This place was incredible. I really liked the whole setup. I was able to sit outside and enjoy the Napa weather, and the inside had that classic diner feel. The place was packed when we went, and there was so much energy. People coming in and out, tables full, and that constant sound of food being made in the background. The staff were really nice, and the food was even better. I ordered the California Burger with Gruyere cheese, bacon, arugula, balsamic caramelized onions, and a fried egg on top. And wow. From the first bite, I was sold. The beef was juicy and had that nice grilled flavor, the Gruyere added this creamy, slightly nutty taste. While the rich sweetness of the caramelized onions introduced an entirely new layer of flavor to the dish. Then the fried egg, once the yolk broke, everything came together. Buttery, salty, sweet, smoky, all at once. Every bite was messy, but honestly, that was part of the fun.
We stopped by Gotts for a quick lunch between visiting wineries. The menu is long so I had high hopes that we would like our food as there seems to be something for everyone but honestly the food was pretty disappointing. I tried the chicken tenders, garlic fries, caramelized onion and guyere burger and elote corn on the cob and honestly the best thing I had was the fries. They were flavorful with a good amount of minced garlic and parsley on top. The corn was pretty tasty as well but ultimately the burger was really dry and lacked flavor and the chicken tenders were super dry as well. The honey mustard I got on the side helped with the flavor but the tenders were pretty bland. Ultimately we weren't looking for much, just a quick bite before we had to go to a tasting reservation nearby but I honestly don't think I'd come back.
Ashamed to admit I came here back to back days the food is that good. We decided to get a couple sides to share which were amazing. I also tried the veggie burger patty and it was delicious same with their turkey burger patty. Service was quick and nice the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as I looked over the menu. The vibes in the location feel like a retro old school dinner will definitely be visiting again.
We were in the market for some lunch. Walked through a market place and found this spot. Food looked good. Indoor and outdoor seating. Everyone was nice and welcoming. We ordered their waffle fries which were a special and the Texas avocado burger. 33 minutes later our buzzer went off and I ran for our food,as we were starving. Unfortunately no amount of starvation would help the ice cold waffle fries that presented themselves to us. I tried to muscle through but it was a no go. Come on guys. We can do better. For someone who prides his reviews for others to come try different food. I can't help but only give 3 stars. Thank goodness the staff was nice enough to redo my fry order. But we had to eat the burger without our side.
An ahi tuna burger might be one of my favorite things, so you know I was stoked to be in the vicinity of Gott's Roadside at lunch time today. I got mine medium rare instead of rare & it was perfect! The slaw on it is so good & so is the bun! Plus it has a ginger wasabi sauce on it mmmmmmmm! My lady had the cheeseburger & it was HUGE! She couldn't finish it but loved it. The fries are nice & crunchy. The restaurant is clean & spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the ranch. It was kinda green, super thin, not very flavorful & had what I can only describe as maybe lettuce in it? But the burgers were impeccable!
This place is always packed and we had to try it since we kept passing it. The line can get long but it goes by pretty fast and then you have to wait about 20 mins for the food. They give you a buzzer when the food is ready and then you head to the counter to retrieve your order. The food was very good. I opted for the ahi tacos and shared sweet potato fries. Only thing I didn't love was the flies inside the restaurant but hard when it's hot outside to keep the flies out I guess. There is a decent amount of seating indoor and outdoor. We opted for indoor since it was hot outside.
Um hello??? 1,0000 stars!!!!! I have no complaints actually, besides the price but whatever i would do it again and i will hopefully sooner than later. Service was quick and the food took a while to come out but that's a good sign. The overall vibe was interesting but in a good way, don't think I've experienced anything like it. Anyways to the most importation part, THE chicken schnitzel sandwich WOW, the radish in there and the dill literal mouthgasm! So much flavor that all blended well with the juicy chicken and the bun my oh my the sweet brioche bun was the cherry on top. The fried green tomatoes were so delightful and refreshing, I don't even like tomatoes like that but i like these and you might actually fall in love with them! Till this day i find myself thinking of how amazing the food was. You have GOTTS to try this place im serious!
Food was great! The service took longer than expected. I think it's also because there was a lot of people. People started to sit by Model Bakery since there were so many people. Chill vibe. We ordered double cheeseburger, fries, and of course ELOTE (my fave). I wanted to order the green fried tomatoes but we opted for the peach cobbler. I didn't get to take a picture of the peach cobbler parfait because that alone took the longest to be served! I know, I know... It doesn't take much to put it together. The server said some machine in the back was malfunctioning. What timing! Still a great place!
The place was crowded everyday. I was not impressed. There was a line out the door and everyone tells you that you have to go. The food was just ok. We got a seat near the tv so we could watch the Soccer match. We were seated outside but decided to go in after seeing an empty spot. It was warmer in there. We were cold outside so I welcomed the little bit of warmth.
Burgers were good. The garlic Parmesan fries not good too oily/ greasy. It was not edible. I saw multiple people order it and had a few and threw it away. Device was good and fast. Nice spot to stop and have a quick bite.
Absolutely loved the lobster. BLT special will be coming back since I am a local down the road
I was in the area on a date. We came to the market to figure out food and we settled on Gotts roadside. I've seen them around I've had their garlic fries when I've had the craving but I've never really ordered anything else. This time I ordered the Vietnamese chicken salad and chili cheese fries on the side. My date ordered the California burger and sweet potato fries. When we got our food, my date said, she should have ordered the salad that looks so good. You know what? It was bomb! Super flavorful and refreshing. It made everything else taste bland or maybe it was bland, not the salad though. I would come back for the salad. The chili had no flavor, my date said her burger didn't have any flavor and she regretted choosing it. I don't normally like sweet potato fries but they were good from here.
Whenever I am Napa I love to grab a burger here. So fresh and so good. Always a line. We like sitting outside weather permitting.

Had the western bacon burger, sweet potato fries and ahi poke tacos. Sweet potatoes were a little on the raw/ cooler side for half of them and the burger was slightly cold / warm. It took a while to get our order but there was probably a long wait as I heard other kids complaining that food was taking a long while. The Ahi poke tacos were okay this time around. The staff was very friendly when taking our order and when picking up our food at the counter. There wasn't a big crowd today and very nice to eat outside. read more

Gott's, I love you!!! Following a hilarious disaster of a hike at nearby Westwood Hills Park, sat down here for such a satisfying, reliable, juicy burger and refreshing lemonade. Everything you want in a burger. Would come here weekly if I lived nearby. Nothing like that visceral, charred burger taste. And their soft serve is incredible, too! Skip the overpriced Napa restaurants and come here. Can't wait to come back to any of their locations. 5 stars!!! read more

We went here on July 4 so it was pretty busy but I think it's worth it! We waited about 20minutes for our food. We got the guyere and onion and chile verde burgers brussel sprouts and garlic fries. Everything was good! If you're looking for a decent burger meal definitely check this place out in napa. Everything was flavorful. Ambiance wise I'd recommend sitting outside the inside is a little dirty. It's fast service so you order and wait for the buzzer. read more
This place has a casual vibe. No reservation hassle. The queue was slightly long when we got here for lunch , but it moved quite fast. As vegetarians we tried the following: Onion rings : 4/5. This was good and crispy. Tomato Soup: 5/5. By far one of the best tomato soups we have had. Avocado tacos :4/5. We usually have next to no options in tacos as vegetarians. So it was good to have a choice and it was pretty good as well. Enjoyed the coleslaw in it. Impossible burger : 3/5. This was pretty standard, nothing extraordinary: Just wish there were few more vegetarian options, else this place was amazing with its quick service. read more

So happy to finally try the famous Gotts! The ordering process was quick & easy & our food was ready rather quickly as well. My burger was cooked to perfection & the garlic fries we got with it were crispy, garlicky & delicious! They have many spots to sit, out front, by the parking lot or in the garden out back -- you bus your own tables so the tables are not very clean but I wasn't upset about it. Definitely will be returning here to try more of their menu items when I'm in the area! read more

After touring a full day of 3 wineries, we were hungry to say the least. As we dropped off a friend to pick up her food she ordered, we stumbled across this place. We figured we wanted something we didn't need a reservation for because we were tired and something quick because we were hungry and this place had it all. Specifically coming and wanting a burger (plant based that is) but it had many other options such as burgers (regular and other alternatives), chicken, salads, sides such as tots, fries, brussel sprouts, milkshakes and more! I opted for the plant based burger with brussel sprouts! The ambiance was bright and filled with staff helping and quickly getting people's orders out to them, bunch of booths inside and outside-definitely came diner vibes with the colors. My food came and it looked good presentation wise as for the "burger" it was ok. The bread was too much I felt like I was eating more of that than the actual burger itself so for me the ratio was off. The brussel sprouts, well it was supposed to come with a sauce and I think with the sauce it would have been better but because I had no sauce it wasn't tasty at all. Food didn't satisfy me and it's the first time in a while where I actually didn't eat all of my food. Next time if I get the food to go, definitely would get the fries and not brussel sprouts. Maybe because it was so many people, they forgot but who knows. I would definitely try again because they had a really good menu just a bad night of food for me. Great casual spot to fuel up before wine tasting. Expect lines on weekends but it moves fairly quickly. Know what you want to be ready to order when you get up to the cashier. My husband got the classic burger which is simply good. A good simple classic burger that's good! Not overly cooked and has good flavor. I tried the special which is a chicken torta. This was not good in my opinion. Belongs more as a bowl rather than as a sandwich. The flavors didn't mesh well for me. The chicken was cooked well and was crispy tho. Onions rings were delish. Garlic fries were too soggy for me, prefer it more crispy but still tasty. Overall, worthy of a visit when in Napa. read more

Actually stumbled upon this spot on the way back down from a road trip. It stood out with its outdoor aesthetic. Cute place that brings you back in time and carries the summer vibes. Was able to bring my dog and enjoy the amazing sunset. Got wisconsin burgers, garlic fries, and sweet potato fries. Everything was solid but definitely didn't make me feel like I absolutely had to come back for the food itself. Also got a vanilla soft serve not pictured. It was a big one though and so worth! Service was alright, nothing outstanding. Not sure what their intention was but one kinda had an attitude to my partner saying he could have just ordered the soft serve when he ordered the food. But he only ordered the soft serve after we ate because we didn't know if we would want it after we finished our meal? It was just an unnecessary comment that confused him because yeah we would have if we knew we wanted it then for sure. Also why does it matter? Overall a nice stop in Napa though. read more

Delicious bomb burgers! Super big and so good. I ordered I believe the California burger and it had egg, bacon and cheese and it was amazing. I've never been so full from a burger ever. Garlic fries were okay, a bit too oily for my taste but overall 10/10!! read more
Clean and spacious with affordable prices(for Napa). David and I came here for dinner on Sunday evening. We dined at the location attached to the Oxbow Public Market. This location has large indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The weather was beautiful so we chose to dine on the patio. David ordered the burger and fries and stated that it was delicious and a bargain for the price. I ordered the special heirloom tomato and burratta cheese sandwich with a glass of the Daisy Sauvignon Blanc wine for $29.37. A bargain for Napa! Service was friendly and efficient and parking was ample and free at the Oxbow parking lot which was guarded by off duty police. We recommend this location of Gotts!! read more

I was so looking forward to trying their lobster BLT special. The sandwich was a fatty. That said, it was fat with lettuce, a thick slice of tomato, undercooked bacon and a hint of lobster. When a piece of lobster did make it in to my pie hole, it was buttery delicious. I just wish there were more lobster. The bread was a bit weird too. read more

This was a fun place to grab a quick bite to eat with kids. You order at a register, take a buzzer and wait for your food. Lots of seating inside and outside. The outside even had heaters above each table. The kids cheeseburger was decent in size. I was pretty impressed with the kids portion. The burger was the best plain cheeseburger I've had in a while. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious. Add avocado and it was even more delicious. Their special sauce was the best ever according to my son. The Green chili burger was okay. Spicy and needed a little something. The Ahi tacos were phenomenal!!! Order a set of three and share them if you want a burger. I promise you won't regret. I even added some do their special ranch to the top and they were even more amazing!!! Sweet potato fries were some of the best I have tasted. Regular fries were ehhh...The we're not hot so that could have been some of the problem. I loved that they served beer and wine. We were a little disappointed because they were out of the cheese for fries, out of soft serve ice cream and out of the brussels sprouts. It was towards the end of the night so maybe that is why.
