I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten. My group got the pick up from the airport to our hotel , then pick up from the NCL ship to the airport. Both pick ups were handled with professionalism. From airport to the hotel Michael Z. Sent a text to us informing us his whereabouts and stayed in communication with us until he found us despite all the detour chaos of the airport. This was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming and socially gifted. :) they switched our driver on the last day pick up from the ship, I'm sorry because I would love to give his name as well but customer service did communicate the change and informed us they were still on schedule which was great as well. I know there is alot of shuttles to choose in this area but if you're looking for stress free, budget friendly, great customer service support, this is your company ! Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel.
