We were able to schedule a free termite inspection and Gabriel came out within a few days. I showed him the pictures of the dead termites and where I had found them. He did an interior inspection and luckily found no signs of infestation, while explaining what he was looking for. He then went outside to check the fascia on the house and said it was also good. He also explained that it's termite season and that the ones I found got in from the outside. What a relief! The techs also email a Summary Report at the end of each visit. I highly recommend this company.

On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Alonso was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough. He didn't rush through the service--he carefully inspected and treated the entire property, answered my questions, and made me feel like my home actually mattered to him. It's rare these days to find someone who takes that much pride in their work while also making the customer feel genuinely valued. Alonso's kindness really stood out, as well as his positive, "aim to please" attitude. By the time he was finished, it honestly felt less like a service appointment and more like a helpful friend had stopped by to make sure everything was taken care of. This handsome man is destined for greatness, no doubt! Active Pest Control is fortunate to have Alonso representing the company. If you happen to get him as your technician, consider yourself lucky. Thanks again, Alonso, for the exceptional service. I hope our paths cross again at my next service appointment!

I don't think there is a company I recommend more highly, or an individual I recommend more highly…read morethan Jeff. He tented our house, but he also inspected everything that could be damaged by the tent and had super helpful recommendations about making the process easy (for example, propping an old planter up to protect other things from the weight of the tent). He kept checking in advance and, when our contractors started putting up certain light fixtures that could be damaged, he proactively informed us so we could postpone that work. It went without a hitch. He personally attends to our mosquito and brown widow problems - which are no longer a problem. We had 2 other pest control companies prior to Jeff and neither of them got it done. I am a mosquito magnet, but I have yet to be bitten at my house this year. A skunk [update: FOUR SKUNKS] recently took up residence in our jasmine right by our front door and started scent marking every night because construction at the vacant house next door drove it to us (yay). While I'm ashamed to admit I didn't think to ask Jeff whether they did that kinda service ("termite" doesn't seem broad enough), after calling all of the local rodent removal service, Jeff was the only one who had a no spray trap (the others swore up and down there was no such thing despite every corner of the internet attesting that there was - some even charged more of it DID spray...right at our front door). He came the same day and caught it within the week and, sure enough, it wasn't able to spray despite it being trapped and relocated. This guy is a gem. He's courteous, polite, timely, knows what to do better than anyone else and DOES IT. THANK YOU JEFF! You have a customer for life!

Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!! First, the technician who…read morecame to complete the inspection for the property provided a quote for the entire building to the owner and tenants. On the day of appointment, they didn't have us scheduled. Then they made adjustments to have Dax come for our appointment, since he completed the inspection and provided the quote. Once he started to do the work, he changed the price at the day of the appointment because he said to the office that he didn't give a quote for the entire building, although 3 separate tenants including the owner was given this price. There wasn't any contract or invoice sent over prior to the appointment, so this displayed faulty business. Secondly, the guys left cement residue on my outdoor mat which demonstrated the lack of care to the customers property. I informed the owner about this and he got very rude and disrespectful about the pricing issue mentioned above when that wasn't our problem. It was the technician Dax who didn't provide us with an accurate quote to be hired for the job. Lastly, the issue that was shared was in the ceiling. Dax advised that the outdoor soil needed to be treated first before they could assess the indoor ceiling issue. This didn't make any sense to me but we obliged to have the soil treated first. Well, less than 7 DAYS, the ceiling issue is back !! I informed Jason about this, and he mentioned that they couldn't come back until the full balance has been covered. Although, this was the main reason why they were hired and should have assessed the ceiling first, they are choosing to have us pay for a service that wasn't completed since the pest issue has reappeared less than 7 DAYS again!! Absolutely TERRIBLE and bad business!!
