She waited weeks as requested and returned and the doctor was so rude to her she was too afraid to return. So awful. When I realized she could not read with her glasses, I called them to fix the problem. They scheduled an appointment but said she would have to pay for it. When I protested the lovely receiptionist said she would check with her manager, but a week later no response. I am done with them. DO NOT GO!!! Plus my mom was too afraid to go back. Brutal. Disappointing. She will wait until February to go to a new doctor and until then, cannot read her beloved books and newspaper.

The owner Patrick is a very easy going and customer oriented person. From what he talked about, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me in testing out my axles and tried many different combinations of variation up to the point that I felt totally comfortable. He spent almost an hour with me and further explained to me in details about the make, country origin, the coating, material differences and indices. I finally chose the highest index for my glasses. The price of course is a bit more expensive than what I used to pay. Another pair of my glasses that I prepared to throw away due to the broken arm of the frame, he took a look and advised me to send it back to the Manufacturer to have it repaired. The cost is minimal and I can have an extra pair of glasses. A very nice suggestion!
