Mike's provided an accurate and I think fair estimate for the repair and promptly completed the work. Good- Been two days now and no more coolant leaks. Questionable- When I picked the truck up at Mike's I noticed a clicking noise soon after starting the engine. I went back into the office but it went away before Mike and I got back out to the truck. I have noticed that same new noise once more since I got the truck home. If it persists I plan to take it back in.

I think the name of the business may have changed... I just moved here…read more I had such a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Paul and Adom. I walked in needing a battery, and Paul immediately looked up my car like, "we've got this," and Adom was right behind him ready to grab it. No runaround, no nonsense--just handled. But honestly, what stood out was how they treated me. We had great conversations, lots of laughs, and they were both respectful, down-to-earth, and just good humans. As a woman who just moved across the country, that kind of energy matters more than they probably realize. At one point I told them when I win the lottery, I'm coming back with a brand new car and taking them out to dinner--so y'all better hope I hit soon Seriously though, this is the kind of place you want to support. I will absolutely be recommending them.

What impressed me the most is when I arrived my car was taken into the garage and the work started immediately. I appreciate Sun Tire respecting my time! There was also a coupon for $19.99, for the oil change and they will rotate your tires if you request the service. The service was excellent and very friendly! I was advised I need new tires so I received a requested quote with no pressure. That was another plus. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. They delivered the not-so-great news about an oil leak in a way that was clear, respectful, and not overwhelming--no pressure, just honest information. Afterward, I asked Ty where I could go to replace my battery, and he recommended another place that ended up being just as great. That kind of honesty and willingness to help really stood out. Both Sam and Ty were kind, professional, and easy to talk to. As a manager myself, I would absolutely hire them. They both need raises--seriously. Highly recommend this location! Let me take the next few minutes to warn you about doing business with Sandalwood Car Care, or as…read moreshould be know as Sandalwood Car Careless. Please understand that it has been sold and not owned or operated by the pervious professional owners that offered quality repair excellent Customer Service and quality repair. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for an oil leak, headlight and brake light replacement. My appointment was for Monday August 31. On Wednesday September 2 I had still heard nothing about my vehicle I called and was told, can you believe they were just about to bring in in the shop bay to inspect it had now been two day of getting the Sunshine Treatment. I get a text message with a link to inspection report. I text back asking for a quote which I received and I gave an OK to estimate and asked for completion date which I was told was Wednesday September 9. When I questioned I was told I did not understand how complex the repair. I told them to proceed. On Friday September 4 I stopped by unannounced and found my vehicle still sitting in the same spot as when dropped off and untouched. I was very upset and was told I had never approved the repairs. When I showed them the text message it again was not their fault it was miscommunication. I should have known at this point five days later and still nothing done that this was not a professional repair shop and they were as their name said Sandalwood Car Careless. I was told my vehicle would be ready on Wednesday September 9. Want to take a guess if ready, well the answer is NO and it had not been touched. Then on Thursday September I get a call from the owner tell me my vehicle still not ready and they cannot complete all the repairs as they do not have the knowledge nor capabilities to do that type of repair. This is where it was somewhat my fault as all the pervious issue were telling me they do not have the knowledge and skills to do the repairs. This though they should have admitted to start. Well then on Friday September 11 I called Sandalwood Car Careless to see if vehicle finished at 10:00am and was told NO, when I got upset as now we going on two weeks I was told I not respect them. Well I was always told you had to earn respect to get respect and at this time I had caught them in over four lies. I finally was able to pick up my vehicle on Friday September 11 at 4:00pm. Now the cherry on top, they gave me the wrong bill for person and vehicle that was not me. They did not even know my name or vehicle. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seem. Do not worry about getting everything in writing as they just say it is miscommunication between them and you. Nothing is ever their fault it will be yours. On a positive I was not charged for the eight days of Sunshine Treatment nor 8 days of lot storage. I really though question the quality of work and service done to my vehicle due to the lack of professional service, lack of any customer service and the capability to preform all the work requested. This is definitely a place to adhere to the "Buyer Beware" The only think good I can say about Sandalwood Car Careless is GOOD BYE.
