I will think of this every day this week and get this again and again forever. 4. Papusas (bean and cheese)- Also perfect. The tortilla was perfectly Mexican style and thin with a little crisp on the outside. How do they get them so thin without tearing? I dream of making papusas like this. Someone's abuela with 50 years of experience must pat these out cause that's the only explanation! They are beautiful! If you are wanting some authentic Mexican food, this is your solution. Because this location is a little farther from me, this perk makes it easier to combine the trip to save both time and money.
