They helped me select a new pair of glasses that matched the style that I wanted and fit within my budget. Based on the eyewear that I saw and tried on, the store mainly carries brands owned by Luxottica. I was able to pick up the frames and prescription lenses in less than a week. The optician did a great job of adjusting and fitting the glasses. Overall, Ola Optical is a great place to buy a pair of glasses that look great and fit your budget.

In my many years or purchasing glasses I've never found a brand that is more comfortable and frames that are as durable as OGA. The current pair I'm wearing now are 4 years old and they could probably last another 4 or more. My prescription hasn't changed that much but it has changed slightly enough for me to get another pair. My last pair from here were sunglasses and the pair before where had Transitions ver 6. Pricing here is a little funny. The frames have price tags on them but the price you are quoted always is less than the "ticket" price. I paid for my pair upfront so I can get my receipt immediately and submit it for my benefit reimbursement. Since I've bought my last 3 pairs here I know I can trust them and that things will be just right. They had my measurements from last time so they didn't need to remeasure this time as my measurements were already stored on their computer system. I was in and out pretty quick which was good because I had somewhere to be right afterwards. With Transitions lenses they have to send them out to a lab which takes about a week which is fine because I have errands to run on the east end next weekend anyway.

My most recent visit was especially disappointing. I was issued a credit note previously but unfortunately lost it. I even showed Connie my last receipt to prove my past purchase and explained that she could easily check my purchase history to see how much I paid and how much credit I should still have with them. Despite this, Connie showed zero willingness to help or even make an effort to verify the information in their system. It felt like she was more interested in dismissing my concern than doing what's right. That money belongs to me yet Connie refused to acknowledge it without the physical credit note -- something that could be easily resolved with a little consideration. Her unwillingness to assist shows a clear lack of customer care and professionalism. Frankly, it came across as greedy and uncaring. To make matters worse, there have been times when I didn't even receive a case with my eyeglasses. On top of that, their prices are noticeably higher than other optical stores in Pacific Mall. There are many other optical clinics in the area that offer better service, fair pricing, and genuinely value their customers. Even with a mask on, it's the one part of your face that's always visible. Tony has a passion for what he does and is completely honest when making recommendations. My husband was looking for new frames but didn't have a pair or brand in mind. He simply described what he was looking for and Tony was able to manifest his vision. While telling Tony what he were looking for, I mentioned my husbands broken, and supposedly unrepairable, glasses. Tony suggested I bring them in. Within a week, I had the glasses back in one piece. A pair of $2000 Fred glasses that another optician told me may as well be tossed was now looking as good as new. Needless to say, my husband couldn't have been more pleased to have his favorite glasses back and finding a new gorgeous frame.
