandwich and a birthday coupon. read more

You won't find a better bbq place in the Denver metro area. Their fries are so tasty and the pulled pork sandwich is amazing! It's a no-miss place for bbq! If you haven't eaten at GQue's, you haven't eaten bbq! read more

Best Texas style barbecued brisket this side of the Red River. The ribs are pretty darn good, too, but come early or order online to hold your rack because they're popular and sellout on busy nights. read more

Picked up take-out. BBQ was terrific - as always. Staff is always helpful and cheerful! Wish the menu had a couple more sides, though! read more

Great food. I had the pulled pork sandwich with onion rings. Great to see that they support CU Buffs !!

Best BBQ in CO! Date of Visit: 10/22/17 While searching for post-pumpkin-patch-picking grub, we stumbled upon GQue. I had read of their many awards over the past few years, and after sampling their goods, they are deserving of all that gold, and then some. Brisket, Pulled Pork, Salt-Brined Fries, Mac & Cheese - All were simply outstanding The real stars for me were the brisket (smoky, melt in your mouth, no knife - or teeth - needed) and Mac. What looked to be your run of the mill Mac was *packed* with cheesy goodness and texture. Even the Iced Tea and Lemonade were *100*. I will be back - arteries be dam*ed! read more

Was really looking forward to trying this place but left disappointed. Very pricey for the portion sizes. I had the Meltdown brisket sandwich and surprised at how small it was -- it didn't look anything like the picts I saw online and was more the size of a kiddo sandwich -- and despite adding tons of sauce the brisket was dry. Add a side of very undercooked fries (totally white still) to my baby sandwich + a beer and my meal was $30. My son had 3 different 1/4lb meats (he said were good,) a lrg mac & cheese + a beer for $40. So after the tip it was an $80 lunch. Definitely better bbq joints than this for both the quality and price. We won't be back. read more

Great food! The BBQ sauce is legendary! Their service is excellent and your order will be out quickly and served with a smile! The restaurant is noisy and fun, just like a family dinner! Or order it for take out to enjoy in your home. We always enjoy our meals! read more

BBQ always tastes so good after a long weekend of skiing. My friend's local BBQ joint was top notch! So glad we were able to walk in and there was still loads of brisket left and ribs. We were a happy group of skiers and in love with all the sauces! We could have done without the toast (it was legitimately toasted bread, which does not travel well for takeout), the pickles were delicious, my friends loved the beans and the mac & cheese tasted better than it looked. Would definitely come back and recommend for anyone looking for BBQ in CO. read more

Last night, first time customer. Food very good, qucikly delivered to our table, nice. Just one critical observation - french fries were kinda rubbery, not crisp. Identify an improved, larger size, better quality french fry offering. Maybe crinkle cut ? read more

Amazing BBQ! Brisket and ribs were fantastic. Easy parking & super friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

If you get their app you will get a free sandwich. I did enjoy their food. I had a pulled pork which was delicious. Maybe a bit pricey, but the one dollar beer during certain hours is a no brainer. read more

This is the best BBQ I have had in Colorado, hands down. The brisket is always delicious, and if you're not a fan of the fat running through it, you can order it "lean". The pulled pork is my second favorite protein here, and it has always been superb. The ribs are to die for-- always juicy, always perfectly smoky, always simply perfect. And if you're wanting something a little less traditional than what standard BBQ brings to mind, try their chicken wings. Both the dry rub and the buffalo are amazing! Nice, tender, flavorful meat with a *pop* to the chicken skin when you bite in. Good gracious. The macaroni and cheese is awesome, and the fresh apple slaw is even better for cutting the sweet heaviness of the BBQ. I haven't tried the sausage or turkey they offer or the other sides, but from everything I have tried here, you cannot go wrong with GQue. These folks know what they're doing! read more

Best ribs and their sauce is delicious. Sides varied and good. Wings were a bit dry and salty. Otherwise, a great meal

Delicious BBQ in Westminster. Choose your type of meat and whether you want it on a sandwich or plain. The brisket is soft tender and full of smokey delicious flavor. They offer several sides such as homemade kettle chips, fries, onion rings Friendly staff and dining area (outside patio as well) is very clean. Parking shared with many other businesses. Open 11 until 8pm but once they're out of meat for day that's it. Can't wait to go back to try the pulled pork, ribs and smoked chicken wings read more

Fatty brisket is my go to. The fat holds in the smoke and mix it with the bark in the outside of the brisket, dynamite. Their burnt ends are also spot on. Usually every week about 1030 the weekly special comes out and it's like waiting for Christmas. read more

Wanted to like it so bad. I showed up at 7 o'clock on a Friday night very busy. The staff was super friendly, and the place was clean. I ordered brisket, wet, some pork ribs, some of their smoked wings, and some mac & cheese. I watched the guy trim the brisket and remove all the fat and throw it away. Even though I asked for brisket, it was very dry. Flavor was good but very dry. The ribs on the other hand, I could not finish. I don't know if it was the end of the night so they've been sitting there for too long, but they were super dry, even when dipped in the au jou before they put them in my to go container and dipped in sauce before I ate them. The mac & cheese was sad. Cold noodles with warm cheese sauce put on top. Now the smoked wings were on point super moist. Great flavor would definitely order those again. I think unfortunately this place is an example of comparing competition barbecue to good barbecue. This is definitely competition barbecue and not barbecue. Unfortunately it was a waste of 40 bucks. read more

Service was friendly and quick, nice clean establishment and the food was excellent. I like having sauce on hand, they had Spicy and savory bottles right on the table, both were great and I will certainly come back again. Terrific local BBQ Large portions Beer on tap Whiskey available Great service I will return read more

The food here is really good. The meat is moist, tender and delicious. Ive come here a few times during the noon lunch crowd and its always full and theres usually a long line. Seating can be tricky since the tables are limited and sometimes you need to wait for one to open up. Unlike many other BBQ places that offer a wide variety of sauces, this place only offers a standard savory sauce and a mild spicy sauce, but the savory sauce is very tasty. The one downside to this place is that it is rather expensive, a single small pulled pork sandwich without any sides or drink is over $11 and for me, that makes this place cost prohibitive and not a daily lunch hangout. read more

My mouth is watering just from writing this post! Excellent BBQ joint with fast and friendly service! Within 10 minutes of us ordering we had our food in front of us. There's so many different meats to choose from and a dozen or so sides! Your combinations are endless! Meats I loved: Jalapeno cheddar sausage! We actually had a sample of this once at a bacon and beer fest and this is what made us come back. It was tender, juicy, and had a nice kick to the flavor! My second favorite was the smoked turkey! OH BOY that was damn good. Incredibly moist, and full of flavor. I would have never guessed my favorite thing on a BBQ menu could be turkey but this place nails it. The sides: Mac and Cheese goes oh so well with bbq! It didn't look like it was going to taste like much- not very much color to it but the flavor is out of this world. So cheesy, gooey, and thick with sauce! They've nailed the mac and cheese recipe! You also get a side of texas toast which is toasted to perfection. The alcohol ranges from a few local breweries to some wine. The brews were around $3-$5, and the wines were $6. read more

WOW this place is good! I was skeptical when I read in a article that GQue was named one of the best BBQ restaurants in the United States. You usually don't associate Colorado with best BBQ. My Knowledge of BBQ around the nation is not that vast but I have to say DAMN they have some good food at GQue! My go to place has always been Georgia Boys in Longmont but GQue is definitely a step above. The brisket is melt in your mouth butter and the jalapeño sausage is taste bud heaven, definitely my two favorite. The Carolina is excellent and ribs are delicious but a little on the pricy side $36 for a full rack. read more
