She absolutely loves going to school and has built wonderful relationships with all of her teachers. Each teacher takes a genuine, active interest in every child and welcomes the students as if they were their own. Starkids provides nutritious breakfasts and lunches, along with a well-balanced daily schedule that perfectly blends learning and play. We are so grateful for the incredible teachers--Miss Fatima, Emily, Jocelyn, and Marina--who create such a nurturing and engaging environment. In just five months, we have seen tremendous growth in our daughter. Her discipline and social skills have improved significantly, and she now confidently recognizes all of her alphabets. Starkids Preschool truly is a hidden gem in Redlands, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring and enriching preschool experience.

That's very important for a school where we put our little kids in, I think. Overall, 10/10 for RDN! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, when we got into primary, the experience was not the same. Just before his transition, they started talking about him having a sensory processing disorder. When he got to primary, his teacher would give us a laundry list of behaviors each day that were 'problematic.' The problems weren't things like hitting kids. They were things like not lining up, bringing toys to school, and having tantrums at three years old. We finally pulled him after his teacher shamed him in front of me for getting upset when she took a toy of his away. But that's not the worst part. He told me after we pulled him from the school, "I need medication to regulate my emotions." When I asked who told him that, he said his teacher. I have heard many stories from other families with similar horror stories. We have realized that the reason kids are so quiet and well behaved at their school is because they actively shame and weed out those that don't fit in.

One of them was in the monkey room for pre-K with the teacher April's, and the other one was in the puppy room for Preschool with Teacher, Angie, Kim, and Marcy. I'm going to put everybody on blast because everyone deserves the accolades this review entails. Each one of those women poured their hearts and souls into my children and developed each boy more than I could have ever imagined. Without that pre-k year with the set of Teacher Aprils (Castillo and Rose), I truly don't think my newly five year-old would be ready for kindergarten at the Academy next year. We are so blessed to have found this facility and were accepted in time to squeeze a little bit of experience, in preparation for the Academy. I wish these women would teach at the elementary school so my nervousness moving on would be lessened. The teachers responded promptly to messages over the app we chat on, they posted DAILY pictures and videos, and even noted my littlest guy's potty times. It was so helpful! Because of those things, I can confirm that each room at the varying levels of education, experience cooking, FreePlay, development of fine motor skills, social and emotional exercises with one another, reading, writing, dancing, prayer and all across the board LOVE! The price is steep, but I'm not here to lie on my review so I won't leave that part out either. However, if your family can swing it, there's not a better place to send your kid in preparation for elementary school and ultimately, life. My kids were safe and loved this past year, and again, if I could give this facility six stars I would. Mariana and Teddy are doing a phenomenal job running this school. I feel like my experience with five teachers out of the full staff, is a decent fraction. And I will continue to speak highly of each of them!!

She is unprofessional and even threatened to call the police on me. She kept on saying " I keep getting into it with you" when it was only 1 encounter before and that was last school year. The most recent encounter was me leaving my car unattended because every time they say my kids names on the walkie talkie. My kids are never in the car and everyone else's kids are. Just on FRIDAY she was mad I was behind a dodge charger who was parked where it's blocking traffic and I was behind them. I was driving to a parking spot but I was blocked from all angles by vehicles clearly blocking traffic. So I waited so long then seen my kids both look at me and I walked in the middle of the parking lot to have my kids run to me while the principal minerva tries to tell me I can't park right there and my kids are literally coming off the side walk I proceed to grab my children. Mind you she didn't even talk to the cars who were blocking traffic or even the dodge charger who was blocking me. She threatened how she can make it to where I can't come on campus and I knew I had a case. My son comes home talking about all his friends and daily activities. They also provide all snacks and meals for kids over the age of two, which is super helpful for busy working parents. As full-time healthcare workers with unpredictable schedules, finding care with a clear, consistent schedule and flexibility has been incredibly important to us. Kids Land Academy has been wonderful in accommodating our needs. Their minimal closures and understanding of our varying hours make it so much easier to balance work and family life. They have been very willing to work with us when adjustments are needed. A special mention goes to Mr. Naresh, who is possibly the calmest, most patient, and caring individual I've ever met. He has an incredible way with children, and I always feel at ease knowing that my kids are in his capable hands. His calm demeanor and nurturing nature create a safe and welcoming environment for the kids. When you consider how important these first years are to the emotional and educational development of your precious child, this decision is one of the most important ones you can make as a parent, and it requires a lot of trust. My wife and I faced this dilemma many years ago when we stumbled onto Lalita and the business she had just started, KidsLand Academy. Our son Jude was the first baby to enroll in what would become a thriving childcare built on the passions and talents of a woman who would become a Godsend to us and our child. Lalita gave our son many years of genuine love and care that no amount of money can guarantee. We were blessed to find her, and she and her family will always be close to our hearts, as they were willing to be the family we didn't have to watch our young Jude during those critical years while our family was just starting out. If you are reading this review, you are fortunate to have found her too. Jude is now 13 years old. He is a kind hearted, responsible, and respectful young man who has always been near the top of his class academically. He had a great start. Thank you, Lalita.
