Just left me sitting in empty store front for hours. Could have simply told me that there was no predicting the approval time for service on rentals and I would have been fine leaving and returning some hours later when work completed. I had very limited choice in where I can go to for service being it's a rental but the lack of empathy has ensured I won't be a future patron with my own car. Also after I've left on my own accord thinking I'd return before they closed at 6 to instead get a call at 4:52 saying they were ready and they closed at 5. Google, yelp and Goodyears own website says the location closes at 6. The manager said he would do me a "favor" though. Just more unnecessary trifling with customers, like leaving me sitting in the store for hours. read more

I received 4 new tires about 2 weeks ago so I've been in search of a place that could help with an alignment. I naively thought I could bring my car in to get an alignment without an appointment. After calling about 6 places, the consensus was there were no shops that could take my car that day (Friday). The earliest appointment was Wednesday of next week. I give the corporate office of Goodyear a call and the representative happily looked up all the Goodyear locations in my area for the earliest appointment. He found this location at Aurora and let me know I could do a drop off . Immediately after I booking the drop off appointment, Cory gives me a call to confirm to bring my car before 12pm! I drop off my car and because it's a drop off and not an actual appointment, they're uncertain when they'll finish. Only promise is by 6 pm, which is totally fine since this girl procrastinated on getting an alignment. After about 2 hours, I stop by since I'm still in the area, and they were done!! Super ecstatic because I expected 6 pm and they had it done before then. Check in and check out was super straight forward. I paid $107 after taxes which is average for most of the places I called. I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla. Cory and staff were professional with great customer service. If you're looking for an alignment, this location is a solid place to check out. read more

worst shop ever i came in to get ONE 1 tire repaired took then 2 day i went to go pick it up and didn't even have it done

They totally tried to take advantage of me being a young woman and assumed I wouldn't question them so they could get a lot of money from me. I went to them to get a tire patched up and they told me they couldn't do it because they found 3 nails in the sidewall. They then said I would have to get 4 new tires because the tread was worn down enough that replacing the one tire would mess up my differential. I bought my vehicle less than a year ago and it came with new tires and I've only put 10,000 miles on my car since then. I chose to get a second opinion and went to Discount Tire. Discount Tire patched up my tire with no issues and they did it for free. They told me they found one nail in my tire but didn't say anything about it being in the sidewall. So glad I went somewhere else because I had a feeling Goodyear was not being honest with me. read more

This is our go to spot for all things tire related, which lets be honest isn't super fun. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. We were told about some issues and offered solutions that were reasonable, instead of being told you must do this or that. They are short staffed and busy, but made sure they gave an explanation of the extended time periods to complete the services we needed. read more

This location has lots of problems Rude people Long waits (all day to fix a flat tired) I called on a Sunday and they ask me to leave it in for the day to fix my flat tired. Then the next day (Monday) I figure it would be a 20 minute thing but in get there at 8 am and they request for them to have my car all day again. I will never buy tires from this company ever again. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. The store called me and said that the scheduled time was not available and rescheduled me for a few days later. When I showed up a few days later at the new appointment time they explained that that time wasn't available and they needed to reschedule me again for a later appointment. Due to this poor customer service I cut up my Goodyear Credit Card on the spot and declared that I would never do business with Goodyear again. Very poor customer service. read more

This place has come to my rescue on 2 occasions. I came here for a new car battery & also to get a new snow tire after getting a flat. This place is conveniently close to where I live & service is quick and friendly. Both times I have been here the wait has been under 20 minutes. The waiting room is large and not cold (like @ PepBoys) & there's a TV, coffee area & magazines to entertain you while you wait for your car to be serviced. My snow tire was $137. Brandon, the manager, is very helpful & quick. I'd highly recommend coming here for some tire work. They definitely make me feel more @ ease with my car. read more

The service. I was simply just coming to get some air for my tires and the wait was ridiculous. I even called in advance about five minutes down to street to see if I would just be able to get that simple task done and they were unable to complete it. The crazy thing is is that there was no one even behind me in like. Two out of the four garages were clear. I would not suggest this place to anyone. I would never do business with Goodyear again! I went to this location yesterday to have my brakes repaired. It's pretty common to have brake pads, and rotors done because of normal wear and tear. The problem is about a year-and-a-half ago, I had a full break job done on all 4 brakes where they replaced all calibers, and all brake pads and rotors. It came to $1,400.00. Normal because I was doing a lot of driving during that time. Now that I live in Denver, I don't drive as much. I went to this particular location and this company wanted to charge me $1,600 for brake pads, all 4 rotors, and all 4 calibers. Brake pads rotors I understand, calibers was a big question-mark?! I knew that was ridiculous after the same work I had done at a Goodyear in Colorado Springs. Long story short, I didn't get the repair done at this location. I went around the corner to Brake Plus. They inspected my brakes and only thing they replace was all 4 brake pads, they resurfaced the front rotors, and replaced the back rotors, no calibers needed! They said my calibers were in good condition. I got all this done for $695.00. So, I saved a little more than $1,000 then if I would've had this Goodyear to do the same job. I'm starting to see the Goodyear charge you for things that you do not need! So buyer beware if you're feeling skeptical always go get a second opinion. I purchased my Goodyear tires at a Goodyear shop that has since relocated. When I noticed my right front tire was low, and continued losing air after filling it several times (and not having time off due to my 12-hour shifts as a teacher), I called and asked what the charge would be to look at my tire at this location near my school. I was told they would check it and fix it, if necessary. This was on Halloween. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and have had no more trouble with the tire! I'm really grateful! read more

Well, I decided to not chance it anymore on my, what they refer to in the south as "may-pops".. That means riding on tires that could pop at anytime... For the longest time, I was at least wishing that tires were not a necessity on a vehicle.... Anyway, I decided to head down to the hood (don't be offended, Denver doesn't have a true hood) and talk to them about getting some feet on my ole skool Jeep Cherokee... Made an appointment for an oil change, took the car in, was told it would be done in an hour and a half. What's the point of an appointment? It takes 15 minutes to change the oil, they must overbook by about 5 or 6 cars. Waste of time. read more

I took my car in to test the charging system as this is the place that was recommended to me. I spoke with Henry Gomez the lead mechanic who tried to poke my eyes out. I am a woman and boy did he try to side wind me. He told me the alternator was bad and gave me a $500 quote and was excited to get started. I spoke with Johnny on a Sunday and informed him I was looking for tires that will handle the snow. He was initially very helpful and suggested a tire for my needs and then stated he would order the tires and I could bring my vehicle in when they arrive. I work on the Medical Campus in Aurora and wanted a place close by for convenience. Johnny assured me the tires would be ready and we scheduled an appointment. When I brought my car in Wednesday, I was informed the tires are first come first serve and they were sold to someone else the previous day. Since I had an appointment, I asked why they didn't call to inform me the tires had been sold. Johnny stated he was not aware they were sold until my appointment. Staff was very rude and the customer service was poor. I have heard excellent reviews about Discount Tires in Aurora and they will now be receiving my business. read more
