Gotch did an excellent job on my bmw. I called them for a chrome trim delete and they scheduled me for sunday morning since I couldn't make it on a weekday due to college. No other wrap shop is open on the weekends so that's already something to consider. In addition, they gave me the absolute best price out of all the shops I called. I dropped the car off sunday morning, three hours later my car had an awesome new look with the window trim blacked out. We decided to take my boyfriends Audi here based on reviews and the price. What a mistake. Came in for a simple job. We wanted the chrome around his front window and the Audi emblems to be wrapped in black. First issue was when we picked it up. The guy informed us that he got a piece of the wrap stuck on the car and when he removed it, it took a chunk of the paint off. Instead of offering to fix it, he told us to buy touch up paint to fix it. WTF? Touch up paint isn't going to fix a large chunk of paint ripped off. Second, we inspected the work he did in the morning and noticed that the wrap was cut uneven everywhere. Last but not least, he broke the front Audi emblem and attached it back with double sided tape!!! Horrible. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. If you care about your car, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE! read more

Really poor customer service. I have numerous cars, I took one car in February 2020 that's far larger and more complicated to apply wrap too[bumpers]. I contacted them 6 months ago when I purchased a new vehicle, the price went up 25%. That's not an issue, everything has gone up in price we get it. I mentioned I previously had come in for quote and you told me 25% cheaper for a larger car. Guy on the phone says no I've never seen you you went to a different shop. There's another one local to this location. I'm not one to argue, but dude is dead wrong or has bad memory. You're in addition calling me a liar. Not sure what's worse. Went to another competitive wrap brand, authorized retailer with a 12 year warranty for cheaper than what he quoted me for my larger car. Not a wrap expert and he may have better wraps and is an authorized retailer as well, but some things weren't matching up. On top of that I was referred to this place and the place I knew nobody gave me a better deal LOL. Even if the product is inferior it's still has warranty, someone will have to replace it if it fails. But accusing me of lies is definitely a 1 star review, and definite loss of my business as I get all my cars wrapped. 3 stars cause I really hope it's a memory issue. And if you're wondering what happened to the car I took in first it's in non op, so once I start driving it again it's going back to this new spot read more

I brung in my c300 coupe and Asatur helped me pick out the colour that would best suit it along with what parts to wrap and alternative colours to make it match correctly. Had a challenging job for Gotch Design. 1974 Porsche RSR Tribute that needed an Xpel Clear Bra. No templates available that would work so pieces had to be custom cut and installed. Asa did a great job on the installation. Shop was clean and my car got a nice indoor space. A fews weeks later there were some minor spots where the bra was lifting at the edges. So I want you to wrap a unique classic vehicle that I got and put my company name out there to make it look really fresh I wasn't happy with the previous guy who did my other wraps to my vehicles and I went to a couple of other guys prior to stopping here. Three months later: I wish I had found this place sooner! Learn from my expensive mistake. Not all wrap shops are created equal. I'm not going to bother downrating the last shop that couldn't get the job done correctly after three tries, but I will give Gotch 5 stars for doing outstanding work. You can tell just from the way he explains how the work will be performed, that the installer (owner?) is incredibly detail oriented. On top of that, he's super nice and great to deal with. I've had them do work on two cars now, and they both still look great. Even today, I stopped in to get a quote on covering a small section inside a vent, and he told me to just pull my car in and he'll do it real quick for free. Unmatched quality, and customer service. Four days passed, no call. I called a couple times with ring no answer. Frustrated, I finally just left a message on voicemail. It's been 10 days since... I never got a call back. Well, where should I start..? I found Asaturs Gotch Design on yelp after requesting a few quotes for window tinting and car wrapping. I received a fair quote and talked to them about this special project of ours. It sounded like they were the perfect match and I dropped off my vehicle to get them started. They were extremely fast and got the job done within a few hours and even worked after hours to deliver what they promised. As they also do plasti dip and paint jobs, we came up with some last minute ideas and also dipped the rims and got some special products of ours painted and wrapped and made them look like new. It was just great to have a partner that took care of every issue we had and they delivered fast high quality results for a very fair price.
