One of the nicer locations. Had a long line at checkout and only one person but no biggie. Will be back.

I parked in the free, open surface parking lot on Wilhelmina Rise, which filled up quickly.

You can find aloha shirts just about anywhere on Oahu, whether at expensive boutiques in Waikiki or in the nearest ABC store. However, the visual appeal of the shirt depends completely the eye of the beholder. With that in mind, there probably isn't any other store on the island that offers a broader selection. It's pretty overwhelming. The drawback is that the massive inventory is packed in a retail space so constrained that it can be a challenge to navigate. It took me a while to realize the shirts on the central racks are the priciest, some costing hundreds and (gasp) even thousands of dollars. There are used shirts along the wall that sell as low as $9. I wasn't particularly clear on the difference in quality, but I'll give you one guess which racks I was rifling through. The clerk explained that there were a couple racks of new shirts and the rest are vintage. Many of the shirts were produced in Hawaii. In addition to shirts, they carry an assorted collection of Hawaiian themed vintage souvenirs, antiques and knick knacks. Some of the items are pretty dusty, and had me thinking that they hadn't been moved in a long time. The prices are pretty hefty (except the shirts were reasonable). There were a number of customers scooping up shirts. I was a little claustrophobic to be honest in the tight quarters. There is no dedicated parking. Street parking is available if you're lucky.

When it does we look to the little things in life and see if it can go to someone who needed it more than we do, this is where consignment was something I've done in the past which can be risky but is great tool to sell that item your not totally committed to. Rhea Lana's is the nation's children consignment place that holds events is 25 states and guess what we have one right here in Hawaii and was coincidentally held in the former Toy r us location in Pearl City. I was just taken aback of how much inventory they had!Very neat and organized all sorted with clear signage for all things for kids like clothing, shoes, toys, furniture, books and even accessories for mom like bags and bottles. There was a few items I was interested in but the line was decently long with carts filled with items I though what a great organization this is and is obviously very needed in this community. Though this event has passed follow them on Instagram @rhealanasofhonolulu to keep updated with them. Thank you!

Returned today to sell some clothes that I planned to just donate. Brought six pieces, I think half had tags on still. The brands included Lex Breezy, Yireh, Fighting Eel, and Ari South. They took all six pieces for $47.50. I was happy. I gave it to my husband so he could buy our lunch with it. Someone mentioned in a review that they might discount your purchase if you sold clothes. Maybe I misunderstood because they don't. I bought two sweatshirts. My daughter wanted a BLACKPINK 2022 tour sweatshirt and I got what was tagged as All in Motion (Target brand?). No clue since the actual sweatshirt had no tags on it. It just looked like a well loved, favorite hoody with no logo. Got both for $20. Everyone was pleasant enough. Overall it was a pleasant experience. You can't be offended if they don't take your clothes. Don't expect this to be a money making venture. Just think of it as an alternative to donating your clothes. If they take it, great. If they don't, then drop it off at Goodwill, Savers or Salvation Army. If you want to make money then list it on Mercari.
