I came a little later than I expected and I knocked on the windows and tried to pull up my phone and typed in big letters "are you closed?" And the workers looked at me a couple times, talked to their buddy and completely ignored me. I made direct eye contact through the glass doors multiple times with the worker with brown hair in braids and they completely ignored me. I'd say they did a decent job. Service was fast and friendly. There was an unusual smell of horses inside the restaurant. Yes I mean horses. It might have been blowing in from outside. Parking is convenient and it's located in a nice shopping center. Ice cream tasted good. No complaints. read more

This place is my favorite!! I have a terrible sweet tooth and this cold stone Never seems to disappoint. I am always greeted at the door and the employees always have smiles on their faces. My absolute favorite is the founders favorite, it was recommended to me by one of the employees! Now every time I go in and that same employee happened to be working she knows exactly how I like my icecream! Very nice environment and energy to be around. I've just been to the store because I was craving for some good ice cream, but not only I didn't have that as I'm feeling nauseous. I ordered a small "somewhere over the rain-dough", that in the picture was shown as in a waffle cone. The girl got the ice cream, she put the sprinkles and sugar, BARELY mixed it, and put it in a cup. The "ice cream" was so liquid that was falling in the side of the cup. I did not want it in a cup, and also it wasn't in the shape of ice cream. She didn't put any frosting and I started feeling nauseous after starting eating. One small cup and another small plain cone was almost $12! I just received a mud pie mojo ice cream which Is disgusting. The only correct ingredients in this was coffee ice cream. It's missing the oreos, peanut butter and caramel sauce. It has some peanuts but not the right ones, they have sugar around them. I paid $30 for something that is uneatable. I was ordering every week but I guess no more. Last time they put 2 oreos in a family size. I wanted to call to ask for my money back but I didn't want to argue with anyone. Management should train the people. This location is often busy but consistently does a great job with their creations. They are always flavorful, many of the employees have become experts at the toss and catch of ice cream scoops, and honestly I have nothing bad to say about them. I don't need sugar but I like it. So I also don't eat at cold stone creamery more than once every five years but I still love their approach and their Ice cream concoctions. If I did not mind gaining 25 pounds of fat this year, I would go there weekly. This is ice cream on steroids. Anything that you love, except steak or lobster, they can mix into the ice cream. How much better could it be? Not much if you don't care about fitness and health. Too bad they didn't make some options sweetened with Stevia or Monk fruit. You have kids serving us. There's a long line, and if you run out of brownie for the mint chocolate chip special, than let us know instead of warming some up and giving me melted ice cream because you decided to leave it laying on the counter for about 10 minutes or so while your other co workers were warming up your frozen brownies in the microwave. I apparently ended up with an ice cream milkshake which of course didn't taste good what so ever because I prefer my ice cream with much more texture. And than to have your server eye ball me the entire time expecting a tip after the horrible service you provided for us was unacceptable. Honey you get a tip for your "customer service" not cause you decided that a nasty ice cream milkshake was acceptable. Thanks but no thanks. Want ice cream? On June 3rd we arrived around 7:15pm to find the line stretching across the front counter. With 20 or so people in front of us, the line didn't seem so bad. There were two young workers and a manager. The two kids did their best, but they were either very new or poorly motivated. The manager never jumped in to help. Instead she spent the 45 minutes it took us to get through the line making waffle cones. Only one person ordered a waffle cone that entire time. Instead of helping her team, she did something that didn't proved for any customer service for people paying $5-8 per person. I can't fault the teens. They were sorely understaffed and new. They had no help from the adult who should have been leading. The ice cream is good, but definitely not worth the wait. Especially since once I got to the front of the line they were out if the spoke our filing for my order. Ugh! read more

This Cold Stone is Stone Cold baby. I also have no idea what that's supposed to mean - besides this place is good! Right in the Orchard Town Center so I can swing here after eating some Qdoba, or perhaps post movie ice cream. Service seems to always be fine here and the ice cream is simply good ice cream, lots of options too. The only problem I have run in to here is that it's so popular I'm afraid I won't get a seat! They have gloves on but no masks. Not cool. All the customers have masks on. I bought an ice cream cake yesterday and it had a weird, off, chemical taste. I couldn't tell if it was the ice cream or the cake, but that's really inconsequential. I called and told them but the clerk answering the phone said she couldn't do anything and that I needed to call the owner/manager and gave me the home phone number. That just didn't feel right. I asked if the manager would be in and couldn't get a definitive answer. Here I have a defective ice cream cake and I have to go through the manager to return it? And call the manager at home to get the return "approved"? This feels like too much work, especially given the fact that I just paid $40 for something that wasn't edible. I'm the customer put in the position of having to jump through their hoops to prove dis-satisfaction. Beware. I'm going to try and return the cake today and will update the review with the outcome. read more

Very friendly service. This was our first time getting stone cold and they were patient with us as we decided what we wanted. Ice cream was so yummy for all of us. My husband got the mud pie, I got chocolate peanut butter and my daughter chose cotton candy and coffee side by side with sprinkles. All very good! read more

We go here often. The last few times have been RIDICULOUS. 20+ MINS in line with 1-2 people ahead of us. The staff is rude, EXTREMELY slow and poorly trained. The last time I was there the employees were jumping the counters like they were training for parkour. Ice cream is never blended. It's like all the mix ins are at the top or bottom with plain ice cream throughout. For the price u pay the service is beyond poor. Love, love, love this location. They are always so friendly. We often stop by on our way home from dinner and even though there's typically a line the people who work here get us in and out pretty quick. They also do the Cold Stone singing and ice cream tricks which are always a fun bonus. And did I mention the ice cream! It was my first time trying Cold stone and I was pretty disappointed. We're a family of 3 and we wanted to take a moment to look at everything before we ordered. There was not anyone behind us in line. So why did they keep pressuring us to order? It was really weird. I had the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip in a waffle cone and it was pretty good. The waffle cone was the best part though. My son had 3 scoops in a cup and he described the ice cream as "chewy". My husband had a $5 milk shake that was terrible. They appeared to be training the gentleman who was making my order. Never have had a bad experience at Cold Stone until now. The customer service was terrible. The store smelt like vomit. The girl that took our order did not even acknowledge me after I greeted her first. I gave her my order and just took my ice cream. My friend was also treated poorly by this same girl. I did not catch her name because I was so irritated with her, but she had many facial piercings. When she handed my friend her ice cream, she pretty much just tossed it at her without saying thank you. Probably will not be returning unless someone else serves me. read more

I recently ordered an ice cream cake from this cold stone and I was incredibly disappointed. I fully regret choosing Cold Stone to make an ice cream birthday cake for my best friend. The cake itself didn't taste too fresh, but the real disappointment was the complete lack of the mix-ins. We cut big slices and we literally only got one small piece of Reeses or oreo through the entire slice. I contacted the manager via email and never heard back so they didn't try and make up for it or acknowledge my complaint. read more
