They were ready in a week and we are so happy! I have to say the best part is that the staff here is so honest, they don't try to sell you the most expensive pair of glasses - they will tell you nope those aren't right for your face shape. It's so refreshing. We both found pairs we loved! Even though I live on the other side of the border now, I still come back here for glasses. That's saying a lot :)

The owner Patrick is a very easy going and customer oriented person. From what he talked about, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me in testing out my axles and tried many different combinations of variation up to the point that I felt totally comfortable. He spent almost an hour with me and further explained to me in details about the make, country origin, the coating, material differences and indices. I finally chose the highest index for my glasses. The price of course is a bit more expensive than what I used to pay. Another pair of my glasses that I prepared to throw away due to the broken arm of the frame, he took a look and advised me to send it back to the Manufacturer to have it repaired. The cost is minimal and I can have an extra pair of glasses. A very nice suggestion!

I was suspicious that I might be being up sold. After over a year there was scratch in one lense and the Eyeglass Factory replaced my lenses under their special extended warranty. They were absolutely terrific about this and I hadn't expected this level of service. I didn't even realize that the warranty was there. My prescription changed this year and I just ordered new glasses today and the newest optician to join their staff was absolutely terrific. She very carefully explained some of the newer features and options and I'm looking forward to see how blue filter sense filters will improve or protect my vision going forward. I'm pretty much careful with my money (maybe if I had more I could be more careless) but in this case selling me on the more expensive lenses was the right thing to do.
