Clean and spacious with affordable prices(for Napa). David and I came here for dinner on Sunday evening. We dined at the location attached to the Oxbow Public Market. This location has large indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The weather was beautiful so we chose to dine on the patio. David ordered the burger and fries and stated that it was delicious and a bargain for the price. I drove back to Gott's with my receipt, informed them my order was missing tacos and fries. The woman looked at me and said " it was in there". Let me start my saying my burger was so delicious. I had a cheeseburger with a turkey patty. The cheese was so melty and the secret sauce was very tasty. All served on an "egg bun" that reminded me of a good, firm brioche. My kids enjoyed regular cheeseburgers (one a kid size and one a regular size) and both were enjoyed and generous portions. Was really surprised when I visited! I came for Bottlerock and wanted to eat a meal before entering and having to pay festival prices for food. Me and my friend came here and absolutely loved the aesthetic here, kinda rustic, with big windows and open spaces. Parking was easy enough, especially if you want to go on the other side of Oxbow Public Market. There's plenty of parking there, and the walk to Gott's allows you the opportunity to see all the cool vendors in the market building, if you choose to go that way. Gott's goes through their line quickly, and that's nice. If you know what you want to order, you can make your way fairly quickly to the front. Cashiers will call "Next available/next ready" if they see that the next immediate people in line aren't ready. The burger was alright. I got a California Burger, and it was a solid burger. I liked it, and the egg and mayo nicely served as a contrast to the heavy, greasy, deliciousness of the bacon and meat. It was a good burger, but I wouldn't classify it as something I absolutely need to grab the next time I'm there. Speaking of the mayo, that is something amazing I really enjoyed. Each bite I had with it was really delicious. I loved it. It's served with the sweet potato fries, and that combination is fantastic. I would definitely order those again. The fries themselves are really good too, with a nice aggressive seasoning. The chili cheese fries were alright. The fries themselves were ok, and the chili was just ok. I'd probably get the sweet potato fries over them, if I had to choose between the two. Seating isn't the most plentiful, given the amount of foot traffic they receive. The seating is reduced further if you're the type that prefer to have your own table, and not a communal one. Bonus points too for the refills on drinks. You do have to line up for them, and ask at the front of them, but they were cheerful and happy to do so. Either way, I adore Gott's and prefer it over most other burger joints in Napa even considering the mass following. They do not necessarily blow it out of the park, but they are consistent and feed you a ton of food with a fair price tag. The big downside is this place is an absolute zoo especially during the warmer parts of the year (Tourist heaven). I am quite sure most know that, but if not, you have been warned. Wait times can be quite long, but the line moves quickly, really just think of In-and-Out quickness. They have a ample menu with many options, but I love their standard burger as well as their cobb salad, usually always my go to! Again price wise, it is not bad for being downtown Napa where everything near by can be quite a bit more expensive.
