There are lots of flavors to choose from - and you can sample before you make a commitment. Love the cake batter, thin mint and of course chocolate/peanut butter swirl. Once you have your yogurt (don't fill your cup too much!) you head on down to topping heaven. So many to choose from...and too many to name. Once you have created your masterpiece you head on down to pay by weight. Nice! I will warn that it's a skill to get that weight just right. The first time we went - well, we went a little over the top (way too much $$ for two of us if you get my drift). Now, we have it down and have learned what we can eat; and won't break the bank. This is the go to spot every time we go for a family-day-out. We absolutely love it here! It's so clean and the employees are very friendly. The flavors are great as well. They always switch a few up but they keep the classic vanilla and chocolate. They also have the sweet "ice-Cream" type of flavors as well as sorbet types which I like because I need to balance out that sweet and creamy taste with a more light and sort of sour-y taste. They have many toppings to choose from (fruit, candy, nuts, sprinkles, syrups, etc) but my favorite are the flavored poppers. YUM! Came in to enjoy a cold treat with my son, after his day at daycare, I just left the bank across the street and was only given hundred dollar bills, the worker at the counter said he couldn't accept he has to call his manager, because we come here often after it was weighed my 4 year old took his bowl and found a seat to eat his creation. The worker came back to tell me he can't accept my bill because it could be counterfeit and literally tossed my bowl and because my son was already eating his, he said he will comp his. I had to explain to my son that I couldn't have mine and without hesitation he wanted me to make another one. They had a lot of different flavors, and different types of ice cream to choose from (i.e. gelato, dairy free, nonfat, etc.) And everything was really flavorful, and did not have that fake, syrupy sugar taste. They have little taster cups so you can try a few things before you buy. The horchata gelato was excellent as was the chocolate and pumpkin spice. They have a ton of toppings to choose from, including unique things like dragon fruit and rock chocolates. They've also got the staples like cookie dough and Reese's cups, and a bunch of different sauces to add on top. They seemed to be a little more expensive than somewhere like Menchies or Yogurtland, but they had a great family atmosphere, with a bunch of things to keep the kids busy. OK it's Sunday, March 15. We love yogurt Brothers in Broomfield Colorado. Great place great quality yogurt. The only complaint I have is this. Given the fact that we have a virus not just corona but influenza. I'm very thankful they are open. One complaint I was checking out at the register and the kid at the counter gave me lids for my yogurts. He had no gloves on so he's grabbing the lids on the top and the edges but he had his fingers on the inside of the lid. Not good. Not normally a big eater of Fro-Yo, but it was a family outing. What set these folks apart - for the better - is my mother-in-law dropped her yogurt shortly after exiting the store. She was disgusted and wasn't going to have any, but I convinced her to return and ask if they'd give her a replacement (we were a party of six, and spent better than five bucks each). The taste for the most part is average but is very similar to the other froyo places in the Westminster/Broomfield area. I remember the first time I came to Yogurt Bros was the first day they opened. The owner was very stingy about handing out sample cups. I was surprised by that because I have been to froyo places plenty of times, even out of state, and have always seen sample cups just readily available for customers to take. It's part of the experience! I was also surprised by the stinginess of sample cups because the price of the froyo is so expensive. At most other stores, the froyo is about 37 cents an ounce, at Yogurt Bros it's 44 cents an ounce. Anyways, it appears that they have lightened up on sample cups and do offer them more freely now. The flavors they offer are pretty good. Usually I see a dairy free option at froyo places but I didn't see one at Yogurt Bros the last time I went. The toppings selection is really good and they offer mochi. It's not a popular topping for customers but it's a favorite of mine. At my most recent visit, I saw that they now have iPads at the tables and counter for customers to play with. This was great since I was with my 7 year old and 10 year old nephews. The self-service topping bar is extensive (42 items) and everything was fresh and nicely portioned. Plenty of variety here from fruit toppings to nuts to gummy worms. Lots of sauces too. Pricing is by the ounce. A small cup (they have 2 sizes) amply loaded with goodies ran me about $7. I felt this was a good value. The seating area has a few tables inside, plus bar seating along the window as well as a few tables outside. Free wifi is another nice feature.
