Total amateur cluster*uck that doesn't deserve one star, but there's no way to give them zero. You're better off throwing your money in the street and taking a bus. What a sh**show. Update: When the credit card bill arrived 3 weeks later, total amount that was charged included tip even though I had been told that I needed to pay the tip (in cash) directly to the driver.
