The accident wasn't five minutes old when Bill came down from Templeton Auto and helped everyone at the scene. It was a bitter cold morning, and we had been waiting for emergency vehicles and police for some time. Had no idea so I paid with a credit card only to find out that there is an addition 3% charge on top of it. I had diagnostics done at 2 different places prior. The car was running fine when it was dropped off. I start the car and discover that the engine is running rough, and the check engine light is still ON! Was told that the problem was an ignition coil was bad. I didn't get more than a few blocks from the shop and a pry bar extension fell out from under the car! Now I have to spend more to fix the issue. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Highly Disappointed!!!

He felt for sure it was a transmission issue. He took it to Firestone. They "ran diagnostics" and told him he needed a tune up with new spark plugs. Great! Not what we had expected to hear. They performed the tune up and sparkly replacement, we paid the $624 and when he turned on the car he heard a terrible whining noise. He turned it off and went back in to the shop. They told him that they can "run diagnostics" the next day. We waited all day to hear from them, finally my husband called and they told it was the transmission! So we wasted $624 when they should've told us about the transmission the day before! Had we been able to make an educated decision on Saturday, we would've taken it to a shop that could tell us about what we needed with the transmission. We feel swindled out of our money! While $624 to Firestone isn't a lot of money, $624 is A LOT of money to hard working people! A full refund should be given to us for this poor service! Shame on you! Firestone just lost a customer and worse, will have future bad word of mouth advertising.

My most recent alignment only took 20 minutes. They have coffee, restrooms and a TV that only ever plays Friends whenever I'm there. They're also nice enough to do alignments sooner than the every 6 months policy and they've never tried to trick me like some other shops. Highly recommended for the lifetime alignment.

Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

It turned out to be the brake job from hell because of the poor workmanship of the last owner . An hour project turned into a 3 and a half hour nightmare.
