Lisa and Sienna were both very friendly and helped me right away due to a cancellation. Lisa's dog was also nicely perched at the counter greeting clients. I showed Lisa and Sienna what my dress and shoes look like and asked for recommendations. I tried a few veils of different styles and lengths, but nothing really called out to me. All three appointments (initial try-on, alterations, final fitting) felt so private, peaceful, and special and Carla and the team were all so incredibly kind. I felt like a Barbie princess being so well taken care of as they went all around the room collecting dresses that fit my vision and my budget. I chose Dakota from Casablanca Bridal's Beloved line within one hour, I fell in love with it at the first appointment and will forever be in love with it. It was bittersweet picking up my dress because it meant no more appointments. On my wedding day, my flower girls came into the bridal suite and one of them said "You look like a princess!" which evoked INSTANT tears from one of my bridesmaids.
