I highly recommend Team One Auto Group Total Car Care. In my travels from Wilkes-Barre, Pa to Moncks Corner, S.C., pulling my son's car on a Uhaul car dolly, I pulled into Team One because I lost my taillights, brake lights and signals to both my vehicle and the car dolly. Todd the Manager pulled one of his mechanics off a job to diagnose the problem. 40 minutes later I was fixed up and on my way. When I went to the counter to pay, I was told "no, charge, have a safe trip". If you had guessed that it was only a blown fuse, you would be correct. Team One gets my respect and recommendation because they took time from a job to check connections, wiring and to go through 2 fuse boxes to replace a $3 fuse. Most shops would have charged me for an hour of labor or worse came up with a bogus diagnosis, overcharging me. Team One put integrity and customer service first. read more

I came in for an inspection and oil change and they were kind enough to offer a loaner car so I wouldn't miss my next appointment. When I arrived, they said it would all be done (plus tire rotation) in less than an hour. They completed everything in less than 30minutes! I would recommend 10/10! **Update** I keep getting calls from Steve the manager and one call from the owner. I got a call on 7/18, 7/22, 8/16, 9/13, and one last Saturday 10/26. It's almost harassing. The voice mails are asking me to remove the negative feedback for Steve's family's sake and whatnot which I'm half tempted to post somewhere for people to listen to. I believe this is what makes Yelp so good however, it's because reviews work, I was honest about what happened, and don't feel like the consumer should be silenced. read more

Recently my car would only allow me to put 3 gallons of gas in the tank before it would shut off and the belch out gas. I went online and found others that were going thru same problem. Steve was a life saver, needed to get an oil change before my next road trip. Tried calling the dealership twice and they could not squeeze me in. I called Team One and talked to Steve yesterday, her said "No Problem!!!" come on by tomorrow. So this morning I dropped off the car for an oil change and to tire rotation, not even 3 hours later got a call that I was all set. They even did the safety check on fluids and other filters. Steve is the most caring manager in the auto service industry that I've ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about your situation and will help as best he can. He even offered to let me borrow his personal vehicle because he knew that my wife and I traveled back and forth to Baltimore and wanted to make sure that we had a loner that was dependable enough to make the trip. I had an issue with brakes that they had done and they replaced them immediately!!!! Any problem that I've had was always addressed promptly with a desire to correct it. Instead of giving me a bunch of excuses, they wanted to correct it. Kody is also very personable and knowledgeable of his craft. I took my car here for inspection on 7/11/2013. I had a coupon so I thought I'd give it a try . Last year when I took my car in for inspection they were GREAT! So knowing that my car was gonna need brakes I was hoping for a low bill. Jeremy called me and told me that my car was gonna need several other things as well. I got another estimate from an auto body shop that was lower then what Jeremy quoted me and Jeremy said he could match it! I was so happy! Thank you for working with me Jeremy. I couldn't be happier with you. Well, after I picked up my car I noticed a knocking noise that wasn't there before. The same thing happened last year. It was the rim in my tire hitting the caliber.
