You can get really creative with their online tools. When applying the decal, it is important to have the vehicle in a shady area with little to no wind blowing. I had a decal cut, without weeding and when I went to pick it up from someone named Arthur (he had me come ALL the way out to his house near Marina Del Rey to get it from him, which is NOT in Eagle Rock) he gave me the decal without any transfer tape. I told him that I have never applied a decal without transfer tape before and that I need it. As a matter of fact, he peeled back part of it himself in front of me and said it will be just fine without it, so I took his word for it and paid him in CASH. I took the decal home, did exactly what he told me to do and it started folding, wrinkling and tearing all over the place. So I messaged him for a while and he was very rude towards me saying that it's my fault for accepting it without transfer tape. Like it was now MY fault some how! Anyways, I ask him to cut another one and this time apply transfer tape. I drive an hour and a half AGAIN to his house to pick it up and this time was weary of paying cash as to protect myself in case there's something wrong with the decal. It actually was missing a few pieces of contact paper, but he said it will be fine. I told him that I will PayPal him the money this time around once I see that the decal is all well and he refused to give me the decal if I didn't pay him in cash. This was after I drove to his house for 1.5 hours for a second time too. I just walked away from it out of money, a lot of time and miles on my car. Absolutely terrible experience and I don't know what is going on or why I was not able to deal with anyone at the Eagle Rock location...very shady!!! read more

I ordered a window decal for my truck. When I got it-there very alot of air bubbles on the decal side. When I laid it flat to try to smooth them out before I adherred it to my truck window- it didnt get rid of any... all it did was mark up the decal on the papering it was attached too. I went to apply it to my window and there were so many air pockets it looked terrible! The decal itself was almost as thin as a peice of paper! I paid almost $25.00 for shipping and a simple decal with my name below it. It looked like a decal you could get at a craft store and apply for 1/4 of the price! Would never order from these people again! I ended up pulling thw whole thing off cause it looked like crap! read more
