Dan came to our rescue in no time, solving the recurring visit of a rat snake to our basement while we were overseas. He is a really special, ethical, extremely experienced and and knowledgeable gentleman who explained everything he would do to solve the problem very clearly. Plus Dan was most kind and patient when it came to our payment for his services, which was tricky from abroad and give our special situation. I recommend Dan most highly, after years of searching to find someone who could really help us. He saved my day and that of our tenant who was understandably freaked out by the harmless but large and imposing rat snake! read more

We had an issue come up with the home inspection company the purchaser of our home was using identified that birds were making nests in our dryer vent. I immediately called the HOA management agent for a recommendation and she said to call Dan at Got Wildlife, saying "he is the best", her words. I reached out and Dan came out within a few days and not only cleaned out all of the residual nesting debris, but additionally installed covers over the vent allowing it to function, but keeping birds from finding their way in again. I would highly recommend Dan, he's a professional, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Pete read more

Well, this is my first step. We hired "Got Wildlife Management Services" in September 2019 to address an animal issue under our shed. Fast forward, they came, did the work, said they guarantee their work, paid $1,035 and they left. Problem returned so we contacted them........no show. We have been calling regularly since January 2020 with no return calls. We support our local businesses, of which this is, we know some of the family which makes this very awkward and feel we have been more than patient waiting for a response. Guess our next step is the Better Business Bureau but feel we have to share and recommend that people avoid using this Business. Extremely disappointed and so unprofessional!! read more

I used Got Wildlife to address a ground hog problem near my house. The ground hogs were a real nuisance. I was impressed with Got Wildlife's service and responsiveness. read more

Spent a a couple thousand dollars to get rid of numerous animals in my attic. They sealed all entrance area. After less than 2 years had animals in attic. Said no warranty and wanted similar amount to fix again. Was a rip off. read more

Yeah, had the same interaction as the other people, got a guy named Lucas who called after I had gone to their site and gave my info and said that he'd be updating me when he'll come over and gave his number but wouldn't want to go up because he said snow might be arriving back in February 2017. Never heard from them since. read more

Worst choice! We have a bat issue they came and supposedly solved the issue in 2018. A year later we still have the issue, I called many times and someone finally returned a call saying they'd come back but never did. I had to wait through winter and the beginning of covid and made many phone calls with no response! They don't guarantee their work and I had another company come out and was told they did half a job and it all needs to be ripped out and replaced, what a waste of 3300!!! read more

I called on a Saturday to have an animal removed from our fireplace. I was told someone would call me back. I asked if they knew if anyone was actually available to come out today because the last two or three places I called didn't have any services on the weekend despite their 24/7 service advertisements on their website. The guys response to me was I don't know and then he proceeded to hang up on me. I would def not recommend this business. They were rude and I would not give them any business. read more

I only gave this company 1 star since I can't give it less. Dan Schwarzbeck came to my house to remove moles, charged me $400 and disappeared unlike the moles. Despite repeated calls and emails to him, and his statement that he would return to fix the problem, he never returned nor answered my messages. I do not like to write such negative reviews but this company begged for it with their total disregard for appropriate communication and follow-up. I'd recommend anyone else! read more

One of the WORST choices I have ever made. Both the "Owner" Dan & "Field Supervisor" Austin we're downright rude when I questioned what was happening, on several occasions. The amount of damage that was done to my home is unbelievable- hardware cloth indiscriminately screwed all over my house, random screws in my siding-a bunch of screws left in my driveway that ended up in my tires. It looks like h$&@. Bats were sealed inside my attic, then Austin returned days later, hacked a hole in my soffit & installed a bat cone- AFTER the bats were dead in my attic. He disappeared for several months, then returned one day when I wasn't home to "finish up." He removed perhaps a quarter of the bat guano that he was supposed to, and dumped it in MY garbage can-sent me a text telling me to "go ahead and pay" my exorbitant bill, and he would come back, yet again, to remove the 1 way cage for removal of squirrels. DISGRACEFUL!!!!! read more

They seemed wonderful at first . Austin came to my house to do a consult, and had a mouth like a truck driver around my children. He was very unprofessional . Put poison down to get rid of the mice, he was supposed to come back a week later but ends up coming back two or three weeks later, and it wasn't even him, he was on vacation, so my husband had to call dan, the owner, and insist that someone come . Dan agreed to come . On the positive side he return the fate of the consultation to us for the aggravation at Austin caused . That was back in March. We pay $1200 to have a mouse situation fixed, and squirrels in the attic . The mouse situation as of thus far seems under control, and I have not seen any lately . However we have been hearing squirrels in the attic again . When I called Dan to tell him, he told me to text me his address again and that Austin would be in town that week, and he would have him stop by. It has been three weeks now, and he has neither answered my text nor called me back. This company does not back their work at all. Should've just gone with a well known company like terminex. Oh well you live and you learn. read more

I sure wish I had thought to check these reviews prior to contracting with Dan and Got Wildlife. On the phone, he indicated that they would remove and relocate raccoons that "moved in" to my mother's detached garage, gave a whole spiel about how it would be done without harming them, then his technician shows up and "removes" them by only forcibly locking them out. They then (without providing a cost estimate in advance) "reinforced" the area and spread what they told my mother was Coyote Urine around the garage perimeter as a "deterrent". Lo and behold, within hours the Raccoon was trying to get back in, and has moved on to digging up the newly planted landscaping. He was responsive and said that they would follow up until he cashed the check - since then I have called and texted to contact him with no reply on several occasions. I should have known how super ethical they were when he offered me a lower price to make the check payable to him instead of the company. read more

I was visiting my parents in NY and there was a bat in our bedroom. When I called Dan and asked for the cost of removing the bat I was told $75 over the phone (we were using a land line). He was very prompt in coming to the house. Others that I called never returned the phone calls. He came and found the bat and did a quick check of the house (he did not go in our attic) and told us this was an isolated bat. He advised us to get tape and tape up around the AC units, that the bat may have come in the front door or through the AC unit wings. He was very nice and was kind enough to pose for pictures with the bat. He was at the house for about 15-20 minutes. When it came time to pay he told us the cost was $275. We were flabbergasted. He said his cell phone must have caused the discrepancy between what we heard and what he told us. We reached a compromise at $150. In hindsight it would have been better to confirm the price in person before he did the work. read more
