I was hesitant from other reviews but do like to try small town Asian restaurants. And this place did it for us!! Generous servings and the meats were pretty good. We got the house fried rice, beef lo mein, kung pao chicken, and wonton soup. The soup broth was good but the wontons weren't flavorful (could use some salt/seasoning). The shrimp and char siu pork in the rice were yummy -- and no shortage of egg! Beef lo mein and kung pao chicken were pretty standard, but we enjoyed the meat tenderness. Overall, I think the dishes could use more seasoning but everything was good. We had enough leftovers for breakfast the next day. Plus, taking shots at a Chinese restaurant bar is an experience!

    General Tso's chicken lunch special!

Shredded pork with garlic and veggies/ General Tso's chicken: AWESOME! Everything we had from egg drop soup to spring rolls was just wonderful. Their fried rice could use some help! Overall...5 FULL STARS!

We found this Chinese restaurant in Eagle. The food was delicious. It was a good way to cap our day of snowboarding.

    Kung Pao Chicken

We had an early dinner at 5:15pm. Nobody eating yet. Sat down quickly and ordered Crab Puffs, Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice. Food came out within 12 minutes. Huge portions. Very hot and delicious. Kung Pao Chicken was mildly spicy. Fresh, crunchy bell peppers and onions. Plenty of chicken. The waitress was great and checked on us often. Will come again!

Orange peel chicken and house special fried rice so good

Slow service in a nearly empty restaurant. Hunan chicken very overcooked. Close to hotel. Go elsewhere.

Family special is 2-fold too much food (for very hungry 30 year olds)-- tons of left-overs. Food was delicious (even for new yorkers).

He was nice and attentive and made sure we loved our meal! It's the very end of ski season so they had a limited menu as well. With this said, it was so delicious! If you want authentic Szechuan this is the place! What we got: - Wonton soup - homemade dumplings had a good ginger and garlic flavor. Big enough for two as an app. - Double cooked pork - absolutely outstanding. Big portion with vegetables, fermented black beans, so good! - Spicy crispy fish - highly recommend this if you like spicy food. I love this dish whether the chicken or fish variations and this might have been the best I've had! I can't say enough about the Chinese food. We were blown away with how good they were. Our server Patrick was incredible. He was so friendly and welcoming. He's a serious skier and you can often find him backpacking 30+ pounds of cooking gear to make fresh food slope side! We have tried many places in Vail and I highly, highly, highly recommend this place. The interior is small so I recommend making a reservation. Pro tip: it's BYOB so bring a bottle of wine or a few beers!

I told the server before I ordered, I had the coupon. The server was fantastic & the food was amazing. At time to receive the check, I gave the server the AARP coupon to show his manager Joe. After a few minutes, the server returned asking to see my AARP card, which I provided the digital card from the app. After a few minutes the server came back and told me he would not honor the discount because he did not set it up. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager wanted me to come to the front & I purposefully wanted to remain seated & asked him to come speak with me. I introduced myself & shook his hand. I then explained it was better to honor the discount since it would cost his company more in lost revenue by fighting me. In less than one minute of shaking my hand, Joe backed away & began yelling that I was threatening him victimizing himself. The video begins here. Joe refused to honor the coupon. I left cash for the server. When I paid with the server, I calculated the 25% off and deducted it from my payment. The server kindly apologized & accepted payment & I left. Joe is obviously ill prepared to manage anything. Great food, great servers, but until Joe is no longer a manager, please reconsider patronizing China Town. Thank you!
