Quality has been great. But this time around, things seem different and from reading other reviews here, looks like it is not unique to me. I wasn't able to submit the order online (some type of glitch on website?). I emailed the account manager that is shown on my account profile but I didn't get a response which is unusual given I know they've been fast in their response in the past. Turned out she no longer works there. I called the general phone # listed on their website, and the agent that answered said he would call me back in 1-2 hours. That did not happen. So I emailed the general email address and someone got back and tried to help. Asked me to upload the file to print - I explained it's already uploaded with my order. I told them I'm in need to get this order processed asap. It's end of day and I have not heard back. So I'm a bit worried about the time crunch situation and may have to look elsewhere... It also appears I may be talking to operators that are not their Glendale site. I'd love to be able to talk to someone who is on the site directly. It is possible the owner/management is not aware their processes/systems are not working well. I know businesses go through changes so I hope they will look into how to improve responses to their customer needs and improve soon!

I exchanged a number of emails regarding this project and they were quick to respond to each one. I gave them a call once and Alan was very attentive. I inquired for 2 quotes: one for replacing the logo only and the second for replacing the entire signage. They took the time to come over to the property to get all right dimensions for the second quote. I appreciate the attention to detail with the warm light bulbs. They did a great job in making sure the logo would have a nice glow. I am very happy with their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND My Sign Design to anyone looking for outdoor signage.
