Unbeatable!!! I have been using Got Print now for about a year and have well over 40 orders with them. I can not say enough good things about them and their support staff. Cons: 1. I have had some issues with how dark my products were being printed. I am a graphic designer/web designer and use 3 monitors all calibrated and adjusted. I find that once I have my product finalized on my computer I have to adjust brightness up about 15 to 20 percent on print ready file to get desired effect on printed material. 2. 99% of the time the product is hands down unbeatable. Crisp lines, solid colors etc. I have noticed on some runs (business cards only) that final product looks a little fuzzy. I may only notice this as a perfectionist but it has happened, but their product still beats others without a doubt. 3. uploading large files. This can be tricky if you dont know how FTP works. Some files get large and cannot be uploaded via the "upload" button but instead must be uploaded via FTP. Then once uploaded you have to call the company and let them know you uploaded the file. This can be troublesome if your work flow is full. Having to config an FTP address, naming files to what they will accept, then sitting on the phone anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to let them know you uploaded it. I think there could be a better way than this. 4. Compared to other companies their turn around time is HORRIBLE. They easily take the longest of any company I use. This year they have been averaging around 12 days from order to in hand. If you dont mind waiting for your product its not an issue, but if you need something fairly quickly this is not the company to use. 5. I made the mistake of paying for RUSH SHIPPING because I needed the order like now. What they dont tell you is that it in no way affects the processing and production time. It only affects your SHIPPING. I know this may sound stupid but I use another company that when I pay 30.00 for two day rush, I literally get my order in two business days. That is not so with Got Print, it means that after the 5-7 day production time, your order will be shipped to you within two business days. Pros: 1. Simply the best prices around. I am easily able to mark up all their products at least 100 percent and still beat my competition by large margins. 2. Great customer support, have always helped and fixed any issues I had. 3. Blind drop ship option. This allows business like me to simply place an order, then have it shipped to my client with my name on it instead of theirs. 4. Very easy to use, straight forward site with little to no confusing links or buttons. 5.They are a solid company that does go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your order. 6. Quality of their work is rock solid. All in all they are a great reliable company that has been very easy and beneficial to work with. I am in all respects a client for life. If you use them enough and learn their quirks they are not so bad. But if you just use them for a job or two they can get frustrating... read more

I have used GotPrint.com since my college design friend/fellow art major told me about them maybe 5-6 years ago. They have thee best price-to-quality ratio of any company I have ever used. In other words, they are your BEST bang for your buck! Sorta like the Honda Fit, which was rated the number one best deal for your dollar. GotPrint has the lowest pricing on gang-run printing I have ever seen online. They have the best quality I have seen or are as good as the others, such as 48hourprint.com, and printrunner.com, and printplace.com. ANY slightly negative experience I have ever had with them they have done what they could to correct it, and I can count on one hand the number of negative experiences I have had. I had previously recommended to them on multiple occasions that they begin punching out the holes from their doorhangers. Cuz it is sooo annoying to order 40-50,000 doorhangers, and get them all shipped to you with the holes still attached inside the die-cut! I emailed them multiple times about this, even threatening to take my doorhanger business elsewhere. I dunno if it's because of me or not, but they now punch out their holes and ship the doorhangers the way they should be. The same way that 48hourprint.com ships them. The only area I will say they have always needed help on and could easily do better in, is in their shipping quality. For instance, 48hourprint.com reinforces all of the corners of their boxes to protect them during shipping when UPS is tossing them around on their trucks like they're playing dodgeball.... So, they come in pristine condition. But GotPrint.com doesn't do that, they just slap your product into a box and tape it and ship it, so when UPS gets done trashing your boxes, and they will, believe me, they will, I have sometimes gotten boxes delivered to me from GotPrint that have been busted wide open. I do wish their packaging was better, but for the price, I tolerate it. I'd use 48hourprint.com, but most of all their pricing is higher than GotPrint's is. But, I have found these to be thee best two online gang-run printshop websites to use. I have exclusively used GotPrint for years now though and couldn't be any more satisfied with them. It is like having your very own full-color print shop. They will even do blind shipping if you want them to. I highly recommend GP as a print shop and as a company. Just last week, they gave me a 3-day turnaround for a doorhanger order that a client needed re-printed ASAP. I sent the order on Monday, it was approved for printing Monday PM, and they had it printed, die-cut, and trimmed and shipped out by Thursday night. The client had ordered overnight shipping, So, they had their hangers that Friday, GotPrint.com is AWESOME! read more

So it looks like I am not the only one who has had issues with Got Print. I had a graphic designer redo my logo and business cards, so she offered to order the cards for me. Great! Or so I thought. When I got my cards I was super happy with them and was excited to find a quality company I could use at a great price. As I was about half way through my box of 1000 cards, I came across a bunch that were discolored. So, I called Got Print to discuss this matter. I first spoke to Robby who informed me that because I did not actually place the order, they could not discuss this order with me and the designer would have to call them. After a few minutes back and forth with him, I asked for a supervisor. I was then put on the line with Frank, who stated the same thing, which made no sense to me. I told him I should be able to discuss MY business cards with them since they are the ones who created the problem and that I felt it was unfair to ask the graphic designer to take time (unpaid) out of her day to deal with an issue that really was between Got Print and myself. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was told that he was the highest up I could go as far as speaking to somebody. WHAT?!? So I asked for an email address and told him I would like a specific person to send it to so I knew who to follow up with if there was no response... Nope, can't give me that. So I asked for a specific person to address a letter to.... you guessed it, can't give me that either. I eventually got off the phone and sent an email to every dept. I could through the contact us link. I heard back from George, who pretty quickly escalated to the point of yelling at me several different times and I kept telling him to stop yelling and to talk to me like an adult. His explanation for the discolored cards was that they were extras, yet I have no proof that they are extras, apparently if you order from them you have to count your cards to make sure you get the number you ordered. I eventually spoke to another supervisor, Mario, who was very nice, however he still could not talk to me about MY business cards. Additionally, I found out that the satisfaction guarantee they offer on first time orders, does not apply if you have a person order on their account with Got Print. It only applies if the person actually ordering them is ordering for their very first time, not whether it is the first time for that particular business. BOTTOM LINE... SHADY COMPANY THAT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. GEORGE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY ON THE PHONE!! SPEND EXTRA MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!! read more

I've used GP since 2006 without any issues. In the super-saturated market of offset printing, I've been a loyal customer for the small amount of printing I've needed. I ordered a brochure on Oct. 16 and paid for two-day air. With their latest turnaround time (which was an extra four days because of the paper I used), I had enough time to process the order and include in important promotional materials by my deadline. The shipment was due to arrive on Thursday, Oct. 28. I checked my UPS tracking that morning and noticed the packaged had been "successfully intercepted" and "returned to sender" via 3-day UPS ground. When I called GP, they insisted I must have had the wrong address (which we confirmed was not the case). My complaint was handled without apology and a lot of "wow, that's so weird. huh. I wonder why that happened." I was told UPS made the mistake. I was told I could file for at least a partial refund even if they could deliver by Wednesday, November 3. This was already past my delivery deadline for the promo materials. I had to call to get an extension on my biggest opportunity of the year. I looked like an idiot to my client. GP said they could do nothing else and to call back on Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday, I was told I would not get any refund or compensation if the brochures were delivered. Again, no apology. I asked if they realized they had put me in a terrible spot with my client his response was that it wasn't their fault, it was UPS' fault. I was told I might be able to appeal for a reduction of the cost of the brochures by emailing Quality Control. I did so. Today, after 24 hours and no response from Quality Control, I rec'd the package of brochures. They were unfolded. UNFOLDED and I'm already past my delivery date for promo materials. Called again and was routed to a QC supervisor who told me I could return the materials for a refund. He told me I would not get any reduction in the price of the brochures (now entirely obsolete) if I chose to keep them. I calmly stated that the company's lack of good customer service was going to lose them a loyal client and he repeated that there was nothing he could do. No apology. Nothing but coldness and utter disregard for the nightmare of the situation. I've since packaged every ounce of material I've ever ordered from this company and will return. I will have to print digitally in small batches for now--more expensive but worth not having to use their goods. read more

They treat their regular customers like crap. I just dealt with a customer service rep. named Jaharah about and order that should have been received in 4-6 business days and I was calling on the 8th bus. day to see why my order hadn't shipped yet. She put me on hold to talk to the shipping dept. to see what was going on. She came back to the line and told me they didn't know where my order was and it might have gotten shipped out but they don't know and I had to wait while they looked into it. I proceeded to tell her that I need something to tell my client who was expecting their cards 2 days ago and possibly offer them some sort of discount, was there anything she could do. I told her we are regular clients that place quite a lot of orders every month, is there anything she could do. She told me "no" the best she could do was look into what went wrong with the order. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she proceeded to yell at me with an attitude loud enough so the person sitting across from me could hear and I quote "if you think you order is late you can just ask for a refund" then hung up on me. I called back asked the person who answered to speak to a supervisor and the guy Fernando that answered the phone said he was in fact a supervisor. I proceeded to explain to him the situation and what I just went through with Jaharah and he went on to tell me he would look into the order issue then put me on hold and came back to tell me the same thing Jaharah told me they couldn't find my order and they would look into it. No apology for the bad customer service his employee provided me and didn't try to offer me any compensation until I started to get upset then he said we were only on the phone for 8 mins and I was expecting him to give me the world! I told him that all I wanted was something to tell my client to offer them some sort of compensation for their screw up and I wanted an apology for Jaharah being such a b*tch to me when I dealt with her. He then proceeded to tell me that he was ending the conversation canceling my order and refunding my money and then hung up. This is the 2nd turnaround issue I've had in less than a month. The first issue was taken care of with an offer of a $25 discount code that I have yet to receive and its been over a week since I was told I would receive it. I would never refer anyone to do business with Got Print because of their customer service is definitely not what it should be! read more

My 1st order with them went well enough. My second - not so much. The colors on the final product were completely wrong, the image was much darker, and the image itself was noticeably crooked - all of which were different than the proof I approved. Like other people's experiences, they (George A) had the nerve to email me (after I requested to speak to a person in "quality control") to tell me that the color profile was incorrect - no mention of the crooked image - and they would be happy to offer me a discount if I color corrected my images, paid more, and reordered them. Why would I do that when the mistakes were not mine??? More importantly, even if I did that, why would I give them more of my business and my money when there are so many other printing companies out there that are more friendly to work with?? After calling back again (only to speak to the same rep Frank), I was advised that the quality control dept was closed for the evening and that I would get a phone call the following morning - total BS. I told them I was gonna call my CC company and dispute the charge as soon as I got off the phone. Miracle of miracles, I received another phone call from them 7 minutes later saying they were now willing to offer me a full refund BUT I'd have to 1st pay to ship the item back to Cali from NY myself - they would not provide me with a return shipping label. What a poor way to do business - instead of owning their own mistakes, making it right, or absorbing a 31.25 loss, they have lost a customer for life. 2nd update - GotPrint, despite continuing to make excuses, has decided to make things right and issue me a full refund. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Their business practices are absolutely horrible. Despite contacting them multiple times, they consistently informed me that since I did not opt for expedited delivery, it would take 7 to 14 business days for my order to arrive. I understood and respected this timeframe, so I was fine with it. However, they provided me with tracking information that kept stating a delivery date would be provided once the product is received by UPS. After sending them four emails informing them of this issue, all I received were generic responses reiterating the 7 to 14 business day timeframe. Unfortunately, my client never received their much-needed business cards. To make matters worse, I decided to call their customer service in hopes of resolving the situation. This only further delayed the process as they informed me that it would take an additional 2 to 3 business days for them to follow up with me and locate the package. In the meantime, they emailed me about refunding my money and asked me to wait to see if they find the package or if I want to reorder. What really disappointed me is that they didn't even courteously offer to resend my client's business cards with expedited shipping. This simple gesture could have salvaged the situation and shown that they value their customers. Instead, I am left looking unprofessional in front of my client, as it seems like I made a terrible choice in selecting this printing company. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company's business practices and the way they handled my order. Their lack of customer service and failure to take responsibility for their mistakes is truly disheartening. If you have never ordered from gotprint, you should. I have used gotprint for over 4 years and have been overly satisfied with every product received. If you are a first time customer or new customer, request a sample kit. It will make selecting the right products and the correct paper weights/finishes easier when you can see & feel what your finished product will look like. Also, unlike other printing websites, this is for professionally designed materials. If you send them a jpg made in Paint or a pdf from Word, your quality will suffer-- but that's your fault for providing a low-resolution graphic. Gotprint is very clear in their file requirements and offering templates for every product available (super helpful!!). Additionally, for those complaining about orders taking too long, make sure you check the turnaround time for your order. I've learned that some items take longer to produce, so I make sure I order with time to spare. Sure, my local printer could turn something around in a day or two, but I'm also going to pay double or triple, with lesser quality. I've had extremely helpful customer service reps (both phone and chat) who have quickly resolved any issues I've had. Once, I received the wrong set of brochures and the issue was quickly resolved and I received my correct order within a day or two. The only thing that would make gotprint better is if they offered direct billing or net 30 terms. I work for a large corporation, but need to pay for my orders with my personal credit card and then be reimbursed. It limits how much I order because I don't always want to front the money. If it were possible to be invoiced for orders I would order a lot more. (Though I also understand how many people they would probably be chasing to have bills get paid!) I just wanted to say how impressed I was with GotPrint. From placing my order to the follow up call today to set USPS correct on their mistake. Using the web site, uploading my art, and placing the order was easy. When I received the order I was very impressed with the quality for the price and in comparison I enjoyed the $160 bill (includes shipping and color on both sides) to the $762(color one side and greyscale on the other) from staples. I brought my order to USPS for their EDDM mailing program and was told by the counter person that confirmed it with the postmaster that my sizes "do not meet EDDM requirements", so back to the office I go and called to complain. The phone agent was really nice but explained that I needed to talk with quality control and in my head that meant "let me pass you on to someone else. QC was on the phone in a minute and walked me through the USPS website and explained that they we just following the USPS guidelines. I called the P.O. back and explained the situation to them and after some research they called me back to apologize not only to me but to extend it to GotPrint also. There was a change made and the post offices and even the bulk mail center did not know about it. My print project was not big and I know I could have reduced my cost per person reached if I ordered more (which I will do in the future) but I can say that having a cost of $.36/per piece of mail direct to 1000 mailboxes is not bad and beats an $85 charge for a one time business card size ad in the local community papers. Thank you GotPrint for quality service and product I was not expecting from an online order and I look forward to sending all my future orders to you. Worked quite often with GOT PRINT but then recently, ordered some very expensive adhesive Roll labels for a service based business and received a terrible quality product- labels were so small, the logo we designed was printed so small and faded that it was nearly impossible to see and very faint and is not even professional looking nor a good product that we even use. I asked them why it was so small and faint and requested an adjustment and reprint. They said- sorry all of our images match the digital images so too bad. If it prints lighter- that's not our problem- it is how it looks. They did not care that there was a mistake made on the print quality or style and refused to correct the problem and print it right. I am so frustrated . This could have all been avoided if their customer service actually took the time to work with me and be educated when I was initially talking to them about the print size and quality. They assured me that it would look great-not to worry. Instead-the customer service really had no idea what they were talking about and the order was totally goofed up and we got a product that is poor quality that cannot be used. This company needs to step up to the plate and replace the bad quality product and stop blaming their customers!! What a disappointing experience! read more

I'm a professional Graphic Artist and a printer as well. When I first began working with GotPrint to print my clients' business cards, I used caution. However after the first cards were delivered then the next, and the next and well, you get the picture, I now send all of my clients' business cards to GotPrint! They do a fantastic job! Now, if you are not a professional, or do not have training in color management you may want to hire a prof. graphic artist to set it up for you. There are so many monitors and programs that will show you what you want to see, but they are not accurate! That is when you run into problems with red faces! Hire a professional! Then send to GotPrint! GotPrint is an amazing printing company, great prices, wonderful customer service and always deliver on time! They are a fast growing company and I will continue to watch them grow. I utilize GotPrint for all my Post Cards, Business Cards, Window Clings, Brochures, Flyers and Posters. I always get a quality product from GotPrint! Also, It is a rare occasion that something goes awry, but when it does their customer service is right there to make it right. We submitted an online order to gotprint.com for a three color brochure, using a pdf file used with other printers with no problem. When the order arrived, printing in two of the colors was very faint, rendering the entire brochure unacceptable for use for customers. When we contacted GotPrint customer service, we were told a supervisor would need to call us back, and promised an immediate call back. No call. Three days later we received an email asking for pictures fo 10 brochures so they could see the problem. We took and sent pictures that clearly showed the problem. We were then asked to send 10 hard copy brochures via mail so they could look at the real product (which they produced int he first place!) GotPrint does not seem to have a sense of ownership of the problem, nor any sense of urgency to resolve it. Each time we do what they say, they ask for yet another level of 'proof'. We've never had a printing problem with VistaPrint, and plan to return to doing business with them. What a waste of time and money this experience with GotPrint has been for us!!!! read more

I have ordered business cards from them a bunch of times. The quality is always top notch and am always satisfied by how they turn out. However, the only reason they received 3 stars is because of their customer service. I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup. When I went to pick them up, only have the order was ready. The other set in my order was still in print. OK, that was fine, I was in no particular rush, they said they would ship it to me when it was ready at no charge. One week passed and I still have not received my order. I called and the customer representative said she would check on the status and proceeded to put me on hold. She said my order had been ready for pick up for sometime and that I was sent an email notification a week ago stating so. She said it with such a rude tone, i demanded to speak with the manager to explain the situation. He apologized and offer me a discount code for the next order. I am still very happy of how my business cards turn out and hope this experience will not happen again. read more

I would not be in business if it wasn't for Gotprint!! I use them everyday for everything I design. I love creating custom orders & being a print broker! :) As I read most of the reviews, I realize there are problems because of user-errors. If you design your files the correct way, with correct color values & trimming lines, you are fine. If you are patient & understand the turnaround times, you are fine. If you have a problem, contact them & they will fix it. I have a few minor things every once in a while & it quickly gets taken care of. {Secret... if you have a problem with an order, place a new order with a rush if you have a client waiting and then ask for a coupon code on the old order. Then it gets put back into print production quicker.} I also love the chat feature, it is so much easier than being on hold! :) I would seriously recommend Gotprint to everyone, but I don't tell my clients who I print with or I would be out of business! ;) The print prices help me make a profit & retain my clients!! I ordered some business cards from GotPrint last year and had a positive experience. I'm not sure what transpired between then and now but they now have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I think they now may give collection companies a run for their money. After 2 days of going back and fourth about such a simple order, they managed to botch everything and not even apologize for their mistake. Instead, the manager (Aries or whatever) didn't feel that keeping our business was worth his time so not only did he rudely and non professionally end the call, but we are not able to access our online account anymore. wow! Part of our non profit's mission is to support local and small business but I will state on record that we will not support companies with customer service such as this. I hope they clean house and better the customer experience so we can do business again in the future but until then, this review stays and I hope that other companies learn from their mistake. read more

Fast, cheap, and excellent quality printing. Every order I have placed was printed expertly and shipped out as per the terms of the web site. ( 7-12 days, sometimes a few days early and on occasion a day or 2 late). The on line design tool for business cards and stickers is easy to use but I caution you to to HIT THE SAVE button every few minutes or you will loose your work. You will need to create an account to SAVE , this was simple to set up and they didn't ask for a credit card until I was ready to order. they also CLEARLY let you opt out of email newsletters and offers from the get go = ). I wish all on line biz were this smart! They rarely give out or publish any DISCOUNTcode as they already have the lowest printing prices I could find on the net, but if you dig around you might find a 5% off as I did last month, but don't look too long as I have only seen them pop up once in the 4 years that I have been using them. I needed calendars and postcards printed for Christmas. I was looking for an affordable place to get what i needed made and my friend advised that i take a look at their website. Everything looked fine and it was cheaper than any other place I found so went for it. I WISH THAT I HADN'T. After putting the order in I tried contacting them by email to clarify something. After not getting a response for a week I gave up on the email and tried calling.I was on hold for over an hour after which I finally talked to a manager or whatever that guy was and asked them if i can double to my order. and he said no. But the order wasn't even made yet so all they had to do was to change the amount of copies they make. Overall Im very displeased with their costumer service. And the product isn't anything extraordinary. Would not recommend to anyone. Its better to spend a little more and not worry about bad products or horrible customer service. read more

I have used Gotprint.com for all my printing needs for the past 9 years. I see people claiming color problems and turnaround time problems, but I have only had one problem in 9 years and they were quick to fix it for me. I have looked at what other printers have put out and while I have seen others that "match" the quality, I have never found any that have beat their quality, nor their price. If you are worried about Turnaround time, make sure you order in time, if you order it later than you need it that is on you, use your brain order early and you will have it in time. If you are worried about color make sure you understand the difference between RGB and CYMK, if you don't than find a designer who understands it and let them get it right for you, if it doesn't come out the color you expect it that is on you or your designer not gotprint. As a newbie with GotPrint I had extreme trepidation about delivering my graphics for print. I have had terribly disappointing experiences in the past with local printers after great expense. For me, going blind by responding to a mailing that came into my office regarding GotPrint, I was really stretching. The site was easy to use, the information back to me was clear, and when I received the product, I was blown away. The postcards that I had produced graphically, were delivered perfectly. I could not have imagined a better result and all with a very reasonable price tag! This experience truly exceeded my expectations. Color rendition was true, tonality was right on, and the clarity of the imagery was exceptional. I am now a true fan and will definitely consider having more of my gallery graphics produced by Got Print. No reservations, no hesitation. These guys do exactly what they promise to do. read more
