Bought my suv in because of the shocks and suspension was making lots of noise. Had a extended warranty and was told they put new shocks on. We'll they lied and didn't put anything new on. Guy told me he put new shocks on and it will make the noise as its settles in. We'll 2 months later I need a wheel alignment and new back tiers. This place is horrible and lazy. Came here yesterday morning because I hit something on the highway and my tire started leaking air really fast. I stopped in without an appointment and explained to the guy at the counter what happened. They were able to get my car in right away, patch my tire and get me out in less than hour to still be able to make it to my appointment. read more

Just had such an amazing experience at Goodyear. My tire had a nail in it and they were so quick to get us in and repair it. Every employee we encountered was so kind and professional and even offered my toddler a freeze pop for while we waited. I also thought it was very reasonably priced. brought car in for inspection because I was in a time crunch, my mechanic couldn't fit me in. Goodyear failed car because they said it needed a strut and it would cost me close to 1200 to fix. I said no way. I brought to my mechanic and car passed with no problem. I would not recommend this place for anything other than oil changes. buyer beware. read more

Took our truck in for an oil change and Carlos said the truck needed new brake pads and rotors (not sure how they found that out from an oil change) but whatever said ok. Then got truck back started hearing a thumping noise while driving took truck back to fix the noise was told they replaced brake pads again to fix the noise didn't solve the problem then they said it was the axel needed to be replaced that didn't fix the noise then told us to take to Dodge dealership because they didn't know how to fix long story short then jammed the axel in and damaged the differential and we now are stuck with A $4500 bill and now all the sudden after seeing the estimate from Dodge they now know it was the left balljoint that needed to be fixed read more

Danny s. lied and said I had a hole in my resonator when I brought my car in for inspection. I told him to not go any further and checked my resonator myself. No hole at all. it passed inspection at another garage. That's what you get from a chain mechanic shop that's ran by a professional liar. read more

Had an appointment at noon and left the front desk person know when I checked in that I had another appointment to get to at 1:30. At 12:50 my car still hasn't been taken in for a standard oil change and tire rotation at which time I spoke to the front desk reminding them of my other appointment needless to say my car wasn't done by 1:30 so I had to cancel and reschedule my other appointment. My car wasn't done until 1:50. No price relieve for my inconvenience A friend also recently took their car to this location to have tires put on, appt at 4:15, didn't get out of there until 7:15. They initially told him they would change him $18 per tire which they didn't hold to and charged him $38 a tire and wouldn't honor the original price quoted. The next morning went out to leave and his front tire was flat. When Mavis was contacted, they would not come and tow the vehicle, he had to have it towed (thank God for AAA)to the location to have it looked at and turns out they broke the valve stem. Which they did fix as it was their fault. Neither of us will return or recommend them to friends or family. read more

I had a blow out and I called from the side of the road to see if my tire was in stock. Mr Danny answered, assured me the correct size was in stock and he would be able to help me rapidly once we got there. AAA got there, changed to the donut spare and we were on the way. We arrived and Danny promptly got the vehicle road ready, checked the pressure on all four tires and ensured we were back on our road trip within 30 minutes. The manager there, Terry Swineford, had my tire fixed and I asked how much to pay and he said "I'm more concerned about your safety than I am about the money". After having timing belt replaced and cooling system flush, Iwas told my car was ready for a long trip. Next day,Sat. Was ask to bring it in because sometimes the fluid level drops a little. I said I would take it in on Mon. And was told ok. Sat. evening I drove a short distance and the car overheated and fan came on. My husband checked and could see no fluid. I spent over $1500.00 and not sure if car was serviced correctly. When I went back,they still said this was normal. Perhaps it's because I am a woman. read more

the tire sensor on my car alerted me that i had low pressure in one of my tires. these are goodyear tires and i knew i had a road hazard warranty on them so i searched for the local goodyear center which is this one about ~30mins away from where i live. the gentlemen at the counter was very courteous and explained it could be some time since it was the end of the day. i had arrived about an hour before they closed which i was very sensitive to since it was a saturday. within ~30mins they had my car in the bay and quickly came out to let me know that there was nothing wrong with my tire and all of the tires were low so they put some more air into them. i should have known better....i got on the highway and immediately the tire pressure sensor went off again. at this point i figured it was the sensor but when i came out to my car the following AM i saw that it was flat again. upon further inspection, it was clear that the tire was never removed from the vehicle the day prior for inspection since there was no visible hand prints in the brake-dust-covered rim or soapy water residue. i was able to inflate the tire with enough air to get me to the local firestone shop 2 blocks away from my house where within 30mins of dropping it off they were able to diagnose that i had 'picked up' something near the sidewall causing a slow leak. (without me requesting) they brought me back to show me the location of the leak which was very clear with a little soapy water. bubbles everywhere! turns out i have road hazard warranty from tirerack.com where i purchased the tires not goodyear but since the tire is not repairable, it must be replaced. firestone is not sure if they can get the exact tire in a day, so i might be without my car for more than day. not a big deal since i want to have it done right which i know they will do and i have friends i can bum a ride from. if only this goodyear location would have taken the time to actually inspect the tire i would not be without a car since they stocked the tire that needs to be replaced! read more
