My expectations are low for Goodwill lol. Some areas were unorganized, but there were tons of stuff even though not to my taste. It gets quite crowded in the narrow aisles with everyone's carts, but I get it. Everyone's here to hunt and find treasures worth the price. I came here for books! Fair selection of all genres. Mostly children's books and old romance books if you're looking for those. I snagged two paper backs, one hardcover, and a children's book for $12. All books I saw were labeled under $4. I don't think I'll be back only because the parking was awful lol. They share a plaza with Fitness 19, Dollar Tree, and Grocery Outlet. read more

This is the place to get lamps and lamp shades. Trust. You just gotta dig around. But you could low-key walk out with two to five new lamps and still be under budget. I've gotten all my vintage lampshades here for max three dollars each. I'm very impressed with their selection. Store manager couldn't or wouldn't cancel sale on credit card, nor accept return for store credit! I could get credit towards another item at that moment. I didn't want anything else then. This item should never have been for purchase as it was unusable for intended purpose. Unacceptable waste of my money. I'll stop donating or shopping there. read more

Most organized goodwill I have gone to. The stuff I found was priced reasonable. I bought a music box, a chair, a magazine holder, sewing supplies all for $12.51. Place was clean and didn't smell bad like most places. It seems like they choose wisely in what they allow ppl to donate which I like bc most goodwills have a lot of trash. read more

This place has almost become un-shoppable as there prices are ridiculous. All the sudden over the summer they skyrocketed. They clearly use ebay as a price guide for anything they think has value. They don't ever mark anything down. $169.00 for a old Canondale rusted bike they are cheaper on ebay. $200 for sony reciever same one $89 on ebay free shipping. I won't go to this one anymore because they are greedy and the word through town has spread. About 13 people in line at a estate sale the other day were all saying they go in and walk out empty handed cause of the price hike in everything. This place is a hit or miss. Not a huge selection on furniture and it doesn't seem like their clothing has a high turnaround because I rarely find anything I like. Most of the store is made up of clothes with a small section for housewares and even smaller for toys. I do have to say if you come here, Sunday would be the better day. It's half off whatever tag they decide. Decent amount of parking but it's shared with a gym, laundromat, and grocery store. Clothes are about $4 on up except for certain promotional days. Ive been to various goodwill locations and this is by far the most expensive one I've ever been to. I was shocked, way too overpriced.

If I could put zero as a rating I would definitely do so. Both the ladies working there were very racist. My mom and I went in and we're immediately targeted and followed around by what seems to be the manager, we are Hispanic and we were just shopping like any other person. When it came for us to pay the lady who seemed to be the manager rang us up and was very demeaning, rude, and aggressive. Very very rude and our worst shopping experience. Don't go there!! read more

Thank you for reopening but this location needs to hire a better person to do the pricing of merchandise. It is ridiculously high compared to other goodwills around the area. I know it is more profit but this location's pricing person probably forgot he/she works at goodwill not full retail. Nice alternative location to take donations when the Dublin place turns you away ( which is like all the time ) Drive around back to drop off your donations - Mom & I made the mistake of walking in the front door with our stuff & were advised we had to drive it around back of the strip mall Seems a bit hard to find but just keep driving & the door will magically appear. Not sure what happen to this store. The store is under new management and looks dirty and messes all the time. I use to go here almost everyday. I stage house for a Real Estate office and got excellent products for a great price. Now the product is limited and most items are very over priced. I no longer go to this Goodwill! I can get brand new products at TJ Maxx and Marshall/Ross for the same price this Goodwill is charging. read more

I don't shop here, but I do donate often. I'd like to express many thanks to all the folks who work behind the scenes, collecting and organizing everything dropped off. It is a thankless job that is often ignored. There are piles of clothing, household goods etc. that must be moved, sorted, and organized. Each time I've dropped off goods there I thank the employees who work at the back door. They are always courteous and helpful. Despite the enormity of goods they handle and hard work, they all seem to have a great demeanor and appear happy to receive the donations as if they were their own. This week I met Marsha and Ryan who were very busy, courteous, and expressed thanks for the donations. I'd like to extend that thanks to all the folks who work in the back room. Thank you all; it's a wonderful way to "give back". Keep up the good work!! read more

I was disappointed when I stopped in for the first time last week. There are no furniture items that would bring in good money for the store. The store mainly has a lot of tattered, old clothing and shoes and blankets (and some hodgepodge home accessories) yet their donation area would not accept drop offs when I had some nice items to donate. They need to do an overhaul of the store and toss out all of the junk that is obviously never going to sell and make room for better donations. I found a few undershirts and a laptop bag in good shape to purchase though. read more

This has been a regular spot for me but after today , I may never return. I was accused of changing a price tag from something that was clearly priced by the store. It was a gesture doll and it was marked $6.99 just like the other one I was buying and the woman at the counter went back and said she was going to check the price and came back and said it was $19.99. Impossible . There were no other items there anywhere near $19.99. It was the principal of the thing. She said someone else must have changed the price but why wouldn't they have bought it if they cut it down that low? It's the way the store priced it and it was bad form to come back to me and reprice it at $19.99 . These are donated items . It was rude and insulting and embarrassing , the insinuation I changed the price. That's never happened to me anywhere . A thrift store that thrives on donations needs to be grateful , not hateful. read more

Great customer service. However, the men's section was very disorganized with many women's items sprinkled in. I was looking for a jacket but their sections are basically "suits" and "everything else." And it smelled like a foot. But that might have been from the rain and the gym next door. Anyway, they were still nice and I found a jacket that was only $5. I will return again. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I scored a pair of pretty much brand new snow boots for my son today for $10. But I bought a dress that was priced at $20. It was so cute, I couldn't not buy it.... But I came home to research why it would be so expensive, thinking maybe it was some fancy designer or something.... Nope, the dress brand new directly from the designer's website was $24.... The dress I paid $20 for...from Goodwill.... Isn't even in perfect condition. So it's hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good deal, and sometimes you just don't. I will say, $30 at Goodwill used to stretch A LOT further than just TWO items! read more

Really great store. The staff are very welcoming and engaged. They take pride in the store and the co-workers and I overheard lots of pleases and thank yous amongst them which made for a pleasant experience. I literally spent almost 2 hours there browsing every rack. I picked up a clean Coach wristlet, a perfect condition Ralph Lauren 100% cashmere, a Versace inspired belt and a tie dyed silk maxi dress all for less than $20 dollars. I am in a very challenging transition in my life my name is super tight not only are the products at this Goodwill outrageous but they are mostly worn tattered stained ripped have holes the shoes clearly show wear and tear. I mean if going to a Goodwill or a second hand store you expect something to be at least like new or good condition. When I brought my products that I found to my liking to the counter, I told the clerk I did not want the basket. Apparently she did not hear me and noticed I was charged for it when I looked at my receipt. I looked up and I told her I said I did not want the basket and she dramatically exclaimed " oh no oh no I need to get my manager". Ummmm okayyyyy??!! So the manager came up she explained the situation said there was a miscommunication and that I wanted a refund for the basket for 3.99. The lady long super curly brown hair big eyes manager said that they did not give refunds only store credit and I said no I did not ever want the basket! I would have not given money if I known I was going to be charged for it so I want my money back immediately! She said no that is in policy and there's nothing she could do. And I told her well it's my policy not just to buy stuff but I don't have the money to do it. She was incredibly rude loud and an ounce of empathy. It's not anyone's fault that I have a very small budget right now but this goes to show that everybody has battles going on that others are not aware of everyone fights their own. I've become homeless for the first time in my life all the money that I had to my name. And there was nothing apparently that could have been done to get my money back. I can't say enough bad things about this place and their lack of professionalism. I have been turned away when trying to make donations numerous times for all sorts of insane reasons. The workers have been downright nasty to me. This behavior has been consistent across the board as I have dealt with many people here. I highly recommend you take you donations elsewhere. read more

Horrible customer service. Showed up to drop a bunch of stuff off just to get it out of my house. Got there at 5:53. The donation drop off doors were closed (even tho the sign clearly says donation center hours for Sunday are 10am-7pm.) Called the store so they could have someone come back there. Was told they probably closed a bit early and that they close at 6. and I asked why the sign says the donation center is open til 7. She told me that was the store hours... Even tho it clearly says donation center hours. She eventually sent someone back (less than 2 mins before 6) and they tried telling me the same thing and that they close at 6... I said it's not even 6. I told them I had been sitting back there for about 6 or so mins and even called. They took my stuff, I wasn't going to let them not take it tho. Lol. I bought a USED LCD TV set at the Livermore location for the guest room and am impressed by the LIKE NEW condition and amazing 50% price after Thanksgiving. It has been a month and the TV is working great helping me to save some money purchasing a new set and beating the busy holiday shoppers at most other electronic store. One of the staff even help me carry it to my car, other staffs at other thrift stores won't allow to do so. They got other amazing stuff in good condition at reasonable price. read more

For so many times I tried to donate at the center in Dublin that is close to where I live, I was turned down by all sorts of reasons. for the livermore donation center, the staff was very friendly, professional and helped me unload my items. For the items that they cannot accept, he explained it very well. it took only 5 mins for the trip very simple and stress free. i definitely recommend this place for donation even it's a little bit far away from my house. read more
