Great service! Had a check engine light that 3 shops could not resolve. Witmer was able to find a…read morerubbed through wire that was causing the issue the whole time!

Worst Experience ever, please do not take your vehicle to WITMER AUTOMOTIVE LLC!!!…read more My vehicle shut off on me while driving, then would crank and no start. Told them I was getting strong cranks and nothing, and my car radio would shut off on its own, and power windows would lower on its own when key was in the on position. So, I took my vehicle in for a deep electrical diagnostic for $270. They put a jump pack on it and wallah car started. Great, you would think now that car is on they would do there deep diagnostic that I paid for. They stated my battery was bad, even though with all the cranks trying to start will drain the battery. I proceeded to let them know, my $300 dollar battery was under warranty, 5 min drive to advance auto and I would have a perfectly new strong battery. They stated I would have to purchase the battery from them to continue the Diagnosis, since I had no choice I had to purchase a battery from them for $450 dollars. Good now they could continue to diagnose my vehicle, at least that's what I thought. They had my vehicle for a week, and stated my issue was my battery. So they told me to pickup my vehicle, even though it was an expensive $750 dollar fix, and I was forced to buy a battery even though my battery was under warranty. I was content my vehicle was fixed, I picked up my car. Drove to Advance Auto to get the new battery that was covered under warranty to have as a spare, and my car shut off . So I cranked car and it turned back on, I was hoping it was just a hiccup. But 15 minutes later, I was stuck again. Now I have the same crank and no start condition. I got a hold of them and let them know, my car is not fixed, it left me stranded. I asked if they would cover the tow, since they deemed my car was fixed with the supposed diagnostic and fix they did. Of course they said they can not do so, so now I would have to pay for another tow to there shop. I decided not to take it back to them, since this whole ordeal was not pleasant at all. They had over a week with my vehicle, and completely nothing got fixed. I'm literally $750 dollars in the whole, and back where I started . I basically feel like I just purchased a $750 dollar battery and it wasn't the problem, cause they obviously didn't diagnose my car it was in there parking lot most of the time. Just trying to save you guys the heartache!!!!
