I told him I called and was told there were some in store options and he reminded me of the fact that we had a covid crisis. I did manage to tell him what type of bike I was interested in and he started talking about bikes to order. I said,"so you don't have any in store?" He pointed at two bikes and said we only have these two. I asked what was wrong with these two and he said nothing was wrong. I felt like I was ready for him to actually show me the two bikes but he didn't seem interested in helping me. He then recommended I check out the bike stores in the cities.....

Ann replied back almost immediately and then asked if she could call me so we could discuss what I was looking for. She ordered in every model of the bike and then held onto the one we wanted so we could drive up from Omaha to test drive them. Ended up buying two bikes and a new rack. When we had an issue with the rack, Ann called Saris and had a new part sent to our house. My only regret? That they aren't closer so we could do all of our business with them. Solid business!!

I asked if I could see them to make a decision. The employee named Joe said he had no idea where they might be. I asked what should I do? Buy all four and return what I didn't want. I had to get rather harsh with him and he finally reluctantly got someone to bring a sample for me to view. The units present in the warehouse did not match the computer listing for the inventory. The lady in Customer Service was helpful. She asked if I wanted to start a new Credit Card. I did so to receive 10% off. Unfortunately my name is misspelled on the credit card application and I'm afraid this could cause some confusion in the future. I had problems with this Credit Card Company elsewhere as they wait to send a monthly statement until after the due date thus starting the extremely high interest. I called and wanted to pay off the card today and be done with the whole affair but the recording said I can't pay it off yet. Frustrated.

If that isn't enough to tear Ralphi's dad away from the leg lamp for a trip to Cabela's, the chance to get a free 4" x 6" pic with Santa on the second floor should do the trick. Better yet, this Santa won't roughly push the kiddos down a slide after telling them they'll shoot their eyes out! Owatanna's location is one of the more grander Cabela's that I've been to in the Midwest. It was a pretty decent sized building with a decent amount of item variety and a huge taxidermy display right in the middle of it all. I really enjoyed the taxidermy and mount displays at this location. There was a huge diversity of animals from around the world and the quality of the displays was on the same level of a natural history museum. Just walking around and looking at everything was a fun time. There is even a walkthrough aquarium that shows off local sports dish species. Staff were friendly and helpful and prices for most items were very reasonable, especially sale items. The only thing missing was one of those penny arcade gun ranges where you shoot things and they move, oh well!
