Small Shop, Big Service

Most of the times I've gone in, there have only been a couple of people inside, and sometimes I've even walked in to an empty shop. There's usually a steady flow of customers, especially at the beginning of the school year, but it doesn't get uncomfortable.
Parking & Convenience
The one downside is that there's no designated parking lot. That said, I've always managed to find a spot either in front of the shop or on the side of the building. Since the process is usually quick--dropping off or picking up items--it hasn't been a big issue.
Embroidery & Turnaround
I went in for embroidery on my son's school uniform shirts. They put the school logo on each shirt for $10 apiece. During the busy back-to-school season, orders can take up to a week, but later in the year, turnaround is faster--sometimes just a couple of days. The shop already has many local school logos on file, but if they don't have yours, they ask you to bring in an actual shirt (not just a picture) so they can match the colors exactly. They also sell uniforms already embroidered with logos, which is convenient.
Other Services & Products
Besides school uniforms, they offer other embroidery services, heat press, and digitizing for custom designs ($35 for setup, but they keep the file so future orders are cheaper). This makes it a great option for businesses or groups ordering in bulk. They also sell extras like pins (the kind you put on purses or backpacks), stickers, hair supplies, toys, snacks, and drinks. There's even a small fitting area with a curtain for kids trying on uniforms.
Pricing & Flexibility
Pricing is reasonable. My shirts were $10 each, and they quoted me $10 to embroider my son's name on his lunch bag. Custom logos (like my son's requested Superman design) are more expensive because of the digitizing fee, but that makes sense for more specialized work. If you're ordering 24 pieces or more, they also work with you on pricing, almost like a wholesale discount.
Customer Service
The staff is very kind. The man in charge of embroidery explained the pricing clearly and offered options, while the woman (possibly his mom) who gave me my order made sure I checked everything before leaving. It felt professional yet very personal.
Overall
This shop is small but reliable, affordable, and friendly. They make the uniform process easy and also offer fun extras and custom embroidery options. Definitely worth visiting if you need school uniforms or personalized items.
