Had struts done to My Lyft rental Kia and they did it fast enough in a good days work! The service I receive is always pleasant kind and never with and anger! I've been having my vehicle serviced at this location for the last couple of years. I have worked with Juan and Martel as they are always a pleasant to speak with and they work efficiently to get my car back rolling out. I have gotten brakes, struts, ball joint and more as I drive for work and need maintenance more often. They always have reasonable prices compared to other dealerships. My service work comes out professional and have never had any issues. I recommend this store a 10 out of 10 and will continue to use their services! read more

27th St: I have had several good experiences here. I worked with Faye who was wonderful and in every instance went over and above to help with my tire issues. There was a tire with a TPS (value) leak, they checked for leaks and didn't find any, so they had another person look at it, and then fixed the TPS issue, once I described the issue. I had a different tire with a nail near the side wall and needed that tire replaced, but they didn't have in stock. Glendale: They set me an appt at the Glendale location bc they showed as having it. I went to Glendale the next day, and they were unhelpful, and clearly didn't want to help with the tire in any way whatsoever. After I dropped off, they first called to ask why they were changing one tire. So I told them. Then they called to say they can't find the tire even though their inventory said they have 4. They they told me they can't get them at all, they are out of stock in the WHSE, and they are discontinued. I have an AWD vehicle and they asked "if it needed to be the same tire". The tires are a year old, and it's AWD. And you're the tire expert asking me if it has to be the same tire? I'm glad that location didn't end up working on my vehicle. So anyway, immediately recognizing that Glendale had absolutely no desire to be helpful whatsoever, while still at the unhelpful location I called and spoke to I think it was Juan (?) and explained the issues I was having. He immediately knew my car and the tire issue I'd had, and told me they would check what they could do and would get back to me in 5-10 min. Faye called me back pretty quickly. Amazingly they were able to source the same tire for the next day, made an appt for me to return to them, and then called me that next morning to confirm they did receive the delivery of the tire and that my appt was confirmed (just to be nice and make sure they didn't make me come there if the tire didn't show up for some reason). Sooo while it was a bit of a run around, the individuals at the 27th St location went above and beyond to help me resolve my tire issue, and I appreciate their efforts. read more

In all fairness feel that a star upgrade is in order. I continue to come to Goodyear for the fair prices and the nice guys who work here. We've had our ups an downs but owning a car will cause that in a way, I suppose. The prices and not charging for diagnostics are compelling here. I get my oil changed at the dealer but I won't get anything else done or pay them $50, $100 or whatever just to check and and see if something is indeed wrong with my car. I would recommend a friend to come here so it seems a bump up is due. read more

Very disappointed and livid - The hours stated this business is open until 6pm. I went there to get my tire looked at around 5:30pm, it was flat and I was not sure if there was a nail in it or not. I was told that no one could even briefly look at my tire. If no one is willing to work a half hour prior to closing then there should be a sign on the door stating they refuse to look at vehicles 30 minutes prior to closing. Ridiculous. read more

Showed on time for my appointment and then waited 15 mins in line as a customer was being served who was two hours late. After 50 mins of no feedback on a tire/suspension check I approached desk. The employee was rude and short basically expressing he was too busy and would get to it when he can. What's the point of making an appointment? I own an older car (1998), so there's bound to be problems along the way that pop up. I am truly glad for this Goodyear location being so close to my residence, and being flexible with my schedule. I've been into this place where the store manager & I are on a first name basis. Unfortunately, that does mean that there's often things wrong with my car. My oil changes are always quick (schedule ahead of time online to make sure you don't have to wait), and I can often drop my car off in the morning on my way to work, and pick it up near the end of the day when it's ready to go. Yes, they're going to be a little pricey, but it's Goodyear. What do you expect? And yes, they'll try to upsell you on stuff now & then, but that's their job. Overall, I'm very pleased with they work they do, and they're always available if I call them with questions. read more

I took my truck in for a slow leak, they called and said they could not repair the leak because of where it was located. Quoted us for two new tires over $600.00. We decided to check out prices elsewhere and found tires cheaper at Tires Plus. After Tires Plus looked at the tire they called and said there was a nail in the tire and repaired it for $21.00. read more

I'm not even sure why I bother coming back here. I have a company car and I don't personally pay for anything so its not like I'm bargain shopping. This place always looks empty (which is why I go there thinking it'll be a quick in-and-out oil change). The counter help seems like they could care less about me being there (especially when I announce its a fleet car). Each time(3 total) I've been here for the oil change/tire rotation, the counter guy is playing on the internet and makes me wait until he is done. One time I was asked the model year. I wasn't quite sure if it was a 2010 or 2011 so I said 2010 but you better check. Well, they didn't check until I had waited 2 hours and they were done only to discover it was a 2011 and they put the wrong oil in. I was lectured for not knowing the year (yes, by the internet guy) even though I distinctly told them "YOU BETTER CHECK"! They then emptied the oil and refilled it with the proper stuff. Another half-hour and I was good to go! My average wait time has been 1.5 hours. Psh. read more

We had high hopes for this location and their service after using their website and speaking with an associate on the phone, but we were very disappointed. They were very very slow, our oil change and inspection took 4 hours. This was after we had made an appointment with them the night before. About three hours after dropping the car off, we received an "almost done" call saying it would be "a few more minutes" and were still in the waiting room an hour later. The website said our service would be $30 and they ended up charging us $75. read more

Was instructed online work would take approx 3 hours. I made an appointment and was there on time. Called after 4 hours was instructed they just started. 2 hours later they called and said work was done. Sales associated Thomas G didn't thank me for my business totalling nearly $600. He also refused to throw away a simple piece of paper. He could clearly use training. read more

I'll give this Goodyear Auto Service Center in Milwaukee 2 stars because the tires and alignment I had scheduled went as planned. The quoted time to install the tires and do the alignment was just as explained. The real trouble with this place starts after I got the car back. Just as I started the car and put it in reverse, I hear a horrible vibration from the front of the car. After some investigation, I discover that the hood latch had been bent. From what I can tell, someone tried to pull the latch toward them instead of pushing it up. The bushing holding the latch to the assemble was stressed and came loose. this causes the latch to rattle against the hood. The latch was not that way when I drove it to drop it off (over 25 miles on the freeway and side streets). I also do all the maintenance on the car so I know the condition the car was in. I had told them when I dropped it off that I did not want an inspection since I do all the usual maintenance myself. I just needed the tires and alignment completed. After discovering the damage to the hood latch, I went in to talk to the woman at the desk. She sent the mechanic out to the parking lot. He was not very helpful and seemed like he was out of place talking to me about the hood latch. He left and left me standing out in the 27 degree cold for over 10 minutes waiting on someone. I went back inside and found the floor manager sitting at his desk. He was less than helpful and claimed they never went under the hood. He also said the mechanic said I yelled at him and that I should not have conversed with the mechanic. Crazy, then why the hell did you guys send him out to talk to me. He again stated they never went under the hood. He mentioned a video and said he was just going to review it. He stated he did not see anything that would show what caused the bent hood latch handle. I specifically asked him "so you did not see anyone open the hood" and he said no. More on the video later. I also sent my daughter a pic of a dent I noticed in the hood but was unsure if it had already been there before we dropped off the car. My thought was maybe this is the reason the latch was bent since they are claiming to never have opened the hood. I told the manager about the dent but thought that it may have already have been there. Just trying to explain why the latch would be bent. My daughter was not with me when I dropped the car off so I texted her about the dent. She sent a reply to my wife that the dent had already been there. My wife told me that in the lobby (more on this simple statement later). After getting no where with the shop manager, I left and later called to complain to the 1-800 number. The customer service rep listened and put me on hold while she called the store to get their side of the story. The receptionist at the store told them that "my wife had told me in the store that the hood latch was already like that". Not true. That is not what was said. The conversation between my wife and I where my wife stated "it was already there" was about the dent in the hood and not the bent hood latch. So the employee took what my wife said out of context and made assumptions. The District Manager (Bill) who called me the next day was as rough as 10 grit sandpaper. Even worse than the shop manager. No apologies. He stated "the mechanics did not go under the hood for anything". I also find out that there is no video in the shop. Only video from the parking lot. Remember the manager stated he would review the video. Well there was no video of the shop floor so there was no way to determine if what the mechanic told him was true or not. He told me "no" when I asked if it showed the mechanic opening the hood. It was a half truth. So they had no way to determine whether or not the mechanic tried to open the hood. The District Manager told me I could get a refund for the hood latch I had to purchase but was less than apologetic or understanding. I thought about our conversation for about an hour and called the District Manager back. Told him he can keep his money for the cost to replace the hood latch. They better work on their public relations and customer service. When you eliminate the impossible, that which remains no matter how improbable, must be the truth! It is impossible the latch bent itself. It is highly improbable they went under the hood for anything, but that is what has to have happened. Improbable as it may be. The latch did not simply bend itself and decide to vibrate while in their care without help from an employee. They bent my hood latch, denied it and tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Later, at home, started the car for my daughter. She immediately said that the vibration noise was never like that before. Moral of the story is if you take your car to this place, be ready to defend yourself if they do something to your car they were not supposed to. Take pictures or hide a video camera inside so you can see what they are doing. read more

This Goodyear has never failed me. I've called them on several occasions with some sort of tire emergency and they have always been right there to get me in for service and fix the issue. Always friendly, always courteous, and quick to fix my problem and get me on my way. They get my vote. read more
