Unheard of! It always takes an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half to mount and balance 4 tires. Ken had put two techs on the job even though they were moderately busy at the time. They researched the problem and discovered that my F-150 was under a Factory Recall requiring the Catalytic Converter computer program to be reprogrammed.
