terrible service. have been coming here for a year , oil change price around $85-100. I already wrote this review but I believe they deleted it as I do not see it. So, I get another oil change, around a month ago, and it comes out to $120 after a "discount" and my military discount. New management says that the other 5 times I've come in and paid around $90 it was a "mistake". No, you just want more money out of me. Don't recommend and will not be coming back, yall lost a customer of a year. Go literally anywhere else, even Take5 is better. Won't be surprised if they delete this review too. "" I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE "" I carried my mom's vehicle to the Goodyear service center on girvin in Jacksonville Florida. My mom's vehicle is not exactly new but I take good care of it for her and she likes it because she's use to driving it and feels comfortable in it. As I usually do before I have work completed my vehicles, I had a full diagnosis done on the vehicle prior to acquiring quotes. I then called around to receive quotes for the work. I chose Goodyear to give my business to. The work was completed and paid for on 7-18-2024. I purchased four new tires, a rear brake job and suspension... The only thing that they recommended which was not on my diagnosis was preventative maintenance by adding new spark plugs and alignment, which I had them do as well. Less than a week after the work was complete the rear tires started thumping. The sound was not there before I carried my vehicle to Goodyear. I waited till my day off to call them which was July 27th. I explain to them the vehicle sounded like it had loose bolts and I was concerned for my mother's safety. I carried the vehicle to them on the morning of the 27th, The gentleman behind the counter immediately started to give me reasons why it was not their fault and they were going to charge me to look at the vehicle. I left the vehicle with them. I received a call later that day from Pete, stating that the vehicle is ready, One of the shocks they had put on had blown out. He then started giving me reasons why it wasn't their fault and he was going to void my warranty. He stated that now I had to replace the springs for him to warranty his work. I explain to them that I had a full diagnosis of the vehicle, from another reputable company, and the springs had not been listed. Goodyear had also repaired pretty much everything on the rear end of the vehicle and had not made me aware that anything was wrong with the springs... Also the work that they had recommended, I had them do. I expected them to honor their warranty on the work they had completed. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they refuse to give me the vehicle without signing a bunch of paperwork. I told them that I did not intend to sign any paperwork because I wanted to leave my options open to sue them. I asked them again to please give me my key and let me leave. Pete refused. so I told them I was going to call the police if they did not give me my key because they were holding my car hostage and I did not owe them any money. The work that they had just completed on a car was a repair of their shoddy workmanship. I asked them for the manager's phone number, which they refuse to give me. So I calmly gave them one more chance to give me my key before I called the police. Pete refused to give me my key and walked to the back office, got on the phone and told me he was unable to wait on me because he was on the phone. So I called the police. I went out to my bronco to wait for the police to arrive. After some time Pete came outside, gave me my key and with a hostile tone of voice stated he did not understand why I would not sign the paperwork and tried to get me to sign it again. I felt threatened so I left. Great experience! Go see David! I had a screw in one of my tires and my sister recommended going to Goodyear. I thought I could have the tire repaired but it was too close to the outer edge. Truth be told, I knew it was time to replace all 4. I went through all of my options with David. He was so great. I ended up putting 4 new tires on my Jeep and I couldn't be happier. He met my budget and he and his team were so nice and helpful during the entire process. He even followed up with me the next morning to see how I liked my tires. If it's time for new tires (and we all hate buying tires) go to Goodyear and ask for David. You won't be disappointed! read more

Called them at 11am on a Friday for an alignment as the shop who I set an appt with ended up being really behind. They fit me in and I was out the shop by 12. Great service, and the alignment was on sale as well, so I believe the value was great as well. read more

They get a one because you can't leave zero. They damaged a family members car and wont accept responsibility. Backed into something. Left a big dent. Claimed it was there when they got it, even though it wasn't noted during initial inspection. Because it was not there. Goodyear may not be a bad company as a whole, but this particular franchise represents their company without accountability and integrity. read more

Service took a very long time just to replace a tire air sensor (got there at 7:40am and left 11:15am) but it was more upsetting listening to Matt Stones talking about how much he was looking forward to see Hillary Clinton arrested and put in jail. (He was watching the tv news) Also they took my car to another store without asking me. When I questioned I was told that they part my car needed wasn't at the store. But I was never asked for approval to drive my car outside the store. Regardless of anyone's political views this is not a topic for an employee to discuss at a store while having customers waiting for service. He was also talking on the phone about how upset he was about some issues with corporate was not a good thing to listen either. The longest 3.5 hours in a very long time, not sure if I will come back to this store. read more
